Respectfully.Well then, i'd say you get a tank, out some fish in, wait till they grow, God willing, feed them good and every day, make them really big and then when they are the size of the plate for lunch - bon apetite.lol. eat

Well, there is more iron in beef, so as long as it doesn't have BSE (mad cow) it can be better than chicken, as long as it is in moderate quantities (i.e. a little smaller than a deck of cards at a few meals over the week)

The trouble is, a lot of beef is consumed as grilled patties or in barbecues or so on. And this causes carcinogens to form.
On the other hand, even grilled chicken has similar carcinogenic amines (according to the second url) so it is a question of preparation more than the meat itself.Chicken (although I love it) seems to neither have the high iron content of beef and certain other red meats nor the omega 3 fatty acids and other beneficial nutrients found in fish.
