I think it starts on the 15th here in the US too, but I am not sure. You see the "imams" who run our local mosques and hoard money instead of glorifying God, don't answer telephone calls when we call them to inquire about such blessed days. Another pagan ritual I might add )

I begun my fasting according the calendar of br Layth and it says the first day of Ramadhan would be the 14th of October.

So today is my sixth day of fasting.

Are you going to fast for 10 days or the whole month?

In France, abstinence began on October 15th after the full moon "invisible " (October 14th)

I'm going to abstain the whole month Insha`Allah.
