THE IGNORANCE OF:
-
ameen/amen is amen-ra an egyptian sun deity aka a jinn. thus by saying ameen your committing a shirk.
most muslims are unware of this. they're Invoking another name besides Allah. also with azan.
Islam is 100% infiltrated.7218 The mosques belong to Allah; you shall not invoke anyone else besides Allah
-
Amen is a common word in Arabic and other Semitic family languages and obviously has its meaning. It is fully okay to use it if you know what it means.
-
Actually it is written in Quran, many times.
One form is "amen b'Allah'.

ONE of many examples
Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 177
It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing.

I hope you see in the Arabic text. The word occurs in many many forms throughout the Quran and means to have confidence/faith in something. In case you say it after you have prayed it signifies that you put faith in what you just prayed and are certain by the matter of Allah it will come true. Like I wrote previously, it is a common word in the Arabic language and if you speak the language it would be natural to use it, obviously.
Just because an ancient god of Egypt happened to be called Ammun that does not necessarily void the Semitic root A mi nun from being used which is a legitimate standard word of the language. Think wisely, friend.
Be well
Amenuel -

ameen/amen/amin/amon/ammon/amun same sh!t. it shouldn't be used. My comment still stands. And what is your sound argument against its usage seeing it is common in the Semitic languages as an everyday word?
-
But it is in Quran -)
is the word you are looking for and it can be used to say amen or amiin.

I first need to apologize to be blunt on this post..
The true ignorance are those who make a fuss over petty stuff which doesn't matter.
Such as, but not limited to- Face direction on praying
- What to say on praying (and insisting that everyone should say or not to say the same thing)
- Pointing fingers or not, how...
- Where should we hold our hand during prayer..
etc.. etc..
Again I apologize for being blunt, but I do understand how such mentality are being developed, it's due to the 'social environment'..
Becoming 'non sectarian' requires a drastic change of mindset.. a different set of outlook.
Don't apply the same mindset but with different / alternative idea.. especially on things which doesn't matter.
