Thank you TG. Your reply is much more reasonable and logical.

That is what the Alameen means, everything in the universe including the universe

This means there is still a possibility of other worlds within our universe. When human can't verify this how they are going to verify the each word of Qur'an.

    Peace be upon you Kyle

Giving you reply is not arguing.

      peace bro

i guess the Quran verse that it says Allah created 7 earths like our earth, is far more to incline that there is other worlds within the same and only universe

        Salaam

Thank you brother Ahmed Bahgat. I agree with you.

I posted that after listening to all this BS by these fake intellectuels who believe that they have the knowledge and wisdosm to verify each and every word of Allah. After reading Kyle's reply it looks like they absolutely have no knowledge to do so.

I don't know bro how they are going to verify the existance of the Jinns, possibly by marrying them?

i don't know man, but I;m sure it can happen, would you reckon they will believe after that?

I have to change my strategy of not interferring in their BS discussions by going after their faulty logic and pseudo philosophy.

What I understand from 1736 in the light of the context don't assert nothing before being perfectly sure.
For example to testify a false testimony, to provide a false information, to say you heard and you did not hear, you saw and you did not see, you know and you don't know "All of this is bad, and disliked by your Lord", this is why "For the hearing, eyesight, and mind, all these you are responsible for."

              I agree,does anyone else?

chill...polytheism is fine when understood within the framework of polytheism....likewise pantheism is fine when understood within its own framework! u will often find pantheists teaching u that quran is the work of man, their reasoning however is based on pantheism! so they will say that muhammad must have been a spiritually evolved person and the quran is what he wrote according to his understanding but they wont call it truth from god, they will call it muhammad's truth, as such they will never say that quran is from god or that the quran is infallible! the best way out for them is to try to explain quran as symbolism, as they are wont to do with other books! thus muhammad is no longer a real entity...he is only a archetype all this they do in accordance with pantheism...that the universe is god and every entity will attain to godhood..this is why u will often see them talking about 'maya' and 'nirvana'...the freedom from everything that exists without...to realising the potential (god) within! this is basically how they understand everything they live in the illusion that everything is an illusion...there is nothing without, everything is within..that is pantheism! however, like i said, within pantheism it might work...but when applied to quran it becomes a problem...as quran is purely monotheistic..so the faulty logic is in trying to propogate pantheism by applying it to quran! -)

yes...makes a lot of sense...but i believe it also applies to not pursuing that which has not come to us from revelation of god! like not upholding conjectures when v do not have with regards to the conjecture any 'ilm' from the revelation of god! -)

                        Peace be upon all,

All is from the god. Do you know of any other creator than the creator (AR-Rahmaan)?

And about the meaning of , cheking also the usage of and can shed some light on it; you can check verse like

                        .... 690

                        691
                        692

                        1244

                        12104
                        12105
                        12106

                        2151

                        2181

                        2191

                        3022

I would advice to check the context of the verses.

There are many other verses pointing to knowledge when using the word al-?l()mine.

On the other hand, as far as I KNOW, no verse in the great reading is alluding to that the root has anything to do with "world".

                        Thus, translating as "the knowledgeables".

                        --

friend, all these have nothing to do with what i wanted to say.my point is that you cant even verify that physical laws are constant over time so how can you verify ALL of the statements of Koran. You would say "g=9,81 m2/sec for all times" is a scientific fact, however it is rather a strong belief. How can you be sure gravity wont become a repulsive force tomorrow morning.

                          peace kestrel,
You don't have to verify ALL of the statements of the Koran. Only the meaning of those statements. The message.
And you are right, we can't be perfectly, exactly sure of something. There will always remain that 0.00000000000001 percent of doubt even if you are sure. that is just how we are.
Our goal is to reduce that amount of doubt in our minds about our thinking.
We have a brain, we can use it to know with the best of our ability. That doubt is there for a reason. So that we keep questioning ourselves and gain a better understanding. But that doesn't mean we should completely abandon all reason and logic to follow what some books says.
and thanks for all the smileys. )

isn't it stated in the quran that "do not uphold what you have no knowledge of, surely, the hearing, the eyesight, the mind you are responsible for"

if god tells us to uphold what we have no knowledge of and the quran leaves you with no doubt... that doesnt mean all of the questions in life are answered, pheonix

having doubt even it is be the weight of an atom often leads you to go astray based on twisted logic and heresays... but even if you know something to be absolute that doesn't mean questioning stops there because you will always find a diiffernet methods(different contributors) of reaching that absolute state of conscience...

                              peace, rifat

in fact all my life 1736 means one thing to me, "Do not argue when you lack knoweldge"

this is what the metaphorical "La Taqif", "Don't Stop", or "Don't Stand", should mean

if it was the other arabic word with two Qafs "La Taqqif", then it should mean "Don't cause to follow what you lack knoweldge in" "The tqo Qafs are achived with a shadda on the Qaf"

in fact all my life 1736 means one thing to me, "Do not argue when you lack knoweldge"

this is what the metaphorical "La Taqif", "Don't Stop", or "Don't Stand", should mean

if it was the other arabic word with two Qafs "La Taqqif", then it should mean "Don't cause to follow what you lack knoweldge in" "The tqo Qafs are achived with a shadda on the Qaf"

                                        cool! -)

                                        peace -)

The problem is that they go to the root to get the meaning of every word.

                                          Aleem - Knowledgeable

                                          alAAalameena - Worlds / Universe

Now if you replace the word knowledgables with worlds in 12 that will change the meaning of the this simple verse and the message becomes illogical. God of the knowledgeables.
