He means that the book is "" which means that the book is in a good manner and ways of making it, the verses are exactely the same, the stories are authentic according to the other books and the events and instruction are in it let alone making him timeless. this is the meaning of the word in each verse you wrote, they translated it wisdom but it is not wisdom in its meaning . the word is wisdom but its meaning is not wisdom.
