Where do you see smoke or offering?

The question should be "who".. like mentioned above.. my murabbi said so...

As for the answer of "where".. I never met any of them that's why I asked my murabbi in my madrassa when he recite the story of Cain and Abel.. (Qabil and Habil in Arabic)

I should have followed the questions to my Murabbi with
"Where did you meet Qabil and Habil?"
"How did you know them?"

I see no smoke or fire .

Thus you can say you see no smoke or fire?

My question remain the same who told Abel or son of Adam that his offering has been accepted. Who told him that going into straight path is right for God?.

Let me give one more verse It is Chapter 3 verse 37 in which the words are important. How did they know that God has accepted Marry? Who told them?

In aya 3.37 it seems obvious it is God who says speaking of Himself in third person singular as He does in the previous ayas. He says He accepted Maryam's mother offer with beautiful aceptance.

As to the two brothers, again God Himself is telling us, that one's offer is being accepted, and not the other. We do not have any particulars about any of the two save that one was min al dhalimin, of the wrongdoers and not the other.

Also I doubt very much that it is a story of two particular people or told as such. May be there were those two particular people, but it is told in general, as a representation of human kind, we are all brothers and sisters, but we turn into competitors as if there was no God enough for each of us. We think there only so much amount of God, and we want it for ourselves and want to put the others of f the quest for God. That is lack of knowledge and lack of faith.

What we lack and what we do not lack, of course, God knows, and therefore He can accept or reject what we offer to Him. If we offer self deception, He cannot accept that, because that is against His own law.

Obviously this adam here is human kind in its earlier stages. The two brothers are any two persons of that early stage which in fact impersonate for the story any two persons of any stage or age and the story closes with the rule that killing one person is like killing all of humanity and saving one person is like saving all of humanity.

I think it is very eloquently said and very moving. Why so jeallous, why so envious, why so worried that there won't be enough for us all and therefore I must hoard and keep you off my possessions or privileges. That applies to everything, rich versus poor, male versus female, white versus black or any other combination which may place some human as fearing the competition of other humans for whatever, even for crumb.

Do you believe Qoran is the word of GOD?
Then your question does not make sense. GOD is saying one was accepted and one was not to us.
GOD is not saying he told the brothers or who told the brothers.

Is this not simple?. We are not told who told them ,how did they work each other out or any such details. What is clear is one was with GOD and one was not. The lesson is clear, the details are not and are not needed.
All you are going to get for answers are speculations and guesses.

Or are you trying to ignore my advice of studying Qoran to see what it is really saying?

In the story of Adam's sons in Quran, how did one of the son's offering accepted by God? I mean how did he know that his offering was accepted? Who told him?

Like I said, my murabbi said the offering was burnt by fire, the smoke rise directly to heaven for Abel and to the side for Cain. when I asked him the same question during my childhood time in Madrassa.
I should have asked him additional clarification questions of how did he knew that? Did he saw the event himself?
The same questions that I asked to you now..

But back then I was afraid, as Islamic tradition doesn't appreciate curious mind.
Boys who asked too many questions are regarded as among the "bad boys"..
Boys who just obey are rewarded as "good boys".. (shamina waatona.. we hear we obey)

But since you saw the event yourselves..
I believe you are more correct on this matter.... and my Murabbi was wrong..

Thanks for your answer and you are absolutely correct. I totally agree with you.

I disagree with the traditional understanding of fire from heaven consumed the offering. In verse 337 we were told that God has accepted her. Similar way Zachariah was prophet and he told everyone that she has been accepted by God. Same way like we were told by Quran through Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

How can you be sure Adam told him? Does it say it somewhere in Qoran?
Why can t he have been told by GOD(Either in inspiration or through Angel or...i.e the usual chanel that GOD uses to communicate with for all believers.
I think we can only speculate on this question. There is no clear answer.

A year has 365 days for you to study. After taking away 52 Sundays, there are only 313 days left.
There are 50 days in the summer that is way too hot to work so there are only 263 days left.
We sleep 8 hours a day, in a year, that counts up to 122 days so now we're left with 141 days.
If we fooled around for only 1 hour a day, 15 days are gone, so we are left with 126 days.
We spend 2 hours eating each day, 30 days are used in this way in the year, and we are left with 96 days in our year.
We spend 1 hour a day speaking to friends and family, that takes away 15 days more and we are left with 81 days.
Posting in this forum at least 35 days in your year, hence you are only left with 46 days.
Taking off approximately 40 days of holidays, you are only left with 6 days.
Say you are sick for a minimum of 3 days, you're left with 3 days in the year to study!
Let's say you only go out for 2 days... You're left with 1 day. But that 1 day is your birthday.

I believe your testimony that there isn't any smoke or fire when Adam's sons performed their offering / sacrifice.

bad son of adam bring rubbish fruits, rotten vegetables etc

thats y God only select QUALITY things specially lamb is fav dish of God for offering

hence ,sudden miracalous fire applied on the stuff of bad one and they understood that offering of bad one is rejected by punishment of FIRE so instead of getting angry on God he show anger on Good one. such a stupid person hahaha

more stories one of the story my school teacher told me same like jaffar childhood,

he said to me at that time of (killing) from one rib of ?eve? a daugter get birth and from one rib son get birth and they both get married but in the case of abel and cain they were twins and when they get adult and they fight for one girl so one killed another. killer was bad person. becoz good person never even self defence.

in their case it was a solution though( if they would agree and apply the law in parliment) about THREESOME same like lgbt law is passed thats the only option in that story by a honorable teacher hahahaha
