Personally, I try to not focus on the mutashabihat (multiple-meaning) verses of the Quran. This reminds me of a quranic verse.

Quran 37 He is the One who sent down to you the book, from which there are definite signs; they are the essence of the book; and others, which are multiple-meaning. As for those who have disease in their hearts, eager to cause confusion and eager to derive their interpretation, they will follow what is multiple-meaning from it. Does the Qur'an mention at all the FRUIT of the tree?. I do not think so. Does it say they were orderednot to EAT, I do not thin so. They were orderderd to to come near it,in the same way that people ar told not come near fahisha.

I think the "shame" is that the human is falling from the God. What I mean is this, we were meant to be spiritual servants of the God having a physical experience, but man has become twisted and thinks he is a physical being having a spiritual experience. Therefore everything man thinks about is "physical" and the God is sending us a message to take us away from that physical "life of this world" mentality.

Adam and his wife had all they needed, but they became greedy for more, so they fell from the "garden" and started to cover thier private parts, which they were not aware of before.

So while on the physical earth, we must cover our shame because MOST of mankind is are physically-based and the solution to that is to cover our private parts.

That is my current understanding unless I can hear a better argument.

The point I was making was that Quran does not mention a holy place called Mekka that contains a stone cube. There is no indication of hajj being performed in Mekka in the Quran.

Both Mekka(teh) and Bakka are mentioned in Quran, but the question is what they really mean in the context. People do not seem particularly critical towards their sources.

The Black Stone is the eastern corner stone of the Kabah, the large black cube that lies in the center of Mecca.

Muslims believe that a brilliant white stone fell from heaven during the time of Adam and Eve. Over time, this stone turned black because of the sins which it absorbed. It is believed that Abraham found this rock and the Angel Gabriel brought it to him while he was building the Kabah.

To this day, the Black Stone is an object of reverence to Muslims. They turn east to face this Stone when they pray five times a day. During the pilgrimage to Mecca, they circle the Kabah and attempt to kiss the Black Stone as Muhammad once did(according to Bukhari and Co). If they can?t get near to kiss it, Muslims point towards it.

The Black Stone is believed to absorb sins; the Muslims pray towards it, and they attempt to kiss it during pilgrimage. This sounds like worship to me.

Do Muslims worship the stone which has the ability to remove sins? Is the black stone mentioned in the Quran? Is the cube they face and worship 5 times a day mentioned in the Quran, let alone the five daily rituals? None of this is mentioned in the very Quran they claim to follow. There can only be two possibilities. Either the Quran is incomplete and Bukhari & Company had to fill the gaps Allah left in the Quran or Muslims are just a bunch pagans who worship Iblis(their instinct drive) and have hijacked the Quran. They go up in arms when you criticize their hadith collections and continue to argue that without the hadith, they wouldn't be able to perform any of the rituals in Islam. This exposes their true intent. They don't want Allah's guidance but in the same time claim that they follow it (Quran). This is what blinds them from the truth and continues the cycle of the herderd sheep they are, doing what they found their parents to be doing

When they are told, "Follow what Allah has revealed herein," they say, "We follow only what we found our parents doing." Even though their parents had no sense,nor were they guided?

For such an important and "holy" place like Makkah, Makkah is not even mentioned in the Quran even once. They use mental gymnastics for Bakka and false interpretations to face a cube when performing salat.
Their call for salat(adhaan) includes Muhammads name in it. Muhammad and many other dead people are also recited in their durood(also not found in the Quran) in their five daily rituals.

This is so true! I see this happening all around me. First they use the miracles of the Qur'an to convert people, and once people have converted they tell them they HAVE to follow Hadith and scholars and we can never understand the Qur'an on our own. I advised two people I know (who were also influenced by traditionalists) to read the 'Manifesto for Islamic Reform' by Edip Y?ksel and now they are also Monotheist muslims and have left all the superstitions and hadith behind.

