Ok folks, lets take the discussion to a new level. Where in the Quran does God forbid eating human flesh? If you say it is forbidden, you have just made forbidden what God didn't forbid! Right?

Hehheheh laugh What is your intentions Mr. Rami wait let me insure myself first. ;D

Where it refers to "swine" it refers to human... and as well as where it refers to killing humans.

I don't think I got you. You mean swine in the Quran also include humans. You mean humans are pigs . You know there is some truth in this statement. ;D Ofcourse, human flesh is forbidden because it's forbidden to kill a human and you can't eat dead meat. Auto-refutation. But, why the Quran says 'made lawful to you' ? What does this statement mean to you when you read it?

I hope you like pain! rotfl

        Peace.

Holy Crap! Are you thinking what I am thinking! Pigs were once humans! Thats why they don't have any hair or fur. They should test monkey meat using this robot. If it turns out to be bacon too. So we can understand the following verse literally

560 Say Shall I inform you of worse than this as a punishment from God? Those whom God cursed and became angry at them, and He made from them apes and pigs and servants of evil. Those have a worst place and are more astray from the right path.

So, are monkeys on your menu? D

            Peace,

            Rami

              Blessings of Akatosh D,

I would like to ask are all birds 'halal' in the Quran? If the answer is yes, this means that any animal other than the pig is allowed. Can we eat horses, donkeys and tigers? Can we eat kangaroos, cockroaches and rodents? etc etc. If the answer is no then all the birds must be forbidden. If it is something in the middle, express it here.

              Peace,

              Rami

257 And We shaded you with clouds, and sent down to you manna and quails ?Eat from the goodness of the provisions We have provided you.? They did not wrong Us, but it was their souls that they wronged.

The only justification for taking life in the Qur'an is in the course of justice. In order to eat human flesh you would have to kill them (which would be murder). The only other possibility would be eating the flesh of the dead. The Qur'an is clear about eating that which you did not slaughter yourself.

The Qur'an also uses this analogy

4912 O you who believe, you shall avoid much suspicion, for some suspicion is sinful. And do not spy on one another, nor shall you backbite. Would any of you enjoy eating the flesh of his dead brother? You certainly would hate this. You shall observe God. God is Redeemer, Merciful

Agreed. Birds are also food in Paradise. But this means all living creatures, apart from the pig, can be eaten. So why does the Quran says 'made lawful to you' what does that mean if all animals are allowed be default!?

The only animal that's not permitted to eat is the pig. You can eat anything else.

That's to promote you to research that which is good and avoid putting in your mouth that which is bad.

Okay so why forbid anything in the first place? Just leave it open and we will know whats bad? Imo, the pig is only forbidden animal in 'baheemat al an3am' ie. the Herbivores animals that have a grunty voice.

                            Pigs are omnivores, no?

Yes. Do you imply that pig is not part of the livestock? Very possible. But again the phrase 'made lawful to you' is a very bizarre statement if everything is allowed by default.
