Right so now Muhammed is a witness against me who was born 1400 years after him? So he must be omnipresent then, just like Allah? oh and Jesus. Does not logic apply in that he was witness while he was alive and not now after he is dead?

It is not logic. It is something else which hampers accepting the word as is written in the text.

Progressive Muslims 2143 And as such, We have made you a balanced nation so that you may be witness over the people, and that the messenger may be witness over you. And We did not make the focal point that you became on except to distinguish who follows the messenger from those who will turn on their heels. It was a great thing indeed except for those whom God had guided; God was not to waste your belief. God is Merciful and Compassionate over the people.

Are you not the member of this "balanced nation" or it comprised of only those who lived in those days?

Yeah sure we should delete these verses from Quran now, they have No use, Are you follower of Rashad Khalifa? he removed only Two, but by your standards we have to remove Dozens, hail You are famous overnight, Ayisha.

who said anything about deleting the verses raj? There are verses about Moses Noor and jesus do you want them deleted too? They are verses to LEARN from just as these are BUT they are in present tense and directed to the people there when he was alive.

No i am certainly NOT a follower of Khalifa and as you are now prostrating to me please use SAW after my name to show your respect!

Allah is omnipresent and that Muhammed is a human being

Ayisha let me try to simplify the issue for you, since this perception of ominpresence with regard to "shaidan" might be the cause of confusion.

First would you like to clear the perception about the word "shaidan". It is active participle, singular, masculine. Its verbal noun is . It is person entitled to appear in the Court and record his statement. And who is entitled to appear and record his statement as a witness? One who has observed with eyes the actual happening or the one who knows authoritatively about the happening. In Qur'aan nowhere it is suggested that he is physically watching the conduct of people of his own days or after him, yet he is the Witness on the Day of Judgment. Allah is watching people but He being the Judge He cannot act as a Witness. The Messengers will act as the Witness after having been acquainted with the entire record of their "clients".

          Quran Surah Jinn
He is the Knower of the future; He does not reveal the future to anyone.

Only to a messenger that He chooses, does He reveal from the past and the future, specific news.

What is the need to reveal the news from future,? when Allah knows there is no need, to reveal the future news, as the Messenger will not be there in future, he will be dead, according to you.

I know the lady will come up with some xtreme nonsense, therefore I will quote Muhammad about preserving Pharoah's body from Quran, one out of many news revealed to Muhammad about future.

I direct myself at the focal point but inform me which people i am witness over please? This is regarding the changing of the qibla to see who followed in that instruction.

Also why did you this time not use your own translation

And this is how We have made you people a justly balanced community so that you people attain position of witnesses over the people of society, and the Messenger shall be the witness over yourselves. And We have not appointed/declared that Qib'laa'taa for everyone, upon which you ever were, except only to expose/make it known as to who kept following the Messenger and who turned away upon his heels/declaration of his acceptance. And indeed this declaration of Messenger's Qib'laa'taa as The Qib'laa'taa was heavy/momentous for people except those who had been guided by Allah. And never would Allah make your belief of no effect.

            But Allah also says
2.177 Free Minds Piety is not to turn your faces towards the east and the west, but piety is one who believes in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Scripture, and the prophets, and he gives money out of love to the near relatives, and the orphans, and the needy and the wayfarer, and those who ask, and to free the slaves, and he holds the contact-method, and he contributes towards betterment; and those who keep their pledges when they make a pledge, and those who are patient in the face of good and bad and when in despair. These are the ones who have been truthful, and they are the righteous.

            Your translation
It is not virtue that you people turn your faces facing face to face/confronting East and West, instead virtue is of that person who believed in Allah, and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book , and the Chosen & Elevated Servants of Allah; and he spent wealth for sake of Allah to the near relatives, and the orphans, and the destitute, and the wayfarer, and those who seek help, and to get freedom for the slaves/prisoners; and he maintained Ass-Sa'laat and paid Az-Zakaa't; and they/such are the people who honour their pledges when they have entered into a pledge; and they remain coolly perseverant in financial crisis and adversity and in times of poverty/war. They are the people who have proved their word as true; and they are the people who are truly cautious, heedful, and mindful avoiding unrestrained conduct.

