Well said Hawk99. Our abilities to do anything are all from Him. We own nothing it is all a trust given by Him.

    Peace

Peace imrankhawaja my understanding is that all is from
Allah even your love for Allah.

      angel

all is from Allah , but the strange thing about love you only do it with true heart if its real ?
in case of worldy love we are not sure other person claims are true or not
but with the case of God he knows what is in our chests...

so its confusing actually we are infact bringing two different things at same time
if All is from God there another question arise , if bad/evil come from God ? so who should held responsible for it, as we know all from God , did he lead people astray by giving some of them bad and some enjoying good..?

in my humble view the statement is all is from God , but the results of deeds will affect on us according to the nature of deed.. if eveil deed will done evil result will wait for us, if we decided/wish to put our hand in fire there is no chance we will not get burn , that a law based on truth... but its going out of topic

in my previous posts i do say that the nature of love is strange , and love regarding anything happen spontaneously so it should be something that God like it that his servant loves him... we can make sure that its a thing that will officialy our property...

My deeds are also my property, what's the difference?

deeds are for reward and punishment isnt it?
love is for what ?... specially when we claim our love to somebody do we really need anything in return ?

        love and deeds
        love and take care(with humans)

there is a difference between taking care and love same as deeds and love

The "intrinsic" value of deeds are also not materialistics

but it based on results and morals , self is responsible for actions
but with love it is not a action by free will , its simply grows suddenly/spontaneously

Why would He take away my deeds, I earned them myself, is He unjust?

yeh exactly thats why i was sayin you in previous post why he will gona take my love from me he is not unjust
        or other way round,
if God take his love away from servant servant in return will lost in this world love and hate also are responisble for lot of doings what we normally do in our daily life ...
so these actions will end him/her in hell isnt fair by taking away somebody love and putting him in hell due to the change .. i dnt think God want anybody to suffer in hell...

one more thing i actually want to add why he will take away your deeds from you becoz you earned it...?
actually he make it happen that you earned it... on other ways if i want to earn a good deed by helping a poor , at first place he will make it happen for me to earn that money .. right then with that money i will b able to help what if he never gave me anything ...

or the money due to which that deed i completed is indirectly belong to him. as we know its in his control..

One example I want to remind you of is 478-79

Aynama takoonoo yudrikkumu almawtu walaw kuntum fee buroojin mushayyadatin wa-in tusibhum hasanatun yaqooloo hathihi min AAindi Allahi wa-in tusibhum sayyi-atun yaqooloo hathihi min AAindika qul kullun min AAindi Allahi famali haola-i alqawmi la yakadoona yafqahoona hadeethan

Ma asabaka min hasanatin famina Allahi wama asabaka min sayyi-atin famin nafsika waarsalnaka lilnnasi rasoolan wakafa biAllahi shaheedan

Wherever you be will overtake you death even if you are in towers lofty. And if befalls them any good they say, "This (is) from Allah," And if befalls them any evil they say, "This (is) from you." Say, "All (is) from Allah." So what (is wrong) (with) these people, they do not seem (to) understand any statement.

What(ever) befalls you of (the) good (is) from Allah, and whatever befalls you of (the) evil (is) from yourself. And for the people (as) a Messenger, and Allah is sufficient (as) a Witness.

          peace brother ,

actually i dnt understand why you bring this topic actually there is a difference between love and good/bad

love of God may be good for someone
love of things other than god like idols may not be good for someone

so love play a role of good and bad at same time...
i think its two different topics...

rest of the things yeh i can agree.. there is a wisdom behind this verses...

love is unconditional if you try to understand what is the difference between deeds and love...

so the love i am doing with my God... is seperate from my deeds of punishment and rewards...

Your previous posts say your love is unconditional. No reward or punishment.

Imran. You are deluded, all comes from god. and god may take away the unconditional love you have by giving you a trial that may cause you to hate god.

hmm yes if i start hating God its mean i m deluded ...

                  but

what do you know about my trials , may b i already had some trials but , on every trial i feel my feelings are not affecting , but what i see there is a reason for every trial which give me good instead of harm.. even after trials love increase more...

the fake lovers may get fail in trials...

                    Is it unconditional love ?

if you read the full post , then i think you also know 11 or 12 years old kid cannot understand what is the difference between pray , love and deeds...

that was the first ever experience of asking something from a higher being with true feelings.. that feelings recieve a signal of truth and blessings so the feelings turn in to uncontrolleable/spontaneous love ...

how you will know somebody love you? in childhood , probably when they kiss you or give a present to you...

does it mean a kid is greedy he only find love from whom he recieve present...?

nobody need presents the actual thing is this present/gift/blessing make u feel/remeber that its a symbol/sign of love...

so by default the greater thing for understanding is either gift is or love is what make a kid convince ...

