    Salam Brothers and Sisters!

Can we translate "As-Salat" as 'Social Justice - according to Quran's Guidance/Laws'
    and translate "Az-Zakat" as 'Distribution of Wealth/Resources - according to Quran's Guidance/Laws'
    Please share your views. Thanks!

Note I am not talking about the terms Social Justice and Distribution of Wealth used in Marxism

    Peace!

      May peace be upon you,

In my opinion, the concept of mixing the Creator with the Creation is a bad mistake that could lead into thinking that "we are gods", thus to Shirk, without being aware.
The Quran is the Word of God, and there is no support from it for this thought.

The concepts of "Creator" and "Creation" are totally separated, but there is one interesting thing that may resemble your concept the Ruh!
God has breathed into every human being His Ruh.

"When I have formed him, and breathed into him of MY SPIRIT, fall down prostrating before him."
      (1519)

"Then He proportioned him, and breathed into him of HIS SPIRIT. Then He gave you the hearing, and the eyesight, and the brains (or hearts) ? but rarely do you give thanks."
      (329)

Then, the Creation is the Mulk, the material existence of this world, including our bodies and our minds. But there is something more, the Ruh of Allah which is inside every one of us. This does not mean in any way that we are divine beings, but that we are CONSCIOUS BEINGS.

      And God knows best.
"And they ask you about the Spirit. Say, 'The Spirit belongs to the domain of my Lord; and you were given only LITTLE KNOWLEDGE.'"
      (1785)
And this verse explains why science doesn't know why are we coscious.

(PS with this anti-spam system I'm becoming a geography expert)

This ay lead to this, this may lead to that...
      Anything can lead to something

Everything is one, yes. Or do you mean that you have a will of yourself and therefore you are independent of everything else and you would exist without anything else existing?
You see, if you think like that that may lead you to believe that you are God.
The fact is that indeed everything is one. we are there because God holds us. How can God hold us if we are something separate from Him?

Or look at it as you and what you dream while you sleep. Is your dreem separate from you, something independent of you? Something that could exist without you existing? You and your dreams are one. And God is one with his creation. His creation is like a dream of His. Does not have a real existence, we do not have a real existence except as a thought of God, or a drema og God. Anytime God wants we may cease to exist and even more than that we will have never existed.

      Salaam

You have translated "roohi" as my spirit. "RUH" is not spirit but knowledge and consciousness. The Quran uses the word "NAFS" which is translated in English as spirit or soul.

"And they ask you about the Spirit RUH. Say, 'The Spirit belongs to the domain of RUH IS FROM MY RUB'S COMMAND; and you were given only LITTLE KNOWLEDGE.'"

With Spirit indeed I mean the part of us that is conscious, while with Soul or Nafs I mean the part of us that is responsible of our acting, our Self or Ego, the part of us that makes decisions based on desires, instinct, and knowledge stored in the phyisical brain.
If you mean that without God existing, we wouldn't exist, then that is true, because He is the Originator. But if you say that we are a part of him, then this is indeed something wrong in my opinion. We are slaves of him, as all the things in nature are, because this world is His world, and so our bodies are.
If instead you mean that our Spirit/Consciousness (Ruh) is somehow linked to that of God, then you are right, the Quran in facts says that He breathed a Ruh of Him into us after the embryon develops, not that He created a Ruh for each of us.
The Quran often repeats that Allah, or God, does not need any worship from us and that is our need and benefit to serve Him, this in my opinion means that by observing Salat, Zakat, and doing good deeds without asking for any payment is like a nourishment and healing for our Selves (Nafs), because this makes us more aware of our Ruh, thus closer to God.

Of course it depends on your definitions of "servant" and "slave".

To me, whether we say that we are slaves of God, or servants of God, is the same; the concept of being slaves/servants to God ('Abd) is that we are dependant on Him, like a slave is dependant on his master.

The Quran of course is to abolish the literal slavery between humans.

I am not sure of being slaves of God would really fit us to be honest, He gave us an important advice to verify information (1736). Plus abolishing slavery but beings slaves to our beloved Creator would be hypocritical. Servant is more fitting because you are upholding the covenant of Allah (SWTAY). Salam! Establish Love/Affection? It is good to ears but Why, How and with/for whom? Please elaborate.

So how do we show our grattitude to someone whom we are indebted?

By Salat some just say we connect to Him, but how? In many faiths including Islam, people bring in offerings and used to distribute to the needy, and in Quranic verses too Zakat/help comes mostly along with Salat .We are blessed and also in need of blessings and Salat i think is our expression in return to that blessings we get. God loves/bless us and naturally we should return the same. Salat to God could be the way we express our love and affection to Him. It can be in any way we think is opt. The rich by giving their excess wealth, a learned one could share their knowledge and each one serving what they are blessed with. I donot think Salaat ends up in a plain ritual but it creates a platform to volunteer ourselves to give back what we are blessed with.

When the Malaikah do Salat on the Prophet, then they are showing their favor/support to the prophet to spread his message and thats Allah's Salat too.
