But in the question I have not raised one Messenger over the other. What is the reservation in accepting or rejecting a simple statement?

Mazhar, how many times does the same thing have to be repeated for you to get it? Now YOU are doing worse than any here who don't 'grasp' the Arabic.

The ISSUE is that of raising ONE messenger, namely Muhammed in this case, above all other messengers. that is the issue in here and has been the issue. There has NEVER been an issue that ALL messengers were chosen over ordinary people..blah blah see previous posts on the same subject )

      Ayisha,

When you do not understand the difference or accept the difference between a female and male, what is the point in becomming funny about that. He equated Ayat with the Book. I told him Ayat is feminine and Book is masculine, therefore, they can't be one and the same thing and can never be used interchangably.

Let him respond, then I will tell him how much wrong is he in interpreting the same looking words everywhere to mean the same thing. Had he realized that feminine is never like a masculine, he would have clearly understood the meanings everywhere. There is no confusion or no two meanings could be assigned to an Arabic word placed in a sentence since it is tied not only with the previous word but also with the next word. There is a thread discussing only this Root.

Dude your attitude sucks big time.

It appears that you are just sitting there...waiting to prove anyone or anything wrong so you can score some points.

The Quran clearly says that the messenger reads pages that are purified and in these pages there are books. So whether ayahs or surahs are books or not doesnt matter. Whatever division is there within THE BOOK is the Kutub being referred to here. Just like the Bible...it means a Library of Books.

I dont get why people who know Arabic tend to think they have better grip over the understanding of the Quran.

"That book has guidance for those who know Arabic"

        doesnt exist in the Quran.

so that you people may be able to save it in memory/reflect and differentiate

The basic job of brain/intellect is to differentiate between two things, see the difference between feminine and masculine. Intelligent people even make the signs of female and male evidently different from each other referring/showing physical realities.

I don't know why some people on this forum, just for the sake of sticking to what they said once, do not hesitate to write such like things which even otherwise seem ridiculous.

You guys are arguing for no reason.

Those who want to continue to believe in four books ONLY can continue with their belief. 2213 and 683-89 tell us otherwise.

Quran has no support of these four books only.

Who said this, and where is his/her quote?

The first issue is always to make distinction between two things apparently similar looking but different in essence from each other, and then comes the question of determining the distinction between men of similar status. You are not even responding to the base question that whether you consider and accept the Messengers of Allah, without considering any distinction and difference between them, as being above the ordinary men of today and past, or relegate them to the level of ordinary men.

as i have repeated more times than I care to search for, this is NOT an issue! OF COURSE ALL MESSENGERS WERE ELEVATED ABOVE ORDINARY PEOPLE, they are CHOSEN to pass on ALLAH'S message!! That is NOT the issue and you KNOW that and I keep repeating it! Now stop avoiding the fact that you DO elevate ONE above the others in idolization of him!

of course it was in Arabic, it was sent to an Arabic speaker, no point in giving it him in Chinese is there? his audience were Arabic speakers, not Swahili

Muhammed was not a linguist either and he would not have been delving into the grammatical structure of the sentences seeing which WORD meant Quran and which meant WORD, he took it as it was, he saw the WOODS perfectly well and he saw the TREES in that wood as well and he followed it perfectly!

You may be well versed in the Arabic language but your manner and the way you pass that information on is not in any way how you have been told to 'teach' and is not following any prophet that i have heard of. You call people ignorant, stupid, munafiq , claim an Arabic teacher would slap the face of one not getting it and have even claimed that learning Arabic is easy for those who dont have veils on their hearts. this is not for YOU to decide who has a veil on his/her heart or not and you too may very well have one over yours which your apparent arrogance shines through. With a little humility and a bucket of patience you could teach many many people how to understand the Arabic language but instead you have tantrums and call names and fail to have a productive discussion or debate. In your mind you are right and everyone else is wrong and you are not in the least bit 'pliable' nor will you even think for one minute that someone else may have a good point, which many have here.

people like me? you mean people that wont worship Muhammed beside God? this has never been the issue in this thread and you know that as much as Mazhar does. i thought it was obvious from my posts to anyone with half a brain cell that i think the same of ALL Allah's messengers and thats what I have said all along, that raising ONE above the others as you and Mazhar do, purely based on him being 'the last' is NOT what Allah tells you to do, its wrong, they were all his messengers and all equally elevated and the only verses you could bring to 'prove' Allah raised Muhammed above others was about Jesus and Moses! Just the same as the only verses you can bring about Allah chosing Muhammed's name were about Jesus and John! I needed to 'admit' nothing as this wasnt the issue in here and never was, so don't think you have finally got me to 'admit' to anything you have claimed as this was not your claim in the first place!

have you any idea what a fool you are making of yourself?

now tell me the verse where you got this
He was for all mankind, for all worlds. and Allah tells us in following Ayat

And We have raised your remembrance

Why RAISE the remembrance of a DEAD person? of what use is IT?

And how many times has this come up and I have answered it? No one gets irritated when Muhammed's name is mentioned but I certainly do when you worship him as a semi-god and elevate him higher than other Messengers just the same as I do when Christians try convincing me Jesus was God in the flesh and had to get nailed to a cross, die and come back to life to fulfil a prophecy He made Himself!

Allah is He except Whom there is no iela'aha, He is The Living, The Ever Living; Perpetually living; not subject to death.doziness/drowsiness and sleep can never overtake Him for Him is everyone/thing who/what is in the Skies and on/in the Earth/All what is in the Skies and the Earth are for Him subservient/dependant .Who is the one competent/legally qualified who could recommend/plead before Him except by His prior permission ?He knows what is before/in their present and past and what is after/future of them and they cannot encompass anything from His knowledge except what He desires to share. His sovereignty/dominance extends beyond the Skies and the Earth. And taking care of these both two does not weary Him.And He is The Exalted Supreme, The Greatest.

ok so you are using this verse, 944 to claim that Muhammed is going to be witness to all mankind even those born after his death and you are claiming this verse means what exactly?