We really need to make more people aware of the Qur'an alone movement.

They were Jewish Persian clerics who were fed up with their own as they considered it derailed Judaism and the threat of Christianity and with the early Christian movement that associated themselves with God which is a blasphemy according to them. They had the typical sectarian mindset and God is a distinctly separate object which is to be worshiped using traditional means, i.e. typical Pagan obeisance and you are fine as long as you follow religious rules and uphold prayer. But you can never never never associate yourself with God, that is a blasphemy according to them, and this is shared today by a majority of Muslims as well.

No matter if Muslims like to admit it or not, they follow Judaic religious tradition more or less which is a distortion of what the prophets of old taught.

You can say that these Pagans were the Pharisees of the Biblical Gospels. The inflexibility in living is mirrored in the adherence to a lot of vain rites and rituals within the home and outside of the home. If you are pious you are supposed to concentrate yourself more on keeping the tradition than to actually reflect upon what it is you are actually doing, and what kind of god it is you serve in the first place. I find that a god in military uniform yelling out orders like drill sergeant is not my cup of tea and with an ego bigger than a mountain and who feels so jealous over losing attention that it bursts into total rage with threats of eternal Hellfire. That is not God, our Father, the Father of our Spirit within our Soul. That is the god of very Paganistic people who seek their god in human terms.

From reading the sectarian interpretation of Quran it is obvious what they considered is a blasphemy against God because God does not share their opinion, if you can read what God REALLY says in a proper interpretation, and welcomes association with Him. The test here on Earth is to show that you qualify to be a controller/maleikateh (angel) and then you have to be a mirror of God. Islam is a heavy onslaught against the Messianic message of becoming God's children which these clerics considered a great blasphemy and is shared by the majority of Muslims today 2015. That is the reason why Jesus was executed too.

No, the hijackers were Jewish outcast clerics who sought to do "God" a great service by carrying out "His" will, to in their delusion conquer a lot of lost religious ground. The "real believers" got squeezed in between two fronts which were the trinitarian Christians and the deluded Muhammadans (Muslims) who got rich looting the old Persian empire and the northern part of Arabia, around today's Iraq and west towards Jordan. These places were filled with material coming from the Roman occupation of the Middle-East, so obviously the Arab conquerors became wealthy and with good technological advancements, they simply seized control over ground previous held by the Romans in the Middle-East, on Arabian soil.

The Middle-East was quite divided during this time so many supporters of the strict monotheism (which was much like ISIS) of Islam obviously turned to their side while the rest either paid tribute or were driven away.

The original early Christians, and followers of John the Baptist (Yahya), are usually called Gnostics today and these are who got squeezed in between Muslims marauders fueled by deluded Persian sectarian clerics and the sectarian trinitarian "Christian" clerics of Rome whose Jesus had turned into an exclusive son of God and the (real) Christians who opposed the sectarian doctrine of Christianity were persecuted on two fronts and massacred in a multitude; they simply had no shelter in either camp. The way ancient Gnostics thought about God was deemed as heresy by the Roman clergy and they were often forced to convert, even if they still followed Jesus but as according to how he had REALLY taught.

In the end, none of the sects Christianity or Islam, aka Judaism in disguise, are correct but it was the ancient Gnostics who possessed the proper lore about God. Unfortunately there flows a lot of disinformation about Gnosticism too, i.e. what it is not. It is wise to read up on information about them and without preconception filter that there may be faulty data collected too. Having a piece of insight into what they stand for, you can read the Biblical Gospels and see Jesus actually taught that everyone following his beacon-like appearance would be "Children of the Father" and that he in no way was unique other than that he was born with the "established spiritual link" ("sonhood&quot already connected but everyone who lives in a similar way can be just the same.