So Muslims are to face the Qubla but the jews and christians are not pious whatever way they face?

Any 'future' news revealed to muhammed is in Quran and there is a lot of it and it deals with when you are dead )

There is also the one when he will say 'my people have deserted this Quran'

First part about a "shahid" is about the one who physically watched. Allah considers only the Messengers elevated to that level whom He will acquaint with all the information, not you and me. Let us remain in our own shoes.

                    Salam to all

Prophet Jesus was a witness over his followers till he was alive. After his death Allah was a watcher and witness over his followers. When prophet Jesus cannot be a witness after his death, then where do we stand. Was prophet Muhammad assigned special status to be a witness against all mankind till the LAST DAY.

And strive for Allah with the endeavor which is His right. He hath chosen you and hath not laid upon
you in religion any hardship; the faith of your father Abraham (is yours). He hath named you Muslims of
old time and in this (Scripture), that the messenger may be a witness against you, and that ye may be
witnesses against mankind. So establish worship, pay the poor due, and hold fast to Allah. He is your
Protecting Friend. A blessed Patron and a blessed Helper!

This verse means that prophet will be a witness against those people who were present during his time and not ALAMEN.

and that YE may be witnesses against mankind.

Does this YE means all mankind or only those who were present during the period of the prophet?

If this YE INCLUDES ME then I am sorry that I cannot be a witness to those people who have died and those who will die after my death because it is not in my knowledge. It is UNSEEN.

On the day when their tongues and their hands and their feet WITNESS against them as to what they used to do,2424
On that day Allah will pay them their just due, and they will know that Allah, He is the Manifest Truth.2425

On the day of judgement Allah will pay them their just due after their tongues, hands and feet have witnnessed against themselves. Where is the PROPHETS WITNESS?

Thou wast not on the Western side when We decreed the Commission to Moses, nor wast thou a witness (of those events).

PROPHET WAS NOT A WITNESS when Allah decreed the commission to prophet MOSES, then how could he be a WITNESS TO ALL MANKIND?

That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did.

At length, when they reach the (Fire), their hearing, their sight, and their skins will bear witness against them, as to (all) their deeds.

Who is more unjust than one who invents a lie against God or rejects His Signs? For such, their portion appointed must reach them from the Book (of decrees) until, when our messengers (of death) arrive and take their souls, they say "Where are the things that ye used to invoke besides God?" They will reply, "They have left us in the lurch," And they will bear witness against themselves, that they had rejected God.

They will say to their skins "Why bear ye witness against us?" They will say "God hath given us speech,- (He) Who giveth speech to everything He created you for the first time, and unto Him were ye to return.

"Ye did not seek to hide yourselves, lest your hearing, your sight, and your skins should bear witness against you! But ye did think that God knew not many of the things that ye used to do!

EYES, SKIN, MOUTH, HANDS, FEET AND THE EARS bear WITNESS. Where is the PROPHETS WITNESS

And there will come forth every soul with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness.

For every SOUL there is an angel to bear witness. Where is the PROPHET WITNESS?

"O ye assembly of Jinns and men! came there not unto you apostles from amongst you, setting forth unto you My signs, and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say "We bear witness against ourselves." It was the life of this world that deceived them. So against themselves will they bear witness that they rejected Faith.

Even the JINNS will WITNESS against themselves

We have sent to you, (O men!) an apostle, to be a witness concerning you, even as We sent an apostle to Pharaoh.

Moses was also sent as a WITNESS, therfore every prophet will be a witness against his followers, but prophet Muhammad was sent as a WITNESS against ALL MANKIND. (CONFUSION)

Whatever good, (O man!) happens to thee, is from God; but whatever evil happens to thee, is from thy (own) soul. and We have sent thee as an apostle to (instruct) mankind. And ENOUGH S GOD FOR A WITNESS

" ENOUGH S GOD FOR A WITNESS between us and you we certainly knew nothing of your worship of us!"

