    Peace be upon you MZ,

One thing you are forgetting Dosn't Allah say keep your contracts wich you make between your selves? Are or Arn't they different to your contract with the Allmighty.

The God says to help each other in good, not bad.

Yes, we are to make contracts that are righteous, and then we should follow them. You think a righteous man will make someone sign a contract that says if you run from this SECt, you will be shot and killed?

Of course, not in that sense but to me anyway there may be times and times when you need a strong persuasion or to set up a fear factor for the accomplishment of a thing ,with respect in such a a case yes you will have to make such contracts.

A person or persons ,who may endager the lives of a alrge number of women or children in times of war,or one gives secret information of a country to enemies, thus could even be a person from your army or what ever if the information was of vital importance -for safety or security, that is to other countries or terorists ,yes to make a point people may need to be shot.I don't see nothing wrong with having a contract with emploees handling very critical information.
Say the whereabout of nuclear devices which pakistan has if these locations where passed to india wouldn't such a person need to be shot.

I think we need to end this debate.

Fear factor? Are we to convince others to fear anything but the One God?

A person or persons ,who may endager the lives of a alrge number of women or children in times of war,or one gives secret information of a country to enemies, thus could even be a person from your army or what ever if the information was of vital importance -for safety or security, that is to other countries or terorists ,yes to make a point people may need to be shot.

shock So if a terrorist organization makes its members sign a contract to kill innocent people, if a righteous one comes to them with the God's message of PEACE, is it still okay for thier leader to kill them?

I don't see nothing wrong with having a contract with emploees handling very critical information.

What you are saying is that you see nothing wrong with killing people over a signature.

Say the whereabout of nuclear devices which pakistan has if these locations where passed to india wouldn't such a person need to be shot.

According to you, If they have a contract saying you cant kill them, you will have to honor that. wink

I think we need to end this debate.

        Absolutely.
