7518 So when we relate it, you shall follow its revelation.
7519 Then it is for us TO EXPLAIN IT .
I was praying tonight and when I pray I read suras from the Quran after I do two prostrations and I came across the above.
Could that mean that there is supose to be an explanation outside the revelation? Ie the hadith.
Personaly I will take the Quran over the hadith always. However after coming across something like this I just had to post it and ask for others opinion.
"We will show them our signs in horizons and among themselves, until it become plain to them that it is the truth. Is it not enough for thee that thy Lord is witness of all things?" (4153)
In my opinion, this means, true explanation of words of God will be done by God Himself by the time.

The basic perception infolded in the Root is of transferring a thing from one place to another place, and it involves movement. When you read a written text/a book with your tongue you transfer the written matter from paper etc to your memory, where it gets recorded though different from that as it appears or looks on the paper.

Translation is totally wrong! There is no "O Muhammed", "The Angels", "Your heart", "Your mind". Where did you get all this? The translation is simple as follows

A few points- I think ALL translations are wrong. Thats why I used the word "rendition".
- The literal translation is indeed most similar to your translation above, however, the Qur'an is much deeper than word-for-word translations.

There is an important and specific reason for each and every word used in AlQuraan / AlKitaab. So, we don't need to correct Allah. And it is always better for US to translate it as said by Allah instead of adding our understanding to it.

When Allah used the word "Qul" it simply means "Say", IF Allah wanted to say "Pray", He would have surely used some appropriate word instead of Qul.
When what is going to be uttered is an imperative verb there the word "say" denotes a command. And we do not command Allah but we pray to Allah.

is an imperative/command verb- , second person, masculine, singular, and the Subject of verb is Allah who is being requeted to do that act.
When the subject of such command Verb is Allah-the Exalted this verb is referred as and since Allah is first commanding to do this act, Qul denoted "You pray"
