Why doesn't al-Fatiha have "Say" before it?

I was wondering because I am in a debate going well but I am thinking of this. It talks from the perspective of worshippers and not Allah (swt).

I'd say Al-Fatiha does not have it because we are suppose to say it in the prayer and it's part of us, monotheism is already installed inside our DNA, this is just what I think, God knows Best.
Throughout The Qur'an, we see God saying to the messenger SAY and then tells him what to say. I'd say He also tells us what to say. To say the exact sentence. God knows Best.

I am not sure if this is a fact, perhaps people like Wakas would know. I think I read somewere in the past that" say " is not in the actual original Quran, I think it has been aded by the people who interpreted it.

Yes Sarah, I know. I was just teling him that were it does say say, that its been put there by people who interpreted the Quran, not by God in the original. So its not meant to say anywere.

Now I am realy confused, I thought I new something. I have gone through an atheist stage in my life and I am preaty sure that thats what I read in one of their books. Like you say, maybe its not true. I think that we need someone who knows for certain to post.

I have not heard of "say" (Arabic qul) being added to The Quran script before but maybe. You'd either have to check the earliest Quran scripts with a "say" (qul) in them, or any evidence from earliest traditional accounts.
Also, I'm not sure I'd believe what you read in an Atheist book, if it is anti-Quran etc.
