Where is "don't" in the Verse?

God in the verse described a situation where the Muslims are in a strong position, so he oredred them to not be weak. And they knew that they are strong position but they will call for a period of peace, so here God just mentioned what they will do but his aim is not do it .

( ) = do not be weak and then after this word it came " " then "( ) calling for a period of peace (an armistice). the verse will be like that on its meaning (Do not "be weak and Call for an armistice&quot, so Typically is saying don't call for armistice if you're in a position of strength, that's why came after " " . why they would call for an armistice if they are stronger than their ennemies. you got it?

this is a way of make a negative sentence from the first and then the sentence will take a negative statement later in every word after "and" . let's change the way of the sentence " " you see I change the way of the sentence and it still the same thing (Do not "call for an armistice and be weak&quot .

Can you quote me a single instance from the Grand Qur'aan in support of your logic that conjunction "waw" will carry forward the "prohibitive " without again using in the sentence? needs to be repeated every time.

it'll be the same thing if we delete "" from " " but here God wanted to make things sure by making the first with "" and then make the second order with "" ..Do not be weak and do not be sad , this situation called "", there is a difference between this situation in this verse and the verse in the Thread. The verse in the Thread is not about "" because they will call for a period of peace and it was just to show that they are in a strong position . The second that you stated here is order from God for not being weak neither Sad, and they must be sure abou that. Your problem is you don't know the difference is that you compare a verse with a verse known that they can hold different situation with different kind of i.

well, as I said I'm Arabic and Arab and everyone knows arabic very well he will agree with what I said word by word, so I'm not waiting someone ignorant to prove what I said. So Good luck .

can you make your question clear because I didn't understand what do you mean by the mood of the verb? if you can write it in Arabic , it'll be good .

Whether it is active, passie, jussive, subjuntive, imperative

Typically the verb came with a situation of order, so I think it is imperative according to what you stated here in your post but we don't use Arabic like that, it is not english.

so here God like saying "do not Call for" not "Calling for=as they translated it", because there is a situation of showing them that they are in a strong position later, so there is no need of Calling for a period of peace. They can call for a period of peace if they are not in a strong position.

hummm, Yes you're right . it will be conditional and vary in two situations .

the first one is " Do not be weak and do not call for a period of peace"

the second is " " (I don't know how I can give you this an english) .

                          this is the Arabic explanation

                          , , , .

Last time you said it is imperative verb. Now you are saying it is in subjunctive mood. And the man whom you have quoted says that the first verb is in jussive mood because of the presence of Prohibitive particle La and he goes on to say that the second verb is also in jussive mood because of conjunction Waw in between and at the end truthfully says what the verb actually is i.e. it is in subjunctive mood.

I do not find any precedence in Qur'aan to support this base less understanding. If you have please quote that, laxity for you is that you may even quote from Bukhari and company in support of aforesaid logic.

I gave you the two situation of the verb in Arabic, so translate it and make your own statements, I really don't understand what do you mean by "subjunctive mood or jussive mood or whatever " we don't use Arabic like that. Don't learn Arabic from an english view, the rules are entirely different.

I will not give you anything else because I gave you all what you want, you're just trying to find something goes with what you wrote in your translation. So you accept what I said or you don't and let's wish peace to both of us .

                              the verse is like that

                              1. So be not weak and ask not for peace (from the enemies of Isl?m) while you are having the upper hand. All?h is with you, and He will never decrease the reward of your good deeds.

The best and the famous interpreters or the best one in Arabic will agree with me without doubt, without even read it. because we know that the negation goes for both as a condition and an order.

                              so Good luck .

Where is the object of the verb in the sentence which you have imported from somewhere in the parenthesis? If it is not here in the verse is it anywhere available in the Qur'aan?

And I have known that you have no idea as to what the verb is in the verse, just wrangling on the pretext of English and Arabic while you twice said contradictory statements about it. Whether it is or ? And I hope you understand that both have different connotations and will thus effect the translation of the verse. Decide what is the verb.

I didn't improrted it, I just told you that this is the subject in the parenthesis to understand that the war is between Muslims and the ennemies of Islam, so there must be no period of peace suggested by Muslims because they are in a strong position, and God is with them.

And I have known that you have no idea as to what the verb is in the verse, just wrangling on the pretext of English and Arabic while you twice said contradictory statements about it.

Ahha, so you know better than me in Arabic because you have studied it a couple of years and then you became a Master in it!!!!!!!!!!, is that what you mean?

it takes both of them and the translation will stay the same, the real important thing is not the verb itself , it's the negation .

                                  did you understand this

                                  , , , .

did I say that the verse changed its meaning because of the both situation ? ? No