Obviously there is no group called Gnostics either but they had no sectarian label ascribed to themselves. It is just like me, I do not call myself Muslim and I do not call myself Christian. I fill the definition of jew (yahood = "who have recognized&quot or muslim ("is Of Soundness&quot. I could call myself among the Children of Israel (Children of the Chief). I try not to identify myself by label, that is a human instinct (satan). BUT, "I AM" "WHO IS" (allah). If I want to be sarcastic towards someone I can just say "I AM" about someone who asks for my religious belonging.

Muslim is not meant to be a noun/proper noun but it is a description, an adjective, you only meet the criteria for if you are like that. Al-Muslimoon can only be a person who "IS SUCH" given the grammatical AL prefix.

If the Quran was to suddenly disappear overnight, the religion of Islam would still exist. Muslims would still pray 5 times a day, read the durood, pay 2.5% zaka, cover their hair, grow a beard, wear thobe, skull cap, wear burqa, eat "halal food", celebrate Eid, fast on Ashura(code name for Yom Kippor), circumcision, use their right hand to eat, prohibit alcohol, vinegar, nail polish, plucking eyebrows, use left foot to enter toilet, peform hajj in the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah, stone the devil, kiss the black stone to get sins forgiven, tax "infidels", sharia law, stone to death for adulteres, murder apostates and homosexuals and the list goes on and on.

Now, If the hadith books were to suddenly disappear, there would be no religion called Islam because islam in the Quran isn't even a religion. The path to God(deen) isn't a religion. God does not follow a religion. God is not a sectarian leader. God is the lord of the worlds. The Lord of all creation. Submitting to your creator is islam, a state of mind. the idea that islam is a religion and that Muhammad was the founder and he himself used to praise himself using the durood and greet angels as he finished his salah is a lie. Muhammad did not come with his own laws(sunna of Muhammad as Muslims claim). Muhammad was a monotheist,one who submitted to the Lord of all creation. He followed the Quran and preached it. Muhammad will not intercede for you and save you from hell.

The religion of Islam is a scam. A lie. A sect. Muslims have set up partners with God. They uphold their man-made stupid laws(hadiths) above Gods laws(Quran). They ascribe lies to the messenger of God claiming the prophet said this and that. They have lied against God. They have hijacked the Quran and claim to follow it while in fact following their own man-made books. They have hindered honest people from the path of God.Many sincere people who saw the divinity and wisdom of the Quran have been sucked into this sect. Have you noticed that these sectarians only use the Quran as bait to lure people into their religion? They never bring up hadith books when making "dawah". It is only once they've got the convert in, the Quran is thrown away and hadith books are used for brainwashing.

It is time we reclaim the Quran from these hypocrites. Muslims are cursed. It is why almost every single Muslim country is a craphole. ISIS is the physical manifestation of hadith books. Every single man-made law from Bukhari & company they uphold and ascribe to God is met with hostily by non-members of the religion of Islam.
Everything they do can be found in hadith books. A peaceful religion is an oxymoron. Religion only hijacks revelation, causes hatred, division and bloodshed. Let's look back and see if this is the first religion has done such.

The Muslims 150- 200 years after the death of Muhammed created another source of their religion with the Quran, "Hadith and Sunnah", falsely attributed to the prophet Muhammed, and in defiance of the Quran. Today most Muslims have discarded the Quran in favor of Hadith and Sunnah.

The same thing is happening today. This is the true nature of organised religion(sectarianism), to hijack the word of God, invent their own books with it and cover the truth up.

Great story! I've lived with that presence my whole life, it is scary, which is why I call it "the haunting" and things like that. It does things, it can do miracles right in-front of you, it can make people say or do things after it tells you, just amazing stuff non stop, and very scary because it can't be controlled. So I guess, based on what you're saying, most people maybe are not aware of this presence and so they live in relative peace and fearlessness thinking there is no God or whatever, and maybe they block it out too because its too scary for them to recognize that in the dark, in the room over there, and right behind them is a presence and power that can do anything in an instant.

