When we convert 0 kelvin to celcius the temperature is -273.15 degrees celcius so when the universe expands will the temperature in celcius become lower..?

No it will eventually reach 0 Kelvin (or -273C) but will not go any lower as all atomic activity ceases at that temperature

There are many theories about this, but it is now generally accepted that the universe is still expanding and that expansion is getting faster. Because of the discovery of dark matter and dark energy, the total mass of the universe (and subsequently the total gravatational effect) would mean that the universe will carry on expanding until it eventually flies apart.
Certainly true. Dark energy is thought to be the force that counters gravity and not only is the universe expanding, it has accelerated expansion!
However, I still believe that the Big Crunch is how the universe will end. There's many theories Big Burst, Big Rip, Big Crunch, Big Freeze, Vacuum Mestability Event, and so on. It's interesting to study these theories, but the ultimate fate of the universe is up to God. Since God is The All Able and has control of everyone and everything, He could make the ending any way He wishes.

Scients say that in 3 billion years the milky way would collide with andromeda galaxy...what do you think the outcome would be?

When they say collide, (if we collide) it is not like a collision of two cars. Even though a Galaxy looks almost solid with hundreds of millions of stars, it is 99.5% empty space (well space is not empty, but you get my meaning). As they collide, some stars will be thrown off by the massive opposing gravity, but most will eventually settle down to become a larger "Milky Andromeda" Galaxy. As we are about 50% along one of the spiral arms, it all depends if we are on the leading edge when we collide or on the backside. But either way we will not be here as the Sun would probably have started to expand by then as it uses up its fuel. The sun is more than 4.6 billion years old, its expected life is only about 8-9 billion years so it will be in its old age by then.

Is milky way's black hole way smaller than amdromeda's and can sumone compare the size of these galaxies in light years..