Whether We show thee (realised in thy life-time) some part of what We promise them,- or We take thy soul (to Our Mercy) (Before that),- in any case, to Us is their return ultimately GOD IS WITNESS, to all that they do.

In whatever business thou mayest be, and whatever portion thou mayest be reciting from the Quran,- and whatever deed ye (mankind) may be doing,- WE ARE WITNESSES thereof when ye are deeply engrossed therein. Nor is hidden from thy Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom on the earth or in heaven. And not the least and not the greatest of these things but are recorded in a clear record.

GOD IS ENOUGH AS A WITNESS. The discussion ends here.

Who doth more wrong than those who invent a life against God? They will be turned back to the presence of their Lord, and the witnesses will say, "These are the ones who lied against their Lord! Behold! the Curse of God is on those who do wrong!-

On that DAY the WITNESSES will say and not the PROPHET

Those who believe (in the Quran), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians, Christians, Magians, and Polytheists,- God will judge between them on the Day of Judgment for God is witness of all things.

GOD WILL JUDGE BETWEEN THEM ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT FOR GOD IS WITNESS TO ALL THINGS. Judgement will be based upon the records of all individuals and the on the WITNESS OF ALLAH, and not PROPHET MUHAMMAD.

Prophet will be a WITNESS against those people (UNBELIEVERS AND HYPOCRITES)WHO WERE PRESENT DURING THE TENURE OF HIS LIFE, who were evil, treacherous and who refused to believe in ONE GOD and who refused to believe in him and the Quran and the BELIEVERS.

FOR JUDGEMENT God does not need ANY help for GOD IS ENOUGH AS A WITNESS.

ONLY ALLAH IS OMNIPRESENT AND NOT OTHERS TO BECOME A WITNESS.

May Allah guide all to the truth.

Through the study of the Quran, i have come to the understanding that THE BOOK was given to all prophets (2213, 683-89) and Quran/Recital is simply the confirmation and detail of THE BOOK (1037) that was given to all. Torah, Psalms and Gospel are not books but rather attributes and characteristics of THE BOOK. (Al-Kitab).

                      One GOD
                      One Judgement
                      One standard
                      One BOOK

"??There is no changing the words of God" 1064

If we read the Quran with this understanding, a whole lot of questions are answered very clearly. It will also become clear that why the Quran constantly refers the Messenger and not by name.

Most people do not and will not believe in this however.

If we read the Quran with this understanding, a whole lot of questions are answered very clearly. It will also become clear that why the Quran constantly refers the Messenger and not by name.

Most people do not and will not believe in this however.

sadistic pleasure? ??? And of course you mean the ONE and ONLY elevated messenger and THAT is what I and others have a problem with, not WHO it is. If you were doing this with Jesus or Moses or any other messenger my feelings would be the same so stop with your sadistic pleasure of thinking anything other than that.

                                    and His MessengerS

This too is irrelevant. The Ayat quoted with underlined plural words "His BOOKS" and point rebutted was this
"Through the study of the Quran, i have come to the understanding that THE BOOK was given to all prophets (2213, 683-89) and Quran/Recital is simply the confirmation and detail of THE BOOK (1037) that was given to all. Torah, Psalms and Gospel are not books but rather attributes and characteristics of THE BOOK. (Al-Kitab)." Amen-Ayisha

Do you accept the word of Allah or misconceived understanding of this gentleman?

the word "kutubihi" indeed is a plural of Book but this does not mean that there are several books given to several prophets.

Keep 2213 and 683-89 in mind where the singular and proper THE BOOK is used.

Kutubihi is a reference to the "surahs" that are contained within THE BOOK.

To understand this further, you will have to take out all references of "Alkitab", "Kutubihi", "Kutub", "Torah, Gospel, Psalms" and then do a comprehensive analysis.
