There is only one explicit reference in which Abraham is given glad tidings of a son and that is in reference to Isaac.
This too seems a conclusion drawn in haste.
Particle Fa denotes cause and effect-response; sequence of two things whih have a relationship of cause and effect. In response to request/prayer he was given glad news of a son, qualitatively described as .
About Ishaque alahissalm it is specifically told that for him no request/prayer was made; he was granted as an unsolicited gift. And when news about him were conveyed through the Messengers his qualitative description was given as .

Note the order of narration of two sons. You will always find it when they are mentioned together;
I also noticed this but did not research AQ to see if when lists of such people are given if they are always sequential. Have you researched this? If they are always sequential, that would be strong evidence for Ishmael before Isaac. In 683-87 it is Isaac first, but it has info in between the named people.
Your replies #5, 6 and 7 are, as they stand, baseless non-points. 37112 uses "wa".

When the news of a baby boy is given in Quran we see that the word (م is used as in verse 197

I reviewed this recently and I think you are correct with your observation on 37112. (As a side note the monotheist/free-minds and Reformist translations are misleading in this verse, as there is no "coming of" in the Arabic)
To further evidence Isaac being "the sacrifice son" we note 37113 uses the dual "...both their offspring..." strongly suggesting Abraham had further offspring which would have been Ishmael.
37113 And We blessed him and Isaac. And from BOTH their progeny, some are righteous, and some are clearly wicked.

Point for reflection!
An aged person, not earlier bestowed a son, prays for grant of a son
وَقَالَ إِ نِّـى ذَاهِبٌ إِلَـىٰ رَبِّـى سَيَـهْدِىنِ .3799٩٩
And he said, "I am going—migrating in the cause of Allah the Exalted, soon He the Exalted will keep guiding me."
رَبِّ هَبْ لِـى مِنَ ٱلصَّٟلِحِيـنَ .37100١٠٠
After having migrated he prayed "O my Sustainer Lord! Do grant me a son that be one of the righteous."
فَبَشَّـرْنَٟهُ بِغُلَٟمٛ حَلِيـمٛ .37101١٠١
In response to his prayer, Our Majesty delighted him with news of an intelligent, enduring and forbearing son.
He gets the son he solicited.
فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعْىَ قَالَ
Thereby, when he (son) had crossed over to the age of exerting effort, formally operational along with him; he (Iebra'heim alai'his'slaam) said —
The other son was later granted unsolicited.
We mention sons by order of their birth, elder first
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِى وَهَبَ لِـى عَلَـى ٱلْـكِبَـرِ إِسْـمَٟعِيلَ وَإِسْحَٟقَۚ
"The Infinite Glory and Praise stands specified eternally, entirely and exclusively for Allah the Exalted. He the Exalted has granted me Iesma'eile and Ies'hauq upon reaching the old age.
إِنَّ رَبِّـى لَسَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ .1439٣٩
Indeed My Sustainer Lord is certainly the listener of the prayer.
