1825 They remained in their cave for three hundred years, and increased nine.Plural form sineena is used here.

I have already read what you wrote but could not understand.
I am still researching on the mystery of Arabic grammar. But if you have a definite number and then the noun it does not need a plural form as the seven is marking this condition. You use plural marker when you need it for the continuous narration, for example seven year them and the T is like a word itself even if a plural suffix marker. But it is likely only true if you are to give a particular kind of attribute to the years or else you would keep it like this and add another conjunction instead.
It is the same in Persian where if you have six dogs then "shish-ta sag" without any plural marker. However if you refer to the dogs indefinitely then you need plural dogs "sag-ha" or you can refer to shishta sag definitely without plural.
In the second example the narration continues without giving a conjunction so years is getting an attribute. So forty year them .. bla bla. There is no "and" such as seems in the translation you provided.

I know, I'm probably retarded, but could you explain that again. I didn't get it. Perhaps I'm just in a brain-low right now.
Could you perhaps give some general, made up, examples in addition to those in the quran.... if you don't mind.
So, what's the relationship number-word to noun now again?First of all, is it like this?
- one day
- two dayz (z=dual)
- three(to ten) days
- eleven(and up) day
Where do the example of the grains, 300 cave days and 5000 angels end up in this?
