Is the correct translation of the verse in chapter 74 'Over it are 19' or 'over it are nine tens (90)'?

I've never heard of the latter, but I have not studied it.
Here is something interesting to note
It is claimed that in Quran 7530 "Upon it is nineteen" the "it" refers to Quran, but the Arabic for "it" is "ha" which is feminine, and the word "quran" as used in Quran itself is ALWAYS masculine. Thus the "it" cannot refer to Quran, it more correctly points to "saqar" in the verse which is a feminine.

Then in that case, yes, it would refer to Saqar. However, what do you make of the following verse, when it says, 'WE HAVE NOT MADE THEIR NUMBER except to disturb the believers, strengthen the faith of faithful, convince christians & jews...', Mind you Wakas, I am not attempting to shove numerological propoganda down your throat haha! What could then standing over Saqar achieve what is said in the next verse?

Peace Ali -- it is witnessing the count of numerologists (only infatuation) that strengthens believers.
