Superiority is not always bad… Superiority is a gift given by God… Good and bad dependent on perspective, I never mentioned the word bad in any of my sentence above isn't it? Ego is to be controlled, not to be judged, because judging itself is coming from ego. Ego need to decide whether an event is good or bad from it's perspective and then take proper reaction to it. (to ensure superiority and survival). Thinking that one is above another can never be part and parcel of ego… that’s far off from truth…. It's coming from ego.. Remember brother …. same act of same nature may differ according to situations as Ego or Not…If America develop out of arrogance and jealousy of losing their superiority to china, then it is ego, but if the inner intention of America to maintain their stance and position by not losing to China then that’s not ego…That’s competition on a good course.. It's ego... and I didn't say it's either good or bad... it can be good it can be bad depending on the perspective and circumstances. And such judgement is coming from ego as well. A thought experiment can be as if USA and China unite and form one identity. "China are among US" saith USA and "USA are among us" saith China. Thus no longer them but both USA and China refer to all of 'them' as us. (them here because let us took the perspective from the outside). Every success of "China" will be considered as our success by USA and vice versa. As next level expand those step to all humanity, where all human will consider everyone as US. That's how it will evolve, even on individual level. Ego can be controlled and managed, but not let ego take control and manage you. ….The way you express your views and presenting and posing questions are almost identical and reminds me of Imrnkwadja while I was having conversation long before with him….. are you brothers dude .. ? lol Maybe... we are brothers in soul... who knows? Did we born from the same parent? well no..

Yes Arabs are always wrong. They can't never be right. Their nationalis even when attacke and in their own countries is wrong but colonialis and it socuupations and expropriations of countries, such as Palestina is jusy the same as nationalism againts invasion. ¡What an abject poit of view it is like saying that rape is cause by thsa ligitimate ambition of the raped not be raped as to the legitimate ambition of the raper to rape. ¡¡Is not that great!! An when the whole "civilisation stands behind the raper, the more so. Imperials an rapers are right because they have the force, or the might, wbat else is there to say. It is so nice and easy to prey on the defenceless and still feel good as if one were being fair... Long live Palestine and may God help them against the slow motion genocide which is being perpetrated against them.

Salam Sarah. The holy site sits in the Middle East, and has been the center for sending Prophets since prophets began (where else do you address people with a new/updated message from God except @ His Temple). Also, the Prophets (after Noah) are all from the seed of Abraham - who happened to be a resident of the region.

@Jafar 'Since God created everything, does not that also implies all message is God's message?' No because many messages out there would contradict each other Then God do NOT created everything? God created some of things out of everything?

Salam! The keyword is اذان which has nothing to do with the topic i.e plastic surgery or slitting ears. اذان is where ears and throat meet. A narrow path/or opening joined with a hollow opening. Thus means to cut off cattle throats/windpipes. Secondly, if you want to stick with traditional translations then rest assured that Allah shapes you when you are in mothers bellies. After time it gets changed always till you die or do you remain like new born babies? Peace!

Peace brother! All the non-qur'anic information about the Prophet was based on Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasulullah. It is also one of the earliest documents after the Qur'an. Ibn Ishaq recorded it ca. 100 years a.H. Its still not the original version - it got tempered and manipulated. But its still a good read, enjoyed it a lot - some truth is still accessible in that book. Ibn Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah translated by Alfred Guillaume. I find this translation very nice as he also translated all the poems the arabs used to write after some very special events.

Peace 'Quran (434) - "Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them." Quran (222 - "and the men are a degree above them" "Them" refers to women. This is often taken to mean authority. Quran (3359) - "Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks close round them..." Men determine how women dress. Quran (3333) - "And abide quietly in your homes..." Women are confined to their homes except when they have permission to go out. Quran (2223) - "Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will." Wives are to be sexually available to their husbands in all ways at all times. They serve their husbands at his command. This verse is believed to refer to anal sex (see Bukhari 6051), and was "revealed" when women complained to Muhammad about the practice. The phrase "when and how you will" means that they lost their case. Quran (665) - "Maybe, his Lord, if he divorce you, will give him in your place wives better than you, submissive, faithful, obedient, penitent, adorers, fasters, widows and virgins" A disobedient wife can be replaced.' Source thereligionofpeace.com/pages/quran/men-in-charge-of-women.aspx Peace Sara.... If you replace instead of women with men those verses... Do you get satisfied? Will that probably work in society...