                                    Rajah

To hafeez Kazi and other Munkareen-e- Shaane Muhammad

Remember when Allah took a covenant from the prophets, saying, "I will give you the scripture and wisdom. Afterwards, a messenger will come to confirm all existing scriptures. You shall believe in him and support him." He said, "Do you agree with this, and pledge to fulfill this covenant?" They said, "We agree." He said, "You have thus borne witness, and I bear witness along with you."

Allah;s Messengers are bearing witness on something they have not yet seen. This also confirms the Elevated status of Muhammad Peace is upon him in eyes of Allah.

Allah Ho Akbar, that is how Allah exposes the Falsehood.

                                    Mazhar

One who understands and accepts the Most Elevated stature and position of Muhammad he starts living in the entire temporal realm from the first moment of its beginning.

Look with open eyes and mind the "the covenant/oath" taken by all the Chosen and Elevated Allegiants of Allah and administered by none else but Allah. People might have seen the oath taking ceremonies of their respective presidents and Ministers. One administers the oath and others take the oath. After oath, the oath takers put their witness by signing the oath document and the one who administers oath also puts his witness on it.

The oath taken is about their future conduct not past. They are undertaking that they will believe in the Messenger who will come much after in time. They accepted it meaning thereby they have since believed in him, now it is only to demonstrate their belief/acceptance in future when that Messenger comes, and it is possible only if they are living. If they are dead before his arrival, they died with the belief in that Messenger.

In time and space, the entire humanity-since the Chosen and Elevated Allegiants of Allah-represent various segments-nationalities of human race- was under an obligation to believe, at a point in time in future, in the Messenger who will first certify and affirm all that was given to all the Chosen and Elevated Allegiants of Allah representing the whole human race.

Whosoever accepted this oath he in fact believed in all the Messengers of Allah ending Muhammad knowing or without knowing names of many who were to come in the future of him.

And from the point in time Muhammad appeared for the people, the order of believing stands reversed, from present to past- Muhammad backwards to all the Messengers whether we know the names or not, exactly in the manner of past people who knew or did not know the names of Messengers who were to come in their future time.

In this way we get connected in belief to the first man who believed in Messenger of his time and all the Messengers who were to come afterwards, and thus believers live in the entire temporal realm.

Except blindness of heart there is nothing which may not let people see the Greatness and the Most Elevated stature and possition granted by Allah to His Messenger Muhammad .

Prophet is sent as a witness for all mankind, to all the worlds
O prophet, we have sent you as a witness, a bearer of good news, as well as a warner.

Ayisha regarding 944, it is you who can never understand the elevated status of beloved of Allah.

When reading whole Surah, it could be concluded that Muhammad Peace is upon him is disheartened by the attitude of people who do not give him due respect and do not believe in his teachings, in response. Allah mentions his favors upon his prophet, and one of them is 944, at the time this Ayat was revealed very few believed in its truthfulness, but as the Skies and Earth saw, soon His name was the most EXALTED one, still is and will remain in the future, no matter whatever tactics the Jealous people try using to down grade him.

And We have raised your remembrance

                                      Ayisha

And how many times has this come up and I have answered it? No one gets irritated when Muhammed's name is mentioned but I certainly do when you worship him as a semi-god and elevate him higher than other Messengers just the same as I do when Christians try convincing me Jesus was God in the flesh and had to get nailed to a cross, die and come back to life to fulfil a prophecy He made Himself!

And how many times, we have to tell you that, Muhammad was messenger of Allah, Allah is one and only, no one is equal to him or even near to him in the powers he has, to make partners with Allah is the BIGGEST shirk.
Issa and Muhammad are two different Messengers, and what you are debating with Christians, do not apply here, as no one is elevating Muhammad Peace is upon him to status of semi-God or worship him. This is just your inner which is guilty conscious. Try to understand.

well that was never an issue, it goes without saying, of course they were the ones out of all human beings 'raised to higher ranks', ALL OF THEM

                                        Geeeeez gimme patience )

It looks as if you are feeling guilty to have admitted that. This has all along been the major barrier for people to cross since Satan is always close to majority of humanity whispering to them about their self praise. He wants them not to praise and raise the Messengers of Allah in their daily talks above their own selves, since he wants to make them his companions in the hell prison. Take care.

Now I wish people listen this carefully so that they may not be hoodwinked by Satan who keeps whispering that respecting, honouring, praising, loving the Last Messenger Muhammad is like associating partners with Allah. The fact of the matter is that only satan minded with diseased hearts get inspired by Iblees since his tactic is to keep people away from the Kalam of Allah-Grand Qur'aan.

                                          http//www.haqeeqat.org.pk/English%20Tafsir%20e%20Haqeeqat/00.Arabic%20Text/003.%20Aale%20Imran/temp09%203.31.gif

You the Messenger, pronounce, "If you people love Allah, then consciously incline yourselves to follow ME, in letter and spirit, without in between there being third party intervention, Allah will love/appreciate and acknowledge act of you people and for you He will overlook/forgive your wrong-doings

                                          Ale Imran

Allah's love for any human being is now conditional. And He communicated this condition to entire humanity in simple and plain words by asking Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam to announce it with personal pronoun "following ME, Muhammad" is the precondition for getting love of Allah and His forgiveness. Minus this, who think they will get through are pseudo intellectuals like Iblees.

We follow Muhammad Sal'lallaa'hoalaih'wa'salam for which reason we strictly adhere to each and every word of Qur'aan.
