Of course, Ayisha, i can easily imagine many people who were heavily burdened with a condition at some point in their life, then eventually were set free. Ease that comes with hardship -- just about any person can experience this.
The principles/patterns are universal and so wide, that i think it is a shame for people to put this chapter into a tiny little boxed scenario.
Let people "have" Quran, please.

And such are the similitude We quote/strike/emerge/surface for the people so that they consciously incline to objectively reflect/contemplate/deeply and honestly ponder.Surat 59
