what's if it's one of those button ones, also some of those jeans women wear are so figure huggingly tight they look absolutely impossible to take off. There must something to that ruling, what kind of jeans were they that she couldn't be raped?? Also where can I buy em?

he can just open the buttons.

also some of those jeans women wear are so figure huggingly tight they look absolutely impossible to take off.

well they are not that hard to take off actually, they may look it but they certainly aint.

There must something to that ruling, what kind of jeans were they that she couldn't be raped??

they are just being silly, some jeans are harder to take off but it's hardly mission impossible.

I wonder why they didn't test her jeans for his finger prints ???

Also where can I buy em?

        try NewLook or Topshop. D

A woman that dresses in a sexy manner is more likely to be asked out or get chatted up, but there is not a shred of evidence to suggest she is more likely to get raped, so camparing it to a wallet on a busy street is ridiculous. Statistically lap dancers and female strippers are not more likely to get raped then the average woman.

Yes because they are fully aware that they will have their ass kicked badly by the bouncers if they ever try to lay their hands on the strippers ...

Just because we tolerate homosexuality in the West don't erroneously assume men raping men is more common in the West, coz there is no evidence to suggest this either.

I do believe that men and women in Muslim countries are less likly to admit if they have got raped as well.

All of the rape cases involving homosexuals which I heard occurred in the West and I never heard of similar case in Indonesia. As for the tendency of rape victims in Asia not to speak up, I agree that it is true and I think it is wrong.

In the West? Maybe you are not familiar with the story of the Egyptian prisoner who told of his plight on TV.

Please share the information with me.

By homosexuals? So, women are raped by heterosexuals and men are raped by homosexuals? Rape is an act of disturbed nuts, perverts, psychos, has nothing to do with sexual orientation.

Let's get real Samia. How often did you hear about rapes perpetated by women toward men? It is very very rare I believe.

          Peace,

African Americans get arrested more frequently than Whites. But that does not mean African American commited more crime than White. Same thing with rape.

Male victim are more unlikely to report because of society norm/pressure on males.

All women do not report either, and some that do have not been raped at all.

but the guy himself said it was not that bad the second time....

to get back to the subject - women (just as men) in order to rape often resort to using objects - which kind of proves that it often is about power...

Jankren exactly who is gonna stop them being raped when they are outside work?, they don't have a guardian angels with them .

There is simply not a shread of evidence to suggest what women where makes a difference to whether they get raped or not. Believing that dress code indicates to whether you are more likely to get raped or not is just as "logical" as believing the earth is flat, it is such a short sighted, ignorant yet popular view.

Do strippers dress in public the way they dress at work? I dont think so. Besides, if there are some men obsessed with a stripper or something they could just make a 'deal' with her without having to sexually abuse her which could obviously risk unnecessary criminal prosecution.

If rape is a reaction to what women wear in public, we should expect rape to take place in public.
I think some are mixing between rape and sexual harrasment.

S.H can take place in public.

Where does rape take place? Where do rapist rape women?

but they do appear to earn a reputation for not wearing much anyway

                                      your confusing rape with fornication.

fornication is all about lust, rape is about power.

Peace jankren, i think you have to get some of your definitions right

A woman might be a stripper, which doesn't automatically mean that she's a prostitute at the same time, so the deal might go down the drain...

And i'd also like to add, not to you especially but in general, that even prostitutes can be raped. Between a prostitute and her/his client there's supposed to be a (verbal) contract, about what is on the "program" and for how much. And even a prostitute can chose with whom he/she is going to "contract".

I think some are mixing between rape and sexual harrasment.

A rapist will always find an excuse/reason to commit this heinous crime?..it?s not the dress, it?s the psyche >to get a kick from the screams of a vulnerable humane being, begging to be left alone is the root problem according to my thinking.

I have been to every type of club and beach at least once in my life, it is true that some naughty ideas may creep into one?s mind in some ?close encounters? because of the revealing dress or no dress at all situation, but the urge to rape someone still do not occur in normal human desires.

Most of the women who get raped in my country have never worn any revealing cloths throughout their lives.
So in my opinion dress is just an excuse.

LK-even prostitutes can be raped. Between a prostitute and her/his client there's supposed to be a (verbal) contract, about what is on the "program" and for how much. And even a prostitute can chose with whom he/she is going to "contract".

                                          rape
                                          v. physically force another person to have sexual intercourse; seize, take by force; plunder.
I totally agree with you even a prostitute has rights, none have the right to force anyone , no matter who they are.
