It is I in the avatar.

I chose the nick Sword of Allah for many reasons. Quite a few of them are personal and how I reflect on how the Quran has effected my life. Growing up a Roman Catholic in America, even reading the Quran can get you more than a few dirty looks.

There are many more reasons, notably Khalid bin Al-Waleed, of whom was also called the Sword of Allah.

I'm not very well versed in the Quran yet, but reading the arguments here suppliments my reading of the Quran. Hopefully, I will be proficient enough to carry on a conversation in due time, God Willing.

I agree, but I think that the arguement here is a problem of language, not a problem of the most highs power. My arguement was one of seemless wholeness, which I can delve more deeply into in a later post. However, Allah has power over all things and certainly the universe bends to his power. If Allah chooses to make a new God, certainly it is in his power to do so. As I was saying, even the addition of this new god would not be a deviation from Allah, as it would be a part of Him. Also, since Allah comprises the whole of everything, he cannot be deluded. Any division of infinity is still infinity. Either way, Allah is still Allah, Most High, Most Gracious.

Personally, I feel that we are all comprised of Allah, and it is through his essence that all things are accomplished. Hence, we are all Allah(edit I mean we all reflect in His essence) and that is where the fall of Iblis came in. When Allah created us, Iblis was instructed to worship us as gods. Would this mean that Allah can create more gods? I think so as it is the language that is messing us up.

God just means superior or magical. The pagans worshiped volcanos and thunder-gods, and nature; all of which were superior to them. We were appointed gods to the Jinn, but Allah still reigned supreme. As man, we have only Allah, as we are superior to all other life.

We cannot choose for Allah what Allah is allowed to do, as our view of the universe is inhertly flawed. We are made up of mostly nothing and yet, we seem like we are solid. This universe screams of Allahs glory and any quest to explain his power is a fruitless effort.

Is a soul really necessary? If so why is it that our BODIES are ressurected at the Judgement?

    Peace

not really sure bro about your question but it sounds very interesting though

my note is if a God can not be created then what He creates can never be a god regardless what capabilities the Creator insert in it, some may call that creature a god and sure humans did it with almost every thing, they did it with a human, a planet, a star and an animal

so the concpet exists that a main God created another god "The father and the son is similar indeed", they just called it a god and because god can not be created they can't be gods hence they can call them whatever but the truth remains intact "A God can not be created hence there is only ONE God"

Allah CAN create round squares, as he has created an 11 demensional universe(that we know of). Multidimensional objects can be mathmatically square and round at the same time. As far as God creating another god, he could and did. God, being omnipotent is everywhere, infinate. Anything infinate cannot be defined, therefore, wherever you look, you are looking directly at god.

The rejection and defeat of paganism is that even if there are multiple gods(even if its God and Jinns, or God and Angels), there will be one that reigns more supreme; or they will be equal is domain thus being one entity.

Simply becuase it appears that Allah could not create another god or a shape that is not three dimensionally correct, does not logically flaw Allahs omnipotence. Remember, a fish is unaware of water.

I have been called, or inspired if you will, to the service of god. I have been led here, not to Islam, as it has been corrupted by the works of men afouled, but to He alone, the cherisher of worlds.

I look forward to communicating with you on the Message.