Your previous posts say your love is unconditional. No reward or punishment.

if you read the full post you will also get to know , its from the perception of 12 years old mind ... and its just a sharing of one of my situation when i first experience something ...

and all was not for getting the results or rewards... it was actually a trust .. this word always come along with love...

when some body say do you trust me?
                      ...

that kid mind was trusting that higher being can make difficult thing happen easy if he wills to...

                      example
i study and i get passed... deed then reward
40 students in class get study they get pass deed then reward
3 students get standing position which always subject to them as we know we have not a level right now to achieve that much reward how hard we try to perfect our deed...

in that situation .. when u ask something and you are in a situation that links you with something you must get it .. and there is no way that you can get it.. then brains stops work and dreamz ... and wish ...

how you will feel if somebody challange you . and say you cannot do this ?
but you know there is a being who can make it possible... you can say that was the first experiment of closing to God...

but i already get passed so i already rewarded ...
but when i get title position its mean the being is trustable who listens and understand what i need ...

for me its not about the title position what impress me at that time was how powerful that being is who is a real king of this system and that feeling attracts me towards God... like a confident trustable love....

a supreme being who you can rely on without any doubt you can trust him without any doubt
this type of trust we cannot get from anybody or we?

                        Hi gentles, Salaamun alaikum,

                        Let me in.
As per my understanding everything belongs to Allah but our rewards from Allah.
Whatever given to us by Allah i.e.,good reward or specially punishment. We are the absolute owner of that.

                          w salam brother khan,
hope things are ok with you..

brother everything belongs to God , when there was nothing it was the presence of God..

our topic here is what really belong to us what we claim as our property..

the rewards and punishment are generated by God , so God is the owner/controller of these things..

love of God is generated by your emotions
and you are the absolute owner of your emotions..

no body really understand it ..

for reward you do a righteous thing isnt it?
for punishment you did a wrong thing action =reaction, LHS=RHS

the love is a bargaining chip

loving a creator is something on next level..

deeds you done by freewill ( you ll get your results of using that freewill)
love happen spontaneously/automatically thats a slight difference in it.. (what we ll get from it, take a stop here and ponder what a wonderful thing is this)...

That gift belong solely to us. No one can share it nor you can give it to anyone. That is your sole property. You are the absolute owner of it. Hope you get what I am saying.

yes alhamdulliah everything is fine ,

                              Neither me (

What I was saying is when we do wrong, Allah decides and generate a punishment for us and give it to us as a gift.

common brother.. your post is a piece of intelligence .. you ll understand after reading my wordings perhaps..

let say we all know when we do something wrong , punishment of that action is confirm as per God laws..( i agree fully with you on this)

a person like me and you and lot of other believers accidently/mistakenly do wrong with ourselves

i myself remember i wrong myself more than one times..

in that case i need to b worried.. or no?

but if i have a love of God , a true love then my God replace it with good.. as a bargaining chip hail

example moses killed a person accidently
he was the lover of God so God forgive him..

next question arise , what will happen to the person who get killed by moses , he will ask from God..
then God will make him remember the spirit/urself belong to me at first place i m gona replace your life with another life matter sorted...

same with us is it possible that our shortcomings God will replace with the love what we have for our creator..?

human being = err so due to that shortcoming i still dnt want a punishment or wrath of God. it makes me worried

basically i m asking what is the worth of unconditional love to God.. (we have no idea)
about our deeds we have a slight idea of punishments and rewards..

                                Salam mmkhan,

The way I see this is - if I give something to a person - that thing now belongs to that person. But is was mine - and out of my goodness (or selfishness for a payment) I have it to the other person.

My understanding is that we are tested by God - therefore God has given us a possibility of passing or failing that test - to various degrees - now, only we are the person who decides that test - so the ability to decide the test is from us - maybe one could argue that that ability was given to us in our existence by God too.

But at the end of the day there are really no absolute truths unless validated by God - these are merely word plays and discussions of ego or curiosity.

                                Just an opinion.

                                Salam
                                Ed

Allah is all good, I think it is the evil of man because the responsibility of such actions fall on the man.

Yes, there is one thing God did not create.....
                                    ......Death.....
That is the absence of life, and God is life.
God created Adam and Eve to live forever, not to die.
But they wanted to be like God and listened to Satan and brought Death over them self, as well as over all their descendants.

This is the one thing that can not appear in front of God.
                                    Death....

That's why God in the Old Testament asked to have blood sacrifice to hide the death we have in our bodies. If we appear in front of God in his glory, we will simply burn out!
We are walking around with no less than 5 Kg, of dead cells in our skins only, dont even try to determine how many dead cells our whole body contains.
God can not look upon us without us being disintegrated.
There must be blood over us to cover the dead body we live in to prevent God looking upon us to protect us being destroyed.
This is why Jesus died, and His blood covers our sinful bodies to allow us all to be in the presence of God.

                                    Greetings

I read your link and found nothing that might embarrass me at all!
Why would you think a Jewish writing would do something like that.
                                        Was Jesus not a Jew?
Was not all the first Christians Jews?
Do you know that it was not until 150 years after Jesus' Crucifixion that the Jews rejected Jesus as a Jewish sect?

Lastly, why do you as a Muslim go and quote a Jewish writing?
Perhaps your Quran dont give the answers?

And, I placed a statement that God did not create death!
                                        Do you disagree?
                                        Did Allah create death?

Well, then you are in trouble, because the Bible say Satan brought death over mankind!

                                        Checkmate!

And who created Satan? And WHO is Satan, according to the Bible? Is he Satan from Isaiah 1412 or something else? And what is the mornign star (Lucifer)? Unless you fully understand the books which you claim are sacred to you (in which I highly doubt) I suggest you stop being annoying.