Peace... Soittosondhani.... A) At least you have realized that the cause of misfortunes of Lut's wife was not male homosexuality. Thanks. ~~~~~ ……. Did I ever claim that the wife of Lut was unfortunately one of those died as a result of practicing homosexuality….what is your point….. where is your reasoning after all this explanation..…town was destroyed for sure so did the people in it except Lut’s family…. But I was reiterating the core of Lut’s story throughout which is mainly about homosexuality ….even if you claim that the story is something other than homosexuality as per your understanding but that is only one story,… I mean about one subject…got me?. other than that God only says that they did highway robberies…. But remember for that nation there was a Messenger explaining things clearly like all messengers did…. HE WAS NOT SENT ONLY TO NEGATE HOMOSEXUALITY….but to teach them everything like quran has taught us…. So she was one of those who denied the verses of God (messages) thus denying the Messenger….why don’t you grasp it….but God highlighted Lut fundamentally with one matter everywhere in quran whenever HE wanted talk about Lut.. that matter I linked to LGBT… pls grasp it… God destroyed everyone with the same fate.... be it homosexual or denying God's verses after everything was manifested to them....... B) If Allah clearly not informs the cause of destroying any past nation(s) in the Quran, we should acknowledge the matter unknown, instead of imposing our own notion/assumption on it. ~~~~~ ……. if the matter is not clear for you as you have claimed officially above, it’s fine be in that assumption and acknowledge and try to improve to further enhance …. But don’t claim that others also not understood to remain as you are…. It's not assumption .... that's what it is written in quran... what you say may be assumption as you have already claimed....

Its our greed here thats the problem, and it starts from the story of Adam and Iblis and will continue. reminds me of Q4/79, What we think we created is always bad, and whatever we think God does is goodness. We have done a lot, gained a lot of knowledge, but the pride and our ego looks to always result in evil showing its true face.?

Basically concentrate on your own character and live for both your well being and the wellbeing of all the other creatures. GOD stands for all that is "good". Ibada is following /mirroring/….the good . That is living for the sake of GOD. Qoran calls it "Sirat Al Mustaqeem". So, try your best to be the following Just, peaceful, non aggressive, tolerant ,forgiving, fair, "love GOD and love thy neighbour", sincere and approachable...etc. A character with good morals and the love of GOD and His creatures would be living for the sake of GOD. Both easy to see and difficult to do. Try your best anyway if you can. GOD bless . Peace.

Salam I was wondering about the diacritical marks and how the early Quranic texts do not have them and how they were later added in. A couple days ago I read a verse in the Qur'an went something along the lines of how believers or how one should believe in all of the scripture. But is the modern day Qur'an really the exact version of the scripture the it's referring to? If just a couple of the diacritical marks are wrongly placed, the meaning of the words and sentences change. https//wikiislam.net/wiki/Diacritical_Marks_of_the_Qur%27an Link opens not. How Qur’ān was rendered facilitative for reading. http//haqeeqat.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/00.Arabic%20Text/019.%20Maryam%20Siddiqa/19.97.gif The statement that Qur’ān is rendered facilitative has the value of a claim - to say, without proof or evidence, that something is true. Since the statement is about a book which is meant for reading and comprehending, the statement will be true if the book facilitates the reader both in its reading and comprehension. This is the extent of the statement. If the critical reader finds the statement true to its extent it will obviously highlight the value, quality and importance of the book whereby he will become sincere and reverent for it. Does Qur’ān facilitate us to read it? http//haqeeqat.pk/FacilitatorHow.htm

