Study the Quran's verses on the issue before doing anything drastic.

Wouldn't it be so kind of you to help a sister and study the Quran yourself and find the verse that "commands" all women to wear a headscarf?? I think you'll be earning as much "reward" as any hijab-wearing sisters. That is "if" you can find such a verse that you're so confident exists in the Quran.