After reading a lot of articles on freemind.org i decided to join! I am twenty years old, raised in a muslim family. Eventhough my family calls themselves "sunni" they are not religious at all, nor is anyone interferring with their choice of religous practices. Which of course, is great for me since i'm starting to have a whole other understanding of religion in general/islam . I joined this forum to discuss a lot of ideas with other people and gain knowledge. I still have a whole lot to learn,really. Better die lonely than in a world of lies, however if you reach out you shall see that there are actually some people who go against the stream of lies with you. And many atheists are really good people too, they may just be turned off by the state of world religions from GOD. Faith is in realization and behavior anyways and less has little to do with classical worship, people have been deluded.

I suppose your fianc? is a sectarian muslim based on your formulation?

I have taken a similar path concerning islam and it has ruined my marriage basically due to my wife's heavy sectarian influenced faith. That I am very active concerning the faith with independent research and declaration has not helped either because she has seen my so-called "deviation" very clearly. She took evil-spirited measures against me.

I think you may be careful marrying a traditionally religious person unless the person is moderate and accepting.

Muslim, the word, is not exactly any name of a religion but it is an attribute of a state or condition due to the meem letter introducing the root word and mu - salam means someone (even something) who is sound/pristine literally. You probably know that shattered/broken is an antonym of sound and the mission is simply to be whole (holy). The connotation as submitter is likely a lie that emerged at some time in history, because the meaning of "aslama l'Rabb" is simply "be sound towards/relating the Sustainer".

I study the Arabic and Quran as a project in life and yielded some interesting results.

I am a girl in my mid-twenties (3rd culture kid), engaged to be married, & currently an international student.
I was born into a Sunni Muslim family. I grew up having a very curious + detail-oriented mind. & I am always keen to learn new things..
Also, due to my multicultural background, I have always been confused about the religion I was born into.
A lot of things did not make sense to me. I have thoroughly read about and tried to understand every major religion I came across.. Hinduism (oldest) to Baha'i-ullah Faith (latest.)
To make it short, I went from memorising the holy Quran to adapting to an agnostic belief system in a decade or so.. Quite a theosophic experience!
After that, I just turned to spiritualism due to some life changing experiences I have had. (Inspired by Buddha & Rumi.)
At last, a year ago, I reverted back to Islam. This time, I chose to go the path of Holy Quran, & with all the exposure to the knowledge of world history/politics, I, by then, had formed a very Humanitarian & Neutral perspective towards all the religions that I knew of. It was like The Creator had a plan for me to go through all these phases on my own and get to the bottom of the actual logical truth about Religion out there (the Holy Quran.)

&&&, then I found out about Quran Alone movement and the miraculous code of 19! bravo

I don't have the words to explain how I felt when I found out that there are people out there with a similar approach as mine. Let's just say I felt like a child in an amusement park with all the rides to myself when I got to know about Quran Alone movement! (TBH, I still like amusement parks & I still don't find my favorite rides available. LOL!) yay

Now I also feel, I am on the verge of losing MOST of my good friends & maybe even my partner.. At times, I don't know how to deal with religiously stuck-up & ignorant yet very important people in my life! It can be quite depressing, But but but, that does not change the fact that I am very content & happy with finding my Truth! ;D muscle

I was born in Typical Hindu traditional family but always I was think that what is the truth of this bad world. I am always says in my prayers that ' Oh true God please give me your true path' In the journey of find truth I was joined the 'Sikhism' because I was wondered to know that they all are believing in ?One Rab? In this ?Rab? means ?Allah? but After sometimes I noticed that they all are worshiped there all 'Gurus' with the name God in their prayers.
After this I was joined the group of 'Barham Kumaries' in this name ?Barham?, means 'Allah' but after sometimes I figure out that there path inspired from 'Shrimad Bhagwat Gita' and mostly things are not defined.
And after that I meet someone who told me about the Quran and after reading the Quran I feel from inner that God actually gives me his true path and I am become a ?SUBMITTER? or ?MUSLIM OF ALLAH?.