The brother who started that topic was probably into gnosticism which got a little bit confused over time. The latin word Lucifer comes only once in the bible which is in Isaiah 1412 How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! Lucifer = morning star and its referred to the Planet Venus which always rises before the sun. Its an allegory to visualize Satans arrogance and fall because the light of Venus is vanquished through the rising of the Sun. Also light-bearer because Venus is the the bearer of the Sun - its also linked to Prometheus from the greek methology. There is a lot of astrotheology in the scriptures. The Nour of GOD is the Aether, the fifth element - not the light of our realm. Its the Light upon Light نُوۡرٌ عَلٰى نُوۡر - the true light beyond our material realm. https//s17-us2.startpage.com/cgi-bin/serveimage?url=https%2F%2Fi.pinimg.com%2Foriginals%2Fd6%2F4e%2F86%2Fd64e86a7f07128da118f1ce9b197b418.jpg&sp=165967b2e12a9a5b67630ad7030056a6 Through distillation processes we have now what is called the periodic table of the elements (in the western world) which are on the basis of the 4 primal elements of our realm https//s17-us2.startpage.com/cgi-bin/serveimage?url=https%2F%2Fpubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov%2Fperiodic-table%2Fpng%2FPeriodic_Table_of_Elements_w_Chemical_Group_Block_PubChem.png&sp=0bce96e7a3197d467b9df3b90703b37b The dualistic religions Horus vs. Set or Ahura Mazda vs Ahriman or Jesus vs. Satan is a philosophical approach to reality of the (astrological) Gemini age which is actually coming from the Sun and the Moon -> Astrotheology (It still has influence over certain freemasonic lodges) What is actually wrong - the sun and the moon are symbolizing something completely different. Gnosticism has also a completely different approach to our reality - as the demiurg is represented as someone evil who created this world as a prison with the demonic planets ruling over us. Its a perspective change to the popular religions back in those times. The dualistic nature can be only applied to Jibril vs Iblis/ astrologically malaika and jinn represent Sun (jinn) and the Moon (malaika) and the Shayateen which represent the black sun which is responsible of the ecliptic insanity (theres a lot of esoteric)/ or representing our intellectual (sun) and intuitional (moon) capacities and our insanities and cruelties (black sun or sun of the underworld) - who are not Gods but positive (sun/moon) and negative (sheol sun/moon) forces. Pure and inpure elements. Holy and unholy spirits. The true GOD - the primal creator, the source is beyond all of that. The Earth represents our physical body - the heaven and all the luminaries the spiritual nature and our soul. This is my view of reality through observation, reading of alchemical and sacred texts, my intuitional capacities and intellectual approach through the spiritual intelligence. Yes this sounds crazy in modern dogmas and paradigms. Just think for yourself )

