Sunnis and Shiahs???Is the war only political basis?

I am not of same opinion... One is follower of Muhammad and the other is follower of Ali ... The only common ground both of them are Al-Quran.... However, the shia have 2 more surahs in their Quran... This is what I learn when I was studying 'Islamic Studies' at college.... I need someone to confirm that... So are they prepared to come back to Al-Quran and make new ties.... I think it is not very probable, considering how arrogant both are through their clerics and imams... But whatever can happen by the Will of God.. SO the best thing to do is to pray and ask for the best out of these circumstances...

God has promised victory to the believers

3047 And We have sent before you messengers to their people. So they came to them with clear proofs; then We took revenge on those who were criminals. And it is an obligation for Us to grant victory to the believers.

Now the question is, are shias and sunnis believers?

According to alquran, those who divide themselves into sects have been called mushrikeen (3031-32, please note that there is no "OR" in the Arabic between "mushrikeen" and "min allatheena farraqoo". Translators deliberately mistranslate by putting an "or" there to make the reader think that sectarians are not being called mushrikeen) and believers are advised to have nothing to do with them. Any person who insists on belonging to sects is actually a rejecter/disbeliever/setting up partners with God according to al-quran, so how can God grant them victory or help them?

3103 And hold firmly to the rope of God, all of you, and DO NOT BE DIVIDED.

6159 THOSE WHO HAVE DIVIDED THEIR DEEN AND BECOME SECTS, YOU ARE NOT WITH THEM IN ANYTHING. Their matter will be with God, then He will inform them of what they had done.

3031-32 Turn to Him, and be aware of Him, and uphold the salaat, and DO NOT BE OF THOSE WHO SET UP PARTNERS (MUSHRIKEEN) -- THOSE WHO SPLIT UP THEIR DEEN, AND THEY BECAME SECTS, EACH GROUP HAPPY WITH WHAT IT HAD.

4213 He has decreed for you the same deen He ordained for Noah, and what We inspired to you, and what We ordained for Abraham, Moses, and Jesus ?You shall uphold this deen, and DO NOT DIVIDE IN IT. ? Intolerable for those who have set up partners is what you invite them towards. God chooses for Himself whomever He wills; He guides to Himself those who repent.

The sectarians clearly reject/disregard these words of God and instead fabricate false ahadeeth and falsely ascribe them to the prophet

456 These are God's revelations that We recite to you with truth. So, in which HADEETH after God and His revelations do they believe?
457 Woe to every sinful fabricator.
458 He hears God?s revelations being recited to him, then he persists arrogantly, as if he never heard them. Give him news of a painful retribution.
459 And if he learns anything from Our revelations, he makes fun of them. For these will be a humiliating retribution.
4510 Waiting for them is Hell. And that which they earned will not help them, nor those whom they have taken as allies besides God, and for them is a terrible retribution.
4511 This is a guidance. And those who reject the revelations of their Lord, for them is an affliction of a painful retribution.

2530 And the messenger said ?My Lord, my people have deserted this Qur?an.?

Unless these sectarians repent from the shirk of sectarianism and start accepting and following God's words, there is no hope for them, and God will never help them.

4221 Or do they have partners who decree for them a deen which has not been authorized by God? And if it were not for the word already given, they would have been judged immediately. Indeed, the transgressors will have a painful retribution.

428 And had God willed, He could have made them one nation. But He admits whom He wills into His mercy. And the transgressors will have neither an ally, nor helper.
