Dear, you keep changing your steps like dancing on a floor. Elliptical is defined in preface, and also when a word can be elided in a sentence.
Allah is Proper Noun. Learn how proper nouns are used in texts and how are they identified. Rest is just non sense that you can speak volumes but that will remain rubbish.

With all due respect, Mazhar. Allah is NOT a proper noun. A proper noun you do not place AL before. Look at any name of prophets in Quran and you will never see an AL attached to the word. If you use AL on a proper noun (for some reason) you write them apart, e.g. . This is because AL creates an adjectival word. means Like Ferauoon in one occasion when it is used in chapter 2.
AL can never be a proper noun and many occasions in the Quran where it is allegedly called a name it is not, that is the rules of the grammar.

can you give me a favour , in simple precise form , what is the meaning of Allah according to you. I still dnt understand . is Allah a different from rehman Raheem rab ,lord , cherisher, beneficent, hakeem ,aleem, or whatever name that address to the owner of universe.. first explain me meanings then explain me what is the difference , it will help me understand lot of things

Please study the types of Definite article. For some relative pronouns and proper names it is inseparable intrinsic part of word.
Also see how a proper noun is identified in texts. You will find it ONLY as proper noun wherever it occurs in Grand Qur'aan.

Arabic has always been a pro-drop language.
Bismi is linked with Allah; thus it is a grammatical unit comprising of a prepositional phrase and possessive phrase.

The first Ayah comprises of a simple elliptical sentence; semantically it is declarative expressing a fact that is not bound in time and space. It is as such even before the physical realm was made to take existence.

Just see the text and read any grammar book about possessive phrase. Visual mark is genitive case of the second noun. First noun never has definite article or tanween. And always keep in mind that Arabic nouns in default state are always nominative. If any noun is in accusative or genitive case, it is because of the influence of preceding word.