Thanks all of you who responded and thanks to all of you who read out of interest. Here is the summary of my aim in this thread 1- Who are we ? Why are we humans now? Will we understand clearly the purpose here after we die? 2- Free will/choice ,is this to do with using our eyes ears and brain to choose our way of life ? 3-Are we accountable one day for our choices? 4017 On that day, every soul will be requited for whatever it had earned. There will be no injustice on that day. God is most efficient in reckoning. 4018 Warn them about the imminent day, when the hearts will be terrified, and many will be remorseful. The transgressors will have no friend nor an intercessor to be obeyed. This reminds me of "I told you so" about accountability 4030 The one who believed said, "O my people, I fear for you the same fate as the previous opponents. وَقالَ الَّذى ءامَنَ يٰقَومِ إِنّى أَخافُ عَلَيكُم مِثلَ يَومِ الأَحزابِ 4031 "The opponents of Noah, and `Ãd, Thamoud, and others who came after them. God does not wish any injustice for the people. 4032 "O my people, I fear for you the Day of Summoning. وَيٰقَومِ إِنّى أَخافُ عَلَيكُم يَومَ التَّنادِ 4033 "That is the day when you may wish to turn around and flee. But nothing will protect you then from God. Whomever God sends astray,(Because of his/her own choices) nothing can guide him/her." يَومَ تُوَلّونَ مُدبِرينَ ما لَكُم مِنَ اللَّهِ مِن عاصِمٍ وَمَن يُضلِلِ اللَّهُ فَما لَهُ مِن هادٍ God s favour as a message came to us to help us choose right.Tragic Human error of "big ego". and the wrong choice, can we listen?. 4035 They argue against God's revelations, without any basis. This is a trait that is most abhorred by God and by those who believe. God thus seals the hearts of every arrogant tyrant.( Those who think they know better and choose what their ego desires!!) الَّذينَ يُجٰدِلونَ فى ءايٰتِ اللَّهِ بِغَيرِ سُلطٰنٍ أَتىٰهُم كَبُرَ مَقتًا عِندَ اللَّهِ وَعِندَ الَّذينَ ءامَنوا كَذٰلِكَ يَطبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ قَلبِ مُتَكَبِّرٍ جَبّارٍ The best deal/choice is clear to me from the message 4039 "O my people, this first life is a temporary illusion, while the Hereafter is the eternal abode." يٰقَومِ إِنَّما هٰذِهِ الحَيوٰةُ الدُّنيا مَتٰعٌ وَإِنَّ الـٔاخِرَةَ هِىَ دارُ القَرارِ 4040 Whoever commits a sin is requited for just that, and whoever works righteousness - male or female - while believing, these will enter Paradise wherein they receive provisions without any limits. مَن عَمِلَ سَيِّئَةً فَلا يُجزىٰ إِلّا مِثلَها وَمَن عَمِلَ صٰلِحًا مِن ذَكَرٍ أَو أُنثىٰ وَهُوَ مُؤمِنٌ فَأُولٰئِكَ يَدخُلونَ الجَنَّةَ يُرزَقونَ فيها بِغَيرِ حِسابٍ Is this not what we are debating here about the right choices? 4041 "O my people, while I invite you to be saved, you invite me to the hellfire. 4042 "You invite me to be unappreciative of God, and to set up/ follow choose beside Him idols that I do not recognize. I am inviting you to the Almighty, the Forgiver. تَدعونَنى لِأَكفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَأُشرِكَ بِهِ ما لَيسَ لى بِهِ عِلمٌ وَأَنا۠ أَدعوكُم إِلَى العَزيزِ الغَفّٰرِ 4043 "There is no doubt that what you invite me to do has no basis in this world, nor in the Hereafter, that our ultimate return is to God, and that the transgressors have incurred the hellfire. 4044 "Some day you will remember what I am telling you now. I leave the judgment of this matter to God; God is the Seer of all the people." Thank you all. GOD bless you. Peace

Salam, Tyranny and oppression happens everywhere to different scales. There’s a few more you could add.. Yemen, Uyghur, Afghanistan, Iraq, plus more... I believe a lot of people feel helpless and also are not very fully aware of the situations or what they can do. Some people demonstrate through protests, write to their local Foreign and Commonwealth Office, donate to organisations that help the people in conflict and some may share posts/videos on social media to get people more aware. Quranically we should stand up for justice and equality (4135), not incline to those who do wrong (11113) God commands justice (1690) and defend ourselves from tyranny (4239) So in my view ignoring isn’t standing up for justice. It may not “belong to us” as in, not the same culture or religion but justice is for all people regardless of ethnicity or religion.

Salaam to all What Quran says on zakat?? Like how much we can give to whom we should give can zakat be given to non Muslims etc Wasalaam. Zakath.... Brother... Search in this very forum I am sure you will get an idea... And read Quran and compare... Simply I say with my exploration there is No Zakath (giving money, food, goods etc) in Quran... But, Allah encourage and recommend to perform charity and help always... To the extent if you DON'T do charity Janna is far from reach... Zakath is always purification / betterment of a person in whatever good way... Once you read Zakath verses thoroughly and what you grasp is depend on your understanding...

Salaam all I came across this statement on internet "All kaafirs are not muslims BUT all non-Muslims are not Kaafirs". Is this ok according to Quranic teachings? Wasalaam Kafir = the one who deny God and His verses/signs (remember only relevant to topic... Kafir can be any common Denial) Muslim = The one Surrendered to God (remember relevant to topic, Root may give general surrender of any type as well, example surrender to forces) Now figure out your question.
