I stated an accepted principle and practice, and in support gave an example what I have physically seen and observed in my own country. And then said that perhaps the same is the tradition worldover.

"Quote from Mazhar on September 05, 2010, 074018 PM
The Most Dignified, the Most Elevated always comes as the last one.

It is everyday experience that in any assembly-gathering of human beings the Most Dignified and Elevated amongst them arrives-comes- in the assembly after everyone has come. In Pakistan, the President of Pakistan arrives at any place of gathering when all others have come and seated and on his arrival everyone stands and upon his coming at the stage the national anthem is immediately played which reflects that the whole nation is paying him tribute and salutation and men and women in uniform in that gathering keep continuously saluting him throughout the national anthem is played. And perhaps so is the tradition the worldover. "

The only point to be negated is the red one. Is it a fact or fabrication? Yes or No.
Who cares? I understand there may be many from Pakistan here on this forum but obviously no one feels they need to discuss this or comment on it. Its like saying a red rose smells better than a yellow one, on a forum about Islam, no one wants to discuss this do they?

    And then was

There are in some countries graves/memorials of unknown soldiers who are considered and respected as heroes of that nation. Dignatories of other countries pay visit, lay wreaths, stand in silence as gesture of respect and praise for the dead unknown soldier while the accompanying uniform personnel salute the grave. And they record words in a book praising and paying tributes to the dead soldier whose name is not even known. Are they worshipping a dead soldier? Is that dead person listening and seeing their praises, words of respect and salutations? Are they fools who do this?

Why people do not comment about it? Why are they afraid to say this is a correct observation or is merely an imaginative thought of Mazhar?

They dont comment because there is a motive and point that you are keeping hidden and no one cares to comment on it until that is revealed, I don't know, I can't speak for all those here that have not bothered with this thread, all I know is that I asked what is the point and made some comments you don't seem to like about corruption and have indirectly been called a dirty mind and insulted over it.

If you want to discuss the praise you give to your corrupt president thats fine, but don't expect others to care what you praise or elevate when we all know this is tradition and FALSE.

Is it true that in an assembly-gathering of human beings in Egypt the person holding the Most dignified and elevated position, say the President of Egypt, in society arrives at the end.

I have no idea. Samir farag, the Luxor Governor was supposed to be at a meeting I was at which was something to do with peace, he didnt bother coming at all, does that mean he is more dignified and elevated than Mubarak who does turn up? The president of Egypt is as corrupt as your president of Pakistan, does that make either of them dignified or elevated?

The President of Pakistan is elected by the majority people of Pakistan as being the most dignified to represent them. Therefore wherever he goes he is saluted even by the generals of other nations. People who do not recognize the fact keep talking irrelevant things, escaping the actual point.

Actually, that's what was striking me as odd. Both examples given here are not particularly about democratic leaders in democratic countries.

To me, as a European, the description of playing the national anthem and people in uniform standing up and salutating whenever the head of state appears sound a little bit strange, to be honest. I don't think that's common practice around the world and, more importantly, it holds no significance in regards to whether that person is actually respected and seen as "dignified and elevated" by the population.

I would like to elaborate, but it might not be the smartest thing to do with the internet line I'm currently using. &

That would depend on whether you run a corrupt government too wouldn't it jedi

A title means just that, it's a title, it does not make the person using that title dignified or elevated in any way, what DOES make them dignified and elevated is how they apply the job that goes with that title. Once this president is not re-elected these people will choose a new one, who Mazhar and his people will again elevate as the last one to enter a room )

still a silly topic but hey, getting used to it here

So you agree to this extent only that so long he is the President, the people will pay him respects and acknowledge his dignified position. I hold the same opinion that the title and position held by a person does make him dignified for people.

With all respect, that is a very illogical argument. You don't pay someone respect just because of his position. There are countless people who don't respect their respective president / leader at all.

I think it's the same all across the world that when you want a bus none comes then they all come at once and when you need a policeman you cannot find one but if you're up to no good they're everywhere. In UK we call it "Sod's Law" Do you agree this is worldwide?

This post is silly. Your argument is fallacious in the sense that you start off with a rhetorical question to lead to a particular answer. It's like me asking you which Prophet was the best...Adam or Muhammed, pick your choice out of the two and not the countless others because Adam was first and Muhammed last

The president of Egypt is as corrupt as your president of Pakistan, does that make either of them dignified or elevated?

What makes you say that? Do you have any proof?
For the Egyptian President and Pakistani President being Corrupt?
and Why your ex-prime Minister was thrown rotten eggs, and shoes at? and what about your Queens and Prince?

"How one behaves when one meets the Queen is fairly self-evident and obvious," said David Williamson, co-editor of Debrett's (the last word in social etiquette).
"Initially one should address her as Your Majesty, and thereafter Ma'am. Then it's Your Majesty again as one takes one's leave."

Everyone but the Queen Mother has to stand up when the Queen enters a room - even her nearest and dearest, should they ever be sitting together watching Eastenders or playing Scrabble.

Nigel Evans, of Majesty magazine said "It comes from the idea that the Queen is never off duty. Even in a private residence if she walks into a room, everyone has to stand up."

Then there's the convention of bowing and curtseying. Women should curtsey - "a little bob is quite sufficient" said Mr Williamson.

And men have to bow. Bowing on the face of it seems quite a complicated affair. Bowing from the waist is definitely out, and "strictly for the pantomime" according to the Spectator.

Instead men should either bow from the shoulders, or bob from the neck.

Therefore Mazhar you can just see, how do some of these just behave to a simple Question.
and what I posted is just not only for Britons, it is almost world over, and look how they are pretending to be innocent of not knowing such a thing as protocol.

and Why your ex-prime Minister was thrown rotten eggs, and shoes at? and what about your Queens and Prince?

And this has what exactly to do with the most dignified and elevated coming last?

You believe in lists? really, you consider them as a proof?

The first person on Hart's list is Muhammad peace is upon him, then you should believe in that list too. He said Muhammad Peace is upon him is
