you sure are a man of conviction and have a lot of courage. I suppose that as you're campaigning for "chief", the people know about your beliefs, and those that voted for you might not be shocked if you swear on the quran (instead of bible for example). But did you campaign using the argument of a quranic , well, let's say community ? Because nation or state will mean big trouble for you to come...

God Bless you and keep us posted. I'm sure alot of us would love to help in any way. Even though I wouldn't want to live in a quran-alone community in the state that we are in now, that does not mean that I would not help in any way I can to allow for an upright community to finally come and at that time I will surely move without a moment's thought. As it is now, I see that we have alot of work before a true Godly community would be strong enough to actually accommodate residents. But that only means that we have alot of work to do. And its so refreshing to find a brother who is taking action! bravo

no Jankren, as I stated, there are very few full bloods left anywhere in the entire country, even hear on my reservation they have interbred with the surrounding white mixed population so much we only have descendents of the original treaty signers left, I actually come from a very long line of politically active members of my tribe the Ojibwe, i trace back directly to Tecumseh and I am a member of the Crane clan which is traditionally the clan of leadership. believe it or not I am actually more native blood quantum than the vast majority of so called Indians, im almost 1/3 native blood but I have French German and a bit of Irish/Scotch too, the only other thing that differentiates me from the majority of native americans is that i was raised on an Indian reservation my entire life, most live elswhere and never even set foot on a rez.
Sorry I dont have pony tails and feathers in my head, (actually i used to have a pony tail).

Its funny, just yesterday I was voted by my corps (around 180 students at my school, three corps make a grade) to be "Most likely to be a politician" so if we ever start this God Alone nation Im totally running for office. What age would be the minimum for the highest office?

The Nation of Pakistan is a country that was formed and established by Muslims who lived in British India and saw the importance of having a Home of their Own. Also, it was meant to be a country governed strictly by the laws of the quran.

Could you post or pm some links for more info? I'm planning a trip out to Yellowstone this summer and wouldn't mind stopping by, if that was cool. Is your reservation in Minnesota?

This is a very interesting idea, and definitely much better than buying land/island for the obvious reasons you sited.
But I still believe that (correct me if I am wrong) the reservation submits to the federal law of immigration, so you can only have those who are already in America.
Besides, and this is my main point, how would other residents like to have their reservation being a home model for qur'aan alone community? They are the majority. The only way is if they embrace this idea and become quraan aloners/sympathisers themselves. That's how muslim community emerged in its beginning. Or you become yourself the responsible authority and apply the principles of quraan and so they will embrace these principles and we have the community.

Adultery is not actionable in the U.S. Some jurisdictions still have laws but it's only because they were put in place a long time ago and nobody has sued for that in a long time so it was never taken out. but if someone were to sue for adultery today in 2007 they would revise the law immediately. What is actionable is not the sex act. There is no compensation for that. but what is is if the cheating husband for example contracts an STD and knowingly or negligently or recklessly does not share that information with his wife. If she were to contract the STD or if she needed testing that would be actionable. so there needs to be some tangible damage done as a result of the adultery for a suit to arise today in 2007.

Do you mean that if a couple, married or not, have sex in a park, they will not be sued?
In the UK, it is a crime to have sex in public, whether between married or unmarried couple. This is what the word "zina" means, according to the way set to prove it.
As for cheating husband/wife, even the qur'aan does not state a punishment for that, just permanent divorce if the cheated upon party sue (of course unlless the cheating one confesses)
If unmarried couple have sex inside a house/hotel..who will know so as to sue them? Spying , eavesdropping, forced entrance in a house or entrance without permission are all prohibited explicitly in the qur'aan.
