    The Qoran is a message, not just another beautiful language book. If you cannot read it in Arabic do not wait until the day you excel in your Arabic language, because this day may never come. Trust God and know that He is the teacher of the Qoran. He will teach in any language and to any nationality, He created all things. Read your Qoran today, (do not wait any longer,) in any language that you can understand and master and leave the rest to God.

    Peace good logic,

    Timely! thank you. O0

      Peace All.

      Let us continue with the following;

      Unlike any other book, the Quoan is taught by God (551-2); He teaches us what we need at the time we need it. This is why we read the Qoran hundreds of times without getting bored. We can read a novel, for example, only once. But the Qoran can be read an infinite number of times, and we derive new and valuable information from it every time.

      On the other hand, the insincere readers - those who read the Qoran to find fault with it - are diverted from the Quoan (7146, 1745, 1857, 4144).In fact, God's invisible forces help them find the faults they seek. Since the Qoran is perfect, such "faults" serve only to reveal the stupidity/ignorance of God's enemies.

      God uses His own attributes to describe the Qoran; He calls the Qoran

      " `Azeem = Great" (1587),
      "Hakeem = Full of wisdom" (362),
      "Majid = Glorious" (501), and
      "Karim = Honorable" (5677).

      What can we say?

      Are you ready to read and understand?
      Peace.

        I have noticed that some don't get it, because they have no solid source
        of reference, they only guess. According to some, the Quranic verses have many different meanings!
        How can this be? If the interpretation of the Quranic verses has various meanings,
        it can only mean that they are confused or do not have certainty.

        Among the Arabs around you, there are hypocrites. Also, among the city dwellers, there are those who are accustomed to hypocrisy. You do not know them, but we know them. We will double the retribution for them, then they end up committed to a terrible retribution.

        Those who are blessed with knowledge will recognize the truth from your Lord, then believe in it, and their hearts will readily accept it. Most assuredly, GOD guides the believers in the right path.

        If we will, we can expose them for you, so that you can recognize them just by looking at them. However, you can recognize them by the way they talk. GOD is fully aware of all your works.

        Peace O0

          I find this video about "the word of God" very interesting

          http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPyjzUIHDCA&feature=plcp

          Actually, almost all of the videos there are in that channel are quite interesting!

            And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew;
            Most surely it is an honored Quran,
            In a book that is protected
            None shall touch it save the purified ones.

            As you can see, those who seek and consequently attain 'tahara'/purity of soul will naturally get the message.

              Peace IAMOP,

              Thanks for reciting this ayat, as you may or may not know, some sunni's interpret this
              ayat to mean "we must make wudu before touching Quran."
              Any further discussion of 'tahara'/purity would be appreciated.

                If tahara meant 'wudu' alone then the concepts of 'Sunni', 'Shia' etc would not even exist. Nor would there be such bloodshed and nor would the islamic world be in the most absurdly powerless state it is in now. The dirtest of souls still wash their hands.

                In my understanding 'tahara' correlates with sincerity and humility. A willingness to accept the truth whatever the actual truth itself is, rather than to pick and choose "truths" that suit you.

                      It may be noted that 'tahara' does not mean either this or that. It stands for the entire spectrum of cleanliness including physical cleanliness. The fingerprint of your soul is captured in the book of your deeds and 'tahara' ultimately is the purity of this book. Knowing that you will be judged by this fingerprint, will you not then keep it clean, the entire thing? To keep one part clean and ignore another is the metaphorical not cleaning behind one's ears

                      So clean clothing, hands, face, body, feet, they all have their influence. I know I feel great after a shower!

                        so I think QURAAN is talking about purity of soul here, but yeah BODY cleaning cant be ignore as well ignore

                          This is one of my favourite surah's, I read it many times each day. Coincidentally, today, I studied it in more depth and understood it differently from what I had done previously.

                            Every day I am beginning to view things differently. For me, it is coming down to this

                            "Stop limiting your faith."

                            I am really beginning to view my worship as something bigger than the Toran, Bible and Qu'ran. Islam has a completely different meaning to me. The books aren't rules...they are guidance. The result is that I have been humbled regarding mankind.

                            I don't know if I "get it" per anyone elses standards, but for the first time in my life and journey, I really don't care...and that is perfectly fine with me.

                                One of the things I hated when I was a christian was that we would tell everyone that we were the right religion, and that if anyone was other than that, they were wrong. It held an air of arrogance...and when I discovered that most of what we were doing was wrong, I really began to detest most of the Christians I knew.

                                So then I came to islam and began the mess all over again...do it this way, do it that way...if you don't you are going to hell...red tape everywhere, and based on what? Some cultural and superstitious mess.

                                When I say I don't care, I mean this I am more focused on my growth and knowledge than I am telling someone what is right and wrong. I have so much to learn, and I realize I will never know it all. I will grow and learn for the rest of my life, God willing.

                                You choose to pray twice a day? Fine with me. Three times a day? Go right on ahead. Five? May God bless you for your level of committment to your worship of Him.

                                Your worship is not about my standards or understanding. Only God alone can dictate what that is. He has provided guidance through Quran and the best we can do is ask for understanding and worship wholeheartedly.

                                Hope that makes sense.

                                Peace,

                                Amina

                                  "Your worship is not about my standards or understanding."

                                  I agree. I've finally come to the point of where I could care less of someone else's interpretation and their way of doing things. I do get upset when I see what I think is deliberate twisting of certain verses, but nothing more beyond that. When I get too involved in how others have decided to pray, fast, etc..I feel like I am moving away further from my own priorities. I think in regard to ritualistic stuff especially, we all just need to focus on ourselves and our relationship with God. I know I may sound like a Christian when I say "relationship". Though, what I mean is that we need to focus on reading the Quran for ourselves in our free time and and let God guide us as individuals, and then be confident in what we've realized.

                                    My spiritual growth entailed freeing myself by leaving the baggage of the misrepresentation of what
                                    God wanted behind. Allah knows who you are and if you are trying to please him or not and on judgement day

                                      Bender

                                      Peace,

                                      Amina

                                      Salaam Amina,

                                      Thank you for your answer.
                                      I agree, it's better to focus on ourselves. It will save us from stress, headaches and fights.
                                      We are all only resposible for our own deeds, so no need to worry or fight with someone else who believes different.
                                      I think it's good to share our views, but only with the goal to share.

                                      Salaam,
                                      Bender

                                          Salaam Bender, Released and mmkhan,

                                          I am happy to see that you agree with my viewpoint here. I don't know when that understanding and mentality came upon me, but I am so grateful that it did. It has brought my worship of Allah to an entirely new level.

                                          And you are right, mmkhan...I am no longer "scared." Al Hamdulilah!
