It could hardly have been hard to figure out for a random person that it is the clouds that bring with them water? Through mere observation you see that when there comes intensively blue clouds then there will be rain.
Your passage does not prove that clouds are water taken from the seas and run over land. Nor does any of those numbers you refer to, and some of them did not even remotely have to do anything with a water cycle. They all speak of sent clouds which release water which anyone could have figured out even in past times.
I mean, you are trying to validate the flimsy sectarian interpretation. These interpreters were just religious fanatics.

These verses miss the crucial parts of the water cycle the sun heating the sea and water evaporation.
Even the Hindous 1000 years before Mohamed knew that, as we can find in the hymn to the sun Adityahridayam

What you are actually missing, bro, is the sentences that I have underlined.
Water cycle in Qur'an is not there to explain water cycle per se, hence there is no point making it scientifically exact.It is there to give a parable of how to establish the Deen. No more, no less.

brother people usually confused by this most of the times even when first time i read it i did not understand that properly still i m unable to understand it... but the actual subject somehow God put me in my head. it may b wrong or may be right ...but have a look at my view...
people think the 8 angles/controllers/maliks will carry a chair like throne in which God will be sitting ... its not really like that..
first of all its a throne. which mean a dominion and power of God... or a place where the matters of things related to us settled down. and it will appear infront of us .. not God himself. becoz the power/watching/controlling of God is everywhere...
second thing ... the throne i still cant understand , due to the illusion of expanding universe phenomenon... and the part of throne named as kursi 2 255 even extends over the heavens and earth... so its really really unable to understand what throne is actually... in size shape nature
in full Quran i never see anywwhere God claim somebody saw me/my nature...
or anywhere God is claiming someday somebody will saw me /my nature...you can only get closing understandings of things slowly and slowly... so keep thinking like that...

You see You are saying that God is everywhere and that the verses in the Quran which speak about the God as the Most High
who Sits on the exalted Throne which is above the waters are just symbology for representing his power and rulership over everything.
But what if it is the opposite?What if these verses are literal. And the fact that God is everywhere it means that he is omnipresent. He can see and hear everything.

Don't we agree that we are in this controlled environment just like in a testing ground to see who is the best.
When scientist make an experiment they don't interfere until the experiment is over right ?This can explain then why so much horror happens on this planet. Rape, Murder, Loss of health and etc.
Just look at the animal kingdom. Everything is made to consume each other. Dont you think is interesting ?There are animals designed in a way where they HAVE to kill another animal to get energy for survival.

or beating up and raping others like monkeys, or entrapping and robbing others like serpents and jackals, etc.),
indeed, they are (thus) most Astray.(Because) these are the ones (who choose to remain totally) Indifferent/Unaware (of the Word of AL-LAH). (=10/7-8 & 30/52-53)

because Hell will be filled --(here in this case again now =22/72 & 85/4-10 & 4/17-18 & .......)--
only with Jinns and Humans, all together,as clearly emphasized in the above Verses.

This is something that we indeed need to reflect on very much because succumbing to Satan is easily missed by oneself.
List of points that reflect Satan in humans
- Follow/imitate others
- Materialism (gatherer = animalistic behavior)
- Imagination (when it comes forth superstition against logic)
- Go with the flow (lack of contemplation due to absorption into this word)
- Self-centricsm
- Violent/aggressive behavior or finding violence entertaining
- Sexual preoccupation
- Greed
- Fear
- Jealousy
All of this together makes us forget our true purpose.

The true purpose is 'to be'. Gain independence within "God" rather than a mindless slave by Being One. The only way to that is by pursuing spirituality (the Spirit seed of your Nafs in order to grow) and rejecting the bodily.
Like Shakespeare said "To be or not to be is the question". Strengthen your being, tell yourself to do be confident (amenuwa). Strive hard to be cognizant of who you are. If you grow that awareness then you will also feel your origin and not only merely believe and it only takes finding yourself. If you find yourself you will also find your origin and then you will be a part of it. That is to be reborn while you are born, the only way to escape (salvation) is to be born twice in a lifetime, and only the witted will understand what I am writing. And that is because your body is a host to a seed of another origin, but it takes cultivating the seed and soundly take care of it and not be deluded this world is something for you or that the afterlife has any resemblance to this.
There was once a wise man who said that this seed is like a mustard seed, the smallest of seeds yet it becomes the most amazing tree. One has to understand that parable in order to understand its meaning. But since I was determined to put it black on white for once in history, it refers to that the spirit if undeveloped is minuscule like almost non-existent, but if it is soundly tended then the spirit will see no boundaries. Most Nafs's are like seeds who land on the ground but never grow because they choke due to weeds like thistles and the weeds choke the meager little seed and its cultivation so that it never expands. In the parable, the bodily (what is in the world) is the weeds and other obstacles and have always been in this parable, but I tell you now. Those hamper the spirit from development and will keep the seed like the minuscule seed it is and it will fade away eventually in lack of development and because the seed is degraded in time. The same soil will host several cycles "of other plants" (the useless plants which do not more than hamper the development of the seed) during the degradation. Life itself is a parable and is clear from who takes pleasure from it all and the bodies were made for evaluation and sifting and so the final delivery is delayed so to allow everyone that will bear fruit and so does not the one whose quality is absent in the produce (extract taken from Quran - the real interpretation of).

PunishmentAnd you should not listen to your emotions but listen to the Force (Spirit) that flows through you. Everything of your emotions is biologically generated and must be controlled logically. Clarity of mind, your mind must not be clouded by the dark, all the emotions and the bodily impulses will lead to the dark side.
That is a philosophical analysis of the Star Wars saga. The Angels/Controllers of the world made this motion picture to be a channel of insight. Basically everything it says is accurate on how the world works and what leads to disaster. Remove the effects and entertainment with things that could be possible "by a matter of Being". The aim for a Jedi is very close to what a Man or Woman of Faith has to accomplish, tranquility of mind and its purification. This will expand the mind to endless levels.

And that narrow path, labeled the "Gate of Heaven" is well guarded by Angels, the Devil commonly uses that narrow path to sneak into the heaven and ear drop the ongoing discussion in "Heavenly Conference". The angels uses the stars as missiles / projectile to drive away the Devil..
