Now let's try to answer your question..

Q Is He outside and cannot encompass the universe?
      A He is not outside

      Salam / Peace

proof? Other than a religious scripture? Have you observed this?

Q Is he not supposed to be omnipresent?
      A Yes He is.

      proof? Other than religion?

Q And why is he unable to make himself visible to us?
A He is visible to you but you don't recognize Him. He is not visible to you because you cannot comprehend Him.

If he is all able and is able to conjure us and destroy us magically then why can he not allow us to see him? If he is so all-able.

Q Is he not all able?
A Yes He is all able.

Q If a God was our creator and he wanted us to know that so much, why don't he show us proof of his existence without telling us to rely on conjecture.
A The proof of His existence is that you know that you exist and you know that everything outside of you exist and He doesn't tell you to rely on conjecture.

Isn't his existence conjecture? Why should I worship a God that does not make himself visible to me? Even if the quran says so, are you telling me to rely on conjecture?

      Let's expand the QA
Q What if God doesn't exist
A Then you and things outside of you doesn't exist.
Q What if I believe that there's no God
A What you believe doesn't matter, it will not alter any fact at all

      Salam / Peace

You cannot come to that conclusion so quickly? How are you so certain that things outside of you will not exist if not for a supernatural creator? And also, what religion makes you believe doesn't matter. It will not alter any fact at all.

Let's do this using math notation then.. i'm assuming you're well versed in mathematical concept..

Let denote a notation towards a conception of something without boundary, limit or end, also called as 'infinity'.

        Let A = { 1,2,3,4 }
        Q Where does in A?
A is not in A however A is wihin

Q How could one 'see' the entire
A One cannot see the entire , as has no boundary.

To further explain this, go outside your house and see the front door / main entrance of your house. You shall see one door and you shall also see things which is not door around the door (such as wall, window etc).

Now approach the door, and put your eyes next to the door surface. You shall see the door, infact what you see within your vision is only door, but you no longer see the boundary / limit of the door. However you perhaps see a 'greater detail' of the feature on the door, such as it's made of wood, there are 2 small cracks, markings, unique reliefs etc.. and perhaps as you grew your familiarity with those features, you shall name those features independently and recognize it as an entity by itself.. crack A is UBUKIK crack B is TUKATU marking A is LAPOPO relief a is DALUDU.. etc..
And as time progress.. you shall say I only see UBUKIK, TUKATU, LAPOPO and DALUDU but I don't see any door...

        Salam / Peace

Isn't God able to override all mathematical concepts and logic? Isn't God the divine magician?

Yes.. but he's the one who set the mathematical foundation concept and logic for this specific universe in the first place..
And 'from the looks of things' He's not to keen to override his own thingy... otherwise there will be a 'chaos'..

There could be another universe where such concept of math here are not applicable there and vice-versa.

And there's no such thing as 'magic', and the conception of today's 'divine' is misleading.. Divine is actually a loan word from ancient sanskrit "Deiwos" which means 'shining', as thus 'divine being' is actually 'shining being'.

He is unable to prevent chaos caused by him?. Not Able???

Also, God is a magical being as he doesn't obey the laws of science, eg; virgin birth, resurrection of the dead, etc.. unless you are a pantheist of course.

"Magic" is a human terminology to label things which 'they don't understand how it could happen yet it happened'. In absolute reality there are no 'magic'.
For example Virgin Birth?? What's magical about virgin birth? We now knew how it works...

ah yes, but isn't God able to create things without having an explanation? Is he unable to break his own "laws?"

There has been a lot of virgin birth. One was horus which preceded jesus. I wonder why the quran only mentions jesus and claims that it was a miracle.

What are miracles? Aren't they magic according to your explanation of magic?

He can, the relatively more correct terminology will be that He 'change the law'.. in which it's 'prophesied' shall be.. and possible..

There has been a lot of virgin birth. One was horus which preceded jesus. I wonder why the quran only mentions jesus and claims that it was a miracle.

