Besides the message of the Quran is supposed to be for all people, for all time, whether or not other messengers come is a moot and irrelevant point.

Do you mean "all message" in the Quran, or the core (Wisdom) of its messages.
I really cannot imagine how the eskimos could be able to perform the "Fasting Of Ramadhan"...
Since summer time on the Antartic, the Sun will never go down for more or less a month.. (no nighttime).
And in winter time there will be no sun.. (no daylight)
