What are the different translations for the verses which talk about virgins in paradise? The "pure spouses" etc., those who no man or jinn has touched. Can someone explain the different interpretations of these verses?

pure spouse means "someone that hasn't had sex" and virgin means "someone that hasn't had sex" so you'll have like a wife if your a man and a husband if your a woman in heaven so the translations probably mean the same thing just put in a different way welcome

So we won't be with our real wives, but with other "spouses" that are given to us?

If your spouse is a believer of course you will be with them but not everyone spouse are a believe or not everyone is married

Where does it say that? That someone's wife will be with them in heaven.

You have discussed it, but didn't explain much at all. The thread turned into a discussiong about whether Adam was a prophet, etc. etc.

I would just simply like some verses from the Qur'an (or one verse) which talks about believers being with THEIR wives in paradise, not with spouses that are assigned to them there.

                  Peace to all,

                  Try these verses Amid,

Gardens of perpetual bliss they shall enter there, as well as the righteous among their fathers, their spouses, and their offspring and angels shall enter unto them from every gate (with the salutation) Peace unto you for that ye persevered in patience! Now how excellent is the final home!) (Ar-Ra`d 1323-24).

( And they who believe and whose seed follow them in faith, We cause their seed to join them (there), and We deprive them of naught of their (life?s) work. Every man is responsible for that which he hath earned) (At-Tur 5221).

( Lo! those who merit Paradise this day are happily employed, they and their wives, in pleasant shade, on thrones reclining) (Ya-Sin 3655-56).

That's interesting, thanks. However, some people say that the word in 3655-56 means "associates" instead of wives. Can you shed more light on this please?

My conclusion is There will be no male or female human being when entering Heaven or Hellfire. a Human Female Soul will be united with a male soul in one single body...as we were created before, our Father Adam before taking away his female part from his body.

If the verses IronSky posted are correctly interpreted, then your statement makes no sense.

What Ironsky posted is correct; when saying that your wife will enter to Heaven with you, would you say that she will be
1- she will be one of your wives, beside Hoor Elyeen; in other word, she will be one of your prizes.
2-She will have many husbands from Hoor Elyeen, beside you.

Or would you say that her soul will be joined with yours in a single body; both will feel the joy of being in heaven equally. After all God is Just, and He will reward all the male and female believers equally; and if Female believer would to be rewarded differently than man (e.g., Hoor Eleen), God would have said that in Quran, moreover, He would have said the type of rewards.

                                  Peace,

When you enter the paradise there is no evil in your hearts; male or female you are made pristine pure; no jinn nor man would ever touch even each other's hearts with an evil for there is no such thing in them.

Next, all of us will be made as equal and equitable in age and splendor. So you would love your spouses much more beautifully than you loved them when you got married to them and entered into relationship with them for the very first time. And there is no aging for you there. This is the never ending status of utmost satisfaction in paradise.

Then finally with regard to 'hoor ul ein'! They are only for those who were raised as witnesses - shahidis and about who Allah wanted us to make clear that we shall not call them the dead for they sacrificed their lives in the path of Allah! Those are the people went way ahead and advanced before us. Their paradise in Jannath - ADNU.

                                  Regards.

                                  .

what you said above is not in Quran (I believe); nothing in Quran indicates that married Females will continue to be the wife of here earthy husband in heaven; what you are saying is supported by many hadiths, which makes the Female believer as a prize to the male believer in Heaven; that is what I do not agree with. I believe God will reward all the believers, male and female equally; moreover, all of them will have what God mentioned in Quran including Hoor Eleain.

Then finally with regard to 'hoor ul ein'! with due all respect, the above clearly disagree with the Quran.

According to Quran humans will be three groups

567 And you will be in three groupings.
568 So those on the right, who will be from those on the right?
569 And those on the left, who will be from those on the left?
5610 And those foremost, who will be from those foremost?
5611 They will be the ones who are brought near.

two in heaven and one in hellfire.

One of the heaven's group will have the following

                                    5622 And wonderful companions.
5623 Like pearls which are sheltered.
5624 A reward for their works.

                                    and the other will have

5635 We have developed them completely.
5636 And made them never previously touched.
                                    5637 Perfect, mature in age.
5638 For those on the right side.

In other words, all the believers in Heaven will have Hoor el ean.

                                    Finally

Then finally with regard to 'hoor ul ein'! They are only for those who were raised as witnesses - shahidis and about who Allah wanted us to make clear that we shall not call them the dead for they sacrificed their lives in the path of Allah! In your above statement, you are confusing between the believers who were killed in the name of Allah and the Shahidies "witnesses". The first is not as the second; All the believers whom are spreading the truth among people will be witnesses in the hereafter; in other words, they do not have to be killed in the name of Allah to become witnesses.

