For inspiration, for example. Most scriptures say the same basic things, but due to their respective cultural backgrounds in different languages -- literally and metaphorically.

I like reading various things from various sources. peaceLeyna you know that Salah Eddine Al Ayoubi have wrote the book of Moses and he added the metaphor and the ruls of the arabic language into the hebrew scriptures. so most of Jewish must thank him because their language is strong now because of Arabic language. and by the way you must not read th scriptures because Quran came to banned readin them and it is your choice, do whatver you want.

YUSUFALI It is He Who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Law (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus) before this, as a guide to mankind, and He sent down the criterion (of judgment between right and wrong).The Book is Quran, it confirms the Law given to Moses and the Gospel of Jesus. Well thats obvious from some of the replies here and in complete contrast to what Allah has said in Quran. here are a few verses that tell you to think and reflect, which means using your own mind and reasoning, there are many more verses saying the same thing, to use your MIND and BRAIN instead of being lazy and hoping someone else has done it all for you.
