Thank you for defining the structure of NON-Islamic institutions. That does not mean Islamic Institutions with a proper constitution cannot be. You have described the predominance of the west.

there is no criminal or civil law in Islam as such. Basically everyone has a right to enjoy life and no one shall intentionally deprive another of his/her happiness. The cost/punishment will depend upon the extent of unhappiness caused by such depravation if proved.It is a simple but effective system whic covers every aspect of one's life.

one vital point has been missed altogether in the constitution. The interpretation of Quranic Law when it comes to the point of meting out JUSTICE. Who decides upon the correct interpretation. As things are there seem to be so many interpretations that it is virtually impossible to determine the correct one and apply it.

Islamic Law as given by Allah(swt) for human conduct . What exactly is judicial law I cannot understand but if you mean Judge made law that is not exactly "justice" because justice by man is quite impossible.You would be wise to read the Ten Commanments to start with. It forbids everything from perjury to murder . The holy Quran explains it better, thats all.

Exactly why can you not have an Islamic Bank? I as well as a billion others can understand why Islamic brewery/casino etc etc are not possible but corporation is exactly what islam is all about. You jump to "common unity" but contradict yourself about"corporation". Are you feeling ok?
