I will respond because I will show u that I'm not a coward.
I was the one who sent the PM to Br Layth.
Jaxal did annoyed me alot and he was treating me in a strange way.
But I was not alone about this, my male friend he had proofs from other forums that Jaxal did harass female members and he told that to Br Layth.
I didn't knew that the ban was forever, and I think Jaxal has learn his lessons now, or I hope he has (
Sorry that this has gone so far, it wasn't my intention to hurt anyone, I'm not like that at all.
Please forgive me God and u guys, that we will be fair in our desicions.
To Jaxal I hope u forgive me, but why did u chase me like that?

U dont need to save messages. They r saved in the forum. Just quote the ones where he 'harassed' u.
but also in chat because I had gave him my yahoo messenger before.
Chatting in messenger is one's personal domain and nothing to do with the forum as such.
U can always block someone, if u dont want to chat with anyone. How can someone forcefully 'harass' or even chat with u against ur will?Lets have some evidence of the harassment .

I'm not a slanderer but as a woman I don't like when men are disrespect women only because she is a woman. Jaxal harass all females who post in Fm and he has do it to me too, he is famous in Fm all knows about him.He can't act normal with women and he is so childish with all his emoticons on every line.
So, give evidence where u felt harassed becoz u were a woman.
Give evidence where he harassed other females in FM (u seem to be speaking on behalf of females in FM)
Give evidence where U have come to know from other females(also name them) that they feel harased by jaxal
Give evidence where he didnt act normal with women.

U made an accusation against a person, Sm. U cant do so without backing up with ANY evidence. u cant wake up one day and decide 'I am gonna accuse this person of harassment today becoz I feel so'. Thats not how it works.
And all I ask u is one simple question.......Just one single evidence of harassment of u or any......female in the forum to back up ur claim to layth.
And if u cant do that, U ought to apologise and retract ur harassment accusation.

The admission of the above constitute confessions of CRIMES. It is a duty for us NOT to have such a person on this forum and we should certainly alert relevant anti-terrorist agencies if such a person ever came back. Further to this, you should question the motivations of individuals who are trying to bring back such a person. I readily agree to the testimony that Jaxal was never interested in discussing anything with anyone. I highly recommend you question WHO these people who support are and ask why exactly they want him back. The subversion of this forum was a necessity because the discussions here were getting deep. Certain parties NEED the agenda of this forum diverted and will readily do anything to see that achieved.

This thread is being used/abused in a very manipulative and unnaceptable way...
Jaxal was banned for reasons outlined in a post I wrote (and which sister Nadia kindly posted on this thread)...His ban was not based on the comments of sexual harrasment...For people to repeat this falsehood as the core issue and subject sister Majida to an inquisition will not pass.
It is the job of the admin/mods to verify what information they are given and then make a judgement based on that...If you have a problem with the banning of someone, then it is to be taken up with the admin/mods and not any particular member.
If anything, this thread has reinforced the need for the ban of previous members to remain in place...

I must admit that I didn't knew for exactly what reason he got banned, but I felt it couldn't just be my simple PM to Br Layth who caused the ban.
And this catfight from sister peacefulmuslim is just sad, and I guess she is also from same country as he is therefore want to hold him behind her back ???
To sis Warda please don't judge too fast, we are both divorced and you might know how difficult it can be. And with many emotions involved. It's true that I have felt of being chased of men. But help me instead of jumping on me, I thought we are sisters/brothers in islam here in this forum.