The Quran said it was a 'sign' (and not miracle).. it's a sign that you freaking apes on earth (read homo sapiens) doesn't know everything... and there is something bigger than you who are pulling the strings.. so you better watch your attitude..

Miraculous and magical lies on the eye of the beholder... Example Christiano Ronaldo (CR7) and his magical and miraculous dribble.. that's a human expression of their 'shocking' and 'awesomeness' felling on 'how could he do that?'... Yet upon the eye of his coach or trainer that's not magical at all given they knew how CR7 trained and how he developed that skill over time..

A female fertile homo sapiens being pregnant without coitus is not 'magical' or 'miraculous' for those who understand how pregnancy could take shapes. And as of today it's a 'commodity'... hardly 'magic' or 'miracles' at all.

The same thing applied on those 'magician on stage'.. the people sees it as 'magic' or 'miracle' because they do not understand on how he/she could do that.. once they knew how he does it.. they would say it's not magical at all...

                    Salam / Peace

So and therefore, Harry potter was a wizard because Joanne Rowling said so..Jesus was born of a virgin because Muhammed/an impostor posing as Muhammed said so. yes

I'm lost here.. what does this Harry Potter got to do with anything?

As for virgin birth... now any fertile female virgin who wanted to get pregnant with a son (or daughter, yes they can choose the gender as well) without coitus can do so .. hardy a magic/miracle for today... because we know how to do it.
More than that... now the fertile female virgin can stay virgin even after the birth of her child...

                        Salam / Peace

No there is a lie that goes around and it goes like this.

The idea that God does things without reason, that does things in "mysterious ways", all propagated by the enemies of truth who wish to do things in the name of God when it fits them. No injustice ever has a valid reason so the only rationalisation is "mysterious ways".

Nor does God "create out of nothing", we do not see that mentioned for a second in al-quran. Rather al-quran gives us the CLEAR and SELF-EVIDENT methodology of the God, the method of perfection, justice, logic, reason, peaceful analysis. 2+2=4 is not a "without reason" or "works in mysterious ways", any fool can see why it works.

Rather you are surprised, whereas they keep mocking.
And they do not understand, when explained to.
And whenever they see a sign, they mock at it.
And they say, This is nothing but clear magic.

Nowhere in al-quran when God is asked "Why this" does He respond with "Because I said so." or "No reason". There is a reason, one must have the full picture to see it. And only God truly has the full picture.

A little FYI for all my free-minds.org brothers and sisters; on August 23, a book was released by a man named David Wilcock called The Source Field Investigations The Hidden Science and Lost Civilizations behind the 2012 Prophecies.

I think we have been deceived into believing that God and science are enemies, when in fact, they are BFF.

I don't have any commentary on the book right now, as I am still reading it. But check it out.

As a scientist I would say the science is basically learning how God set up the natural world. On the not why can't we prove God scientifically? Well science is based on only our 5 senses which God gave us. We can create instruments to measure things but only those who ultimately can be related to our 5 senses. I think God exists beyond just our 5 senses. Hence we can only see God in the reflections he casts. We can see reflections of God in nature, in scripture (writing) and in each other. We can taste reflections of God in our food. We can smell reflections of God in flowers and our trash. We can feel reflections of God in the warm hug of a parent or friend. We can hear reflections of God in what people say and in scripture. Look for the reflections of God and you will see more than you see now. If only science could measure these reflections that our 5 senses can see....

To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
                                And eternity in an hour.

Regarding science, the scientific method works by disproving, not by proving. It is one reason why there are no scientific laws--only theory. Theories rise, fall, and are replaced with other theories.

                                ALLAH knows best.

                                      I agree with you JewishDude,

and I also think, that apart from the limitations of our 5 senses, there is also a lack of cooperation between our conscience and some parts of our perception.
I mean there might be also some perception which is not covered with our conscience.

Yes, simple, from the nature surround you if you ask him proof he'll give you proof. I asked him for proof, suddenly i thought simply only about numbers.., but from there my faith about God existence is unbreakable.
