you give the impression from your introduction your are in search of a religion, to worship and adore some invented God persona, the foundation of Islam is 'There is NO God', most are at a loss and fail to grasp this simple concept, yet think they follow Islam. Islam is not a religion but a Deen, a way to establish a society and community in this world. At present we all exist in a corporate culture, we have no society and no self professing Muslims are even working towards creating one, but this is the real purpose of Islam, not to pray, worship or adore any invention of a persons imagination.

Ultimately I do not seek religion. Religion is a man-made construct. I just seek the straight path and way of life, and I do so with both heart and mind. The latter may come across as seeking "religion", but I am just a cerebral individual, so it is a natural personal derivative on the path of life.
@Kaiokenred Thank you, my dogs are dear to me ) The white one (who is the youngest) broke her leg 5 weeks ago She had surgery to repair it with metal plates, and then a cast for awhile, but now she has no cast and is doing very well D

What you just stated can be very much misunderstood.
The Quran commands us to Worship/Serve/Adore only God Almighty. If you do not want to call the Almighty "God", clal him by any of his well attributions. "God" is i would reckon, his "title" or Occupation. I think the title "King of the universes/Worlds" would fit in a better sense, because His Most Supreme, High Majesty, is the REAL King of the universe. His Supreme Majesty Own All.(Note how i use the terms God, Almighty, His Most Supreme, High Majesty To refer to the same Being)

the foundation of Islam is 'There is NO God.', no deity of any sort, worship is never suggested within the Qur'an it is an invention of religion, faith is likewise not a part of Islam, the Qur'an directs firm belief based upon reasoned conclusion, not blind following of dogma, scholars or other invented experts.
Allah does not mean God, the invention of a God has confused men and created the religion now labelled Islam, in direct opposition to the guidance of the Qur'an, were they live without society or natural law, instead following sovereigns and corrupt leaders, divided into a hundred sects or more.
I stand by my previous post it was not a misrepresentation, but a bitter truth for most; most prefer the sugar of lies, they are easy to swallow.

I understand your viewpoint Abdun but you are stuck in the matrix of semantics in my opinion. Your logic is Allah is NOT God. This may very well be but you have to define God first. You are only correct from a relative point of view because NOT everyone has the same definition of God as a guy in the sky with a white beard. As well as not everyone has the same definition of Allah because Christian Arabs claim Allah to be part of the Trinity. So that type of Allah does NOT exist of course.
You see the problem lies in CONCEPT of a word not the actual word which you are concentrating on.
So I will quote from Quran which youseff4342 has and whilst I agree with your other viewpoints I can't share the notion of No God when many believe in A GOD which resonates with the attributes of THE GOD described in the Quran which is the only God or Allah whichever you prefer. Don't get too caught up in a word brother handshake

Oh and most importantly welcome Raine. Hope to hear your viewpoints on quranic verses. Remember no one can walk you down the path except God so take others points as viewpoints but cross reference from the Quran and empower the values into your daily lives and watch your life change for the better.
Falsehood in every form enslaves you whereas the truth always sets you free. God says in the quran we all are born with a natural inclination towards God....use that inner compass to guide you and the quran as a map to navigate through this life....and of course too the people around you who you connect with as travelllers on the same journey that may help you or even misguide you.

Irrespective of what he defines God as not everyone defines God as that so like I said he is only relatively correct. But I personally don't see a contradiction in "that which is invoked" i.e God to Allah.

the concept of a God, is an outside force, so this requires worship, adoration, and external communication of prayer and praise.
The physical universe does not function this way.
Can you invoke the power of the Creator through prayer, no, the Christians have tried repeatedly to prove prayer has power but it does not, frequencies of conceptual thought have power and frequencies of sound have power, but not pleading to an outside force.
Allah if you wish to use this term has a different concept, physics shows that all reality is manifest from the inside out, and every atom if you wish to think of the physical in that form, is re-invented instant to instant, without that constant re-manifestation nothing would remain.
All reality is frequencies of thought, known commonly as energy, it is this thought that emanates from the single consciousness, not a God, but all that exists, as the single consciousness is the totality of all reality, held in tension with pure nothingness, this means you could never meet your Creator. A simple way to understand it is by considering your own imagination, when you imagine a world of your own invention, you are not within it, yet you are all that sustains it, so the Creator of all reality manifests each of us instant to instant, and is therefore closer than your jugular vein. This means to pray outwardly is of no benefit, as you cannot change yourself from the outside in, only from the inside out. The Creator sees all you see, hears all you hear, feels all you feel, thinks all you think, what benefit would your Creator derive from your worship and adoration to an imaginary figure outside of yourself?