                                    May God bless.

what you said above is not in Quran (I believe); nothing in Quran indicates that married Females will continue to be the wife of here earthy husband in heaven; what you are saying is supported by many hadiths, which makes the Female believer as a prize to the male believer in Heaven; that is what I do not agree with. I believe God will reward all the believers, male and female equally; moreover, all of them will have what God mentioned in Quran including Hoor Eleain.
with due all respect, the above clearly disagree with the Quran.

                                      Dear belH,

What I have said in my post is what I perceive from the Quran in text of words; it is mandatory upon us that we shall have to understand by applying our mind to what we read. Perception and reception are important while using Quran for Guidance in one's life. So what I have written is my perception. Perception may Reveal to one to see things clearly the straight path from the path of error; in this manner perceptive qualities shall lead to receiving the Revelations. With regard to hoorul ein, you may rethink on it to see that you might agree with that you disagree now.

And for your information, I do not know hadiths; neither do I care; nor do I believe in the men made hadiths except the Hadith of Allah, The Quran.

According to Quran humans will be three groups

When are they divided into three groups? Who are the three groups? Who are the foremost? Who are the people on the Right? And who are the people on the left? If you can please clarify.

two in heaven and one in hellfire.

Who are the 2 in the heaven and what are the differences between the 2 groups of heavenites? Why Allah had divided among the heavenites? Please clarify.

Why is this difference? And what is this difference for?

In other words, all the believers in Heaven will have Hoor el ean.

If you answer all my questions above you will come to know that hoorul ein belong to one group of heavenite, the first and foremost.

                                      Finally

In your above statement, you are confusing between the believers who were killed in the name of Allah and the Shahidies "witnesses". The first is not as the second; All the believers whom are spreading the truth among people will be witnesses in the hereafter; in other words, they do not have to be killed in the name of Allah to become witnesses.

Please answer my above questions so that you will agree with the above paragraph that you disagree for now.

                                      May God bless.
                                      Peace.

                                      .

What I have said in my post is what I perceive from the Quran in text of words; it is mandatory upon us that we shall have to understand by applying our mind to what we read. I agree; but you should understand that sometimes our perception is limited. For example, I used to perceive that God will give male believers Wives in Heaven, including their earthy wives. but then, I saw many female believers are sad that their reward from God is not equal to male believers; then, I new my perception is wrong...after all God is Just.
thus, I started to search the Quran for answer until I found 81-7 and 31-28.

And for your information, I do not know hadiths; neither do I care; nor do I believe in the men made hadiths except the Hadith of Allah, The Quran.

                                        I know

When are they divided into three groups? Who are the three groups? Who are the foremost? Who are the people on the Right? And who are the people on the left? If you can please clarify.

                                        The Foremost

9100 And the foremost who came early from amongst the emigrants and the supporters, and those who followed them in kindness; God has accepted them, and they have accepted Him; and He prepared for them estates with rivers flowing beneath in which they will abide eternally. Such is the great success.
                                        9100
according to the above verse, they were among the believers during the prophet time, and any other believer whom follow their footstep--they are the true believers.

The following verses are some of their attributes

2357 As for those who are in reverence from the awareness of their Lord.
                                        2357

2358And they believe in the revelations of their Lord.
                                        2358

2359 And they do not associate lies with their Lord.
                                        2359

2360 And they give of what they were given, and their hearts are full of reverence that they will return to their Lord.
                                        2360

2361 These are the ones who race in doing good, and they are the first to it (Sabikoon-"Foremost&quot.
                                        2361

                                        I believe that the foremost are the ones who follow the footstep of Messengers; they are the sect of God who carry out the mission of spreading the truth among people and protecting the truth from lies; and when doing so, some get killed and others die normally (some prophets died normally and others were killed; and both type are among the foremost group). These group would be among the witnesses in JD;

                                        The people of the right

1771 The Day We call every people by their Scripture. Then, whoever are given their record by their right, they will relate their record, and they will not be wronged in the least.
                                        1771

those are the people of right; they will not be among the witnesses, but among the ones whom will be under judgment. I believe they are the ones whom followed God's book but did not choose to confront the lies and spread the truth.

Thus, the Foremost are the Believers and the People of the Right are the Submitter (moslem).

I hope I did well in this one; may God forgive me if I made mistake.

And Finally, please note in chapter 56, the two Groups that are going to heaven will have Wives; moreover if you read chapter 55, you will note how God is describing the two different type of wives of Heaven.

Please note that if your arrgument that Only the ones whom were killed in God's cause will have Hoor eleen is true, then what about the females who get killed in God's cause or how about Prophet Mohamed or Abrahim who died normally? do you think they will not be rewarded with the Foremost Group?
                                        May God bless.
                                        Peace
