    Salam Ahmad,

    Thanks for your comment.

The Quran told us that all things praise Allah and we just don't understand the way they communicate

Yes. Everything glorifies God. Everything supposed to do what it supposed to do. For example, birds and insect pollinate the plants that feed us, bacteria help to breakdown dead animals and plants. Tiny plankton needed for the fish that we eat and trees produce oxygen for us.

And your Lord said to the Angels "I am placing a successor on Earth." They said "Would You place in it he who would corrupt in it, and spill blood, while we sing Your glory, and praise You?" He said "I know what you do not know."

From this verse the ?Angles? know that the earth is in the perfect balance even without human. Just imagine the condition of the earth today if there were no human. Everything is in pristine condition. This is because everything glorifies God. Not because they uttering ?Subhan Allah? 1000 times like most of us do. We gain nothing by uttering those word. It is because the entire creatures are doing all the thing it supposed to do.

    Regards,

      Peace mate

Yeh mate, it is an intersting subject, however you first note constitute a conflict in the Quran, because you explained it as you do understand how other creatures do it while the quran told us that we will not understand how they do it

another note I have is this, i agree that uttering words without believing in it is absoluetly useless, we must action the words that we say and if we say words to glorify Allah then our actions must express these words that we believe in and utter it a lot

also I agree with mary that 743 does not imply saying it by words, but at the same time it does not imply not to say it by words

      peace bro

What do you think of that ?

As I have stated earlier the alternate title for this book can be It is NOT stated in the Quran. As I have stated already there is NOT one thing which the Ahlul Sunnah or Shiah practice that can be traced inside the Quran NOT ONE. We have already seen that even the famous cry of Allahu Akbar CANNOT be found in the Quran. The Sunnis cry Allahu Akbar which according to them means God is Great. This is actually a trick and an insult by the enemies of Islam because Allahu Akbar actually means God is Old. The Sunnis say Akbar is one of the names of God but the fact is this name Akbar CANNOT be found inside the Quran as Gods name. It is NOT stated in the Quran.
What is more interesting is that the Sunnis have invented their famous list of ninety nine Beautiful Names of God which they call the Asmaul Husna. Yet even inside this invented Asmaul Husna there is no occurrence of the name Akbar. The Sunnis forgot to include Akbar inside their Asmaul Husna ! What a lark.

Peace all. I think ahmedbhaghat has proven very well, that allah hu akbar is a legitimate phrase from the quran. If i say 'allah is bigger than any individual thing'.(in my own language.) Then i dont have to look to the quran for evidence, its pretty obvious that its true.
It can cause harm if some people hastily form a set opinion and then try to belittle, judge or refute others with it...and then later find that their opinion is contrary to the evidence and incorrect....(see quote in previous post above, by poster /jm/.)
Its sad that some people make divisions and arguements on the basis of allah hu akbar, hadith, different interpretations etc,etc....(which are sometimes just different ways of saying or looking at the same principles.)
I think more respect, objectivity and tolerance are needed.
          Peace all.

            Peace,

I think ahmedbhaghat has proven very well, that allah hu akbar is a legitimate phrase from the quran.

Abraham speaks about the sun as his Lord, that doesn't imply that akbar is one of the attribute of God. This verse speaks about abraham before he discovers the real God.
Does the God speaks about Himself as hu allahu akbar in the Reading?
            as in 112-1-2

            1. Qul huwa Allahu ahad
              112?2. Allahu alssamadu

            ....etc

            The response is no.

The attributes which precceed Allah in the Reading are sufficient imho.

              Thank you brother JM

What do you think of that ?

Let me see bro, "I can give my personal opinion for sure"

As I have stated earlier the alternate title for this book can be ?It is NOT stated in the Quran?. As I have stated already there is NOT one thing which the Ahlul Sunnah or Shiah practice that can be traced inside the Quran ? NOT ONE.

I really don't know what this guy is talking about, however i found a flaw already in his comment, Allah clearly told us in the Quran that He will guide us to the Sunnah of the early people. clear and simple

We have already seen that even the famous cry of ?Allahu Akbar? CANNOT be found in the Quran.

well, i showed that literally, it is found in a verse, in fact there is another verse that i found where the two words are next to each other, and for me they still make a complete sentence according to the Arabic grammar

The Sunnis cry ?Allahu Akbar? which according to them means ?God is Great?.

i don't know if i heard them crying, but why the sunni alone?, i guess most sects say Allah Akbar, it seems this guy is biased or somethin? or possibly hates the sunni sect bad?

but again his comment is flawed, because Allah Akbar, does not mean Allah is Great lol, it actually means Allah is GREATER

This is actually a trick and an insult by the enemies of Islam because ?Allahu Akbar? actually means ?God is Old?.

wow, what a trick we have in hand, this trick made most muslims regardless of sects are enemies of islam, lol thanks for the laugh to whoever wrote the above

The Sunnis say ?Akbar? is one of the names of God but the fact is this name ?Akbar? CANNOT be found inside the Quran as God?s name. It is NOT stated in the Quran.

