By the way, I love it when people refuse to read other scriptures. How do they know that their belief is the 'right' one? Is it because they are taught that their belief is the right one and the rest goes to hell? Oh well, I wonder if they ever, I mean ever, stop to think if they can be wrong at all.

      Salaam.

when we have the latest version of revelations, the quran and hadith, then why would you insist to read other scripture? unless you are just jealous of the new version!

          I don?t call sunnis ?bel-Mohammadeyin?

You didn't but some guys(members) here did

How is it that everything seems related to jews?

because the Jews are always the bad example.

How is it a Jewish inspiration?

          I didn't understand this question.

Considering you know the ?sunnah? so well why don?t you give us a book of the confirmed sunnah, you know the sunnah muakida. Plus the footnotes of the scholars and how they came to such conclusions.

Because of such a deep studies, they came to this conclusion.

Wasn?t Mohammed the walking quran? Take it (religion) all or leave it?? well surely that?s what people are doing or trying to do. I don?t recall any evidence of the prophet instructing people to ?write? or ?preserve? HIS sunnah. it?s interesting how Shafi was the first to say the sunnah was a dual revelation with Quran, yet all accept it's fallibility so it's like how can it be dual? how could it measure? why divine it? Mind you he was the one to affix sunnah only to prophet Mohammed. So go figure!

I was thinking that I have already made thing clear for you but I was totally wrong assuming that, what you don't know is that the sunnah of the prophet has been written at the time of his existence. and the friends of the prophet have spread in the world teaching people the sunnah and telling them his sayings, people because they were not like the friends of the prophet who they have reserve sunnah in their heart , so at the time of Omar Bno Abdel Al-Aziz when he ordered to write the sunnah of the prophet from the heart into the lines. so go figure.

                Salamun alaikum,

I'm fed up of your sarcastic approach to people here, your arrogance and approach is not becoming of a human let alone a muslim. I'm glad that you know the right way to talk to people. For this reason, I will try to keep my sentences short so that you understand.

In the earlier post it's not what was meant about questioning Islam - it's by leaving room for OUR (i.e. you and me) error.

                The Truth will always prevail.

It will withstand the onslaught of any and all questioning and does not need us (this includes you reformer, even though you think not) fallible people.

Also, remember simplicity and elegance is all around the universe.

Complexity arises when we do not truly understand a thing and try to fit our current understandings around that Truth.

Hence the complexities of the hadith - you have to study for 40+ years (which no-one has done - so no-one knows, unless of course it's predicted!) in order to have the qualifications to verify the veracity of the information presented.

YET, Allah Almighty says that the Quran is for ALL mankind and He, in His Infinite Wisdom sent Muhammad (S) as a Mercy to ALL.

So this implies that if he is for all, he has to be accessible to all.

The learned people are there for us to approach if we have questions.

You have people on one side and BOOKS on the other.

The people part is important, because a book is just information, a person SHOULD have the wisdom to wield that knowledge and dispense it appropriately.

The Quran has two types of verse

                1. The clear and LAW giving
                2. Th oft-repeated and allegorical

The clear and LAW giving - are just that - the DO NOT NEED further clarification. FROM ANY SOURCE.

The oft-repeated and allegorical - this is where your people come in - this is where the 'shadings' come in. This is where if you spend time arguing about these, you will forget the LAW and waste your energies.

So, stop your silly tirade of holier-than-thou and get to the point, without your name-calling and sarcasm.

Peace be with you and may you be guided in the right way and may that be true for all of us.
                d

For inspiration, for example. Most scriptures say the same basic things, but due to their respective cultural backgrounds in different languages -- literally and metaphorically.

I like reading various things from various sources. peace

Leyna you know that Salah Eddine Al Ayoubi have wrote the book of Moses and he added the metaphor and the ruls of the arabic language into the hebrew scriptures. so most of Jewish must thank him because their language is strong now because of Arabic language. and by the way you must not read th scriptures because Quran came to banned readin them and it is your choice, do whatver you want.

apparently nowhere, but as the mufassir of the quran is prophet himself so he banned it! now either you obey him or you dont! choice is yours as always