sorry, the above is a lie, as i never heard them saying as such, neither Akbar is a name in the arabic language lol , the wazn Afal is used to compare one thing with another or with more, like My car is Larger than your car, but when we say Allah Akbar and eliminate the other party or parties we are comparing Allah with, it means that whatever party or anything you compare with, Allah will stay Akbar, i.e. regardless what we comparing, size, or an action, this is called balagha in te language, the balagha main purpose is to say the least words with the max meanning and you will find a lot of this balagha in the Quran, the balagha when used acrually overwrites the grammar

What is more interesting is that the Sunnis have invented their famous list of ninety nine ?Beautiful Names of God? which they call the ?Asmaul Husna?. Yet even inside this invented Asmaul Husna there is no occurrence of the name ?Akbar?. The Sunnis forgot to include ?Akbar? inside their Asmaul Husna ! What a lark.

this guy is really confused man, the sunni never included Akbar as a name to Allah, it is a saying action to an the order "Kabberu Allah" that was given to us in the Quran

for the 99 names, i don't believe that they are 99 only "However this is a personal opinion", but sure, the Quran told us that Allah has many Husna Names and we should call Him using these Husna Names and in the same verse Allah gave us a few examples of these names, and told us it is UP TO US to use any of these husna names

              http//www.free-minds.org/books/journey.htm

              Pure rubbish ?

              Peace

absolutely mate, and therefore i can't watse my time reading his rubbish in the above link

              peace be with you

Peace marie. Ahmedbhaghat has explained it more eloquently than me.
I dont really want to nitpick what is an attribute or a verb or a noun etc.. Im sure you will agree(even if its not an attribute.) that god is greater/bigger than any individual thing? Peace.

                  Hello all

please note that the order "Kabbar" is identical to the Order "Sabbah" both can only be done by words

any other order regrading following the guidance and be a good guy, was clearly told to us using simple words that kids will understand like

                  1. Ihtaddo, "Follow the guidance"

                  2. Ikhsho, "Fear"

                  3. "Igtanbo", "stay away from"

                  4. "Insito", "Listen"

                  5. Itabio, "Follow"

                  6. "Sallu", "Hold salat"

                  7. "Imalu Hasanat", "Do the good deeds"

                  etc etc

zillons of examples indeed, but when it comes to Sabbah or Kabbar , for them they also mean all the above, lol

i guess they are confused, that's all it seems

                  peace

that god is greater/bigger than any individual thing? Peace.

or all things combined for that matter, that is the balagha of eliminating the compared party, to leave it open for absolutely anything

but it is not an attribute in any way, the attribute is "Kabir", not "Akbar"

                    peace

so when we say Allah has a hand, you consider this wrong/ilogical?

PS Akbar does not only include size, but EVERYTHING

The Reading is the only criterion, personnally I avoid to assign to the God others attribute than those used by the God in the Reading, it is enough for me.

There is any verses in the Reading where the God speaks about himself as allah akbar.

Only Alkabeer is an attribute of the God in the Reading (139).

Peace marie. Who explains the reading to us? If its god, then have we ever made a mistake in interpreting the reading? If god explains the reading how come humans make mistakes when reading it? I will refer you back to ahmedbhaghats and my posts to avoid repeating what i have already written. Ps;you stated the reading is the only criterion, what about god?The quran does not equal god. And doesnt the reading tell us to use our mind to think, and that there are signs outside the reading?
                              Peace.

                                    Peace Enquirer,

There is a big difference beteween alkabeer and akbar, this difference is well illustrated in the light of the Reading. You can ask AB for this. The language in the Reading is very concise.

This is my last post for this thread.

                                    Thanks.

                                        Peace all

it is clear in the arabic language that the two words "Kabir" and "Akbar" are two different words, they share the same root though

Kabir is a noun and can be used on its own to describe something, the Quran used it many times to describe many different things like

                                        1. salat 245

                                        2. following the prophet 2143

                                        3. fighting 2217

                                        4. sin 2219

                                        5. reward 179

                                        6. mistake 1731

                                        7. favour 1787

                                        curse 3368

                                        1. a deed 5453

                                        2. an old man 2823

                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
                                        .
                                        etc

and Allah 3423 and many more

this is how the word is commonly used in the Quran

the word Akbar was also used many times in the Quran, in most cases if not all it compares two things like 2217, 2219

as we can see that many things shared the same word Kabir with Allah in the Quran, so to say Allah Akbar, i.e He is greater, and by eliminating the compared party it will give an infinite meaning that Allah is greater "Akbar" than any thing that is kabir

while the two words "Allah Akbar" were not specifically used in the Quran as such, they were mentioned next to each other in two locations, and can constitute a complete sentence, and because the history records told us numerous times that the prophet said as such even, in his salat, then why not following it?

very strange indeed, the word is gloryfing Allah by all means, has no shirk neither kufr and sounds like a great and genuine teaching by the prophet, it does not sound like a foriegn injection to his sayings and I chose to follow it, plain and simple

there are many other gloryfying words that were not mentiond in the Quran, would that mean I can't use it to glorify Allah?, of course I can, because it does not make sense if I'm not allowed to use or it is a sin to use it

                                        peace to all

                                          Peace be upon you,

We should be more concerned with ACTING like The God is Greater/Greatest, rather than "buttering up" some object on the sky.
