I think you have been influenced by one of our sweet and sour member Ayisha.
Can you re-post them or even direct me to those questions you are talking about.Browse through the 17 pages and you can pick them by yourself...there are plenty...
Let me just give you the most recent example of your response to me.... Upon which you PICKED only 1 part and trying to discuss it because you THINKS you have something concrete to crack on... But as always, you are wrong once again.
You left so many before this one... So, don't play it like a fool.. Everything is black on white here... unless you are sure of what you are saying, you better remain silent..
Peace,
First note... You conveniently manage to disregard the false accusation you made against me (cheating) due to you misunderstanding... So, more pic and choose... Not strange when it comes from you.
Yes.. I agree and never opposed this idea.
Agreed.. I never said it was true for all the verses but most of them was as such. This is what I said and understand it as such
Where do you get that? When questions were brought to the Messenger, it was God who provide the explanations... Hence we see many verses ending with ...
Other verses starting with
This is how the explanation was brought to the audience... Again, you are totally disregarding my post on perception in which I have explained this. And you dare cry for circular argument! It is just you who is pushing the circular argument all the time. Otherwise, why would I need to repeat myself on and on
Did you just invented this? Why do you make such baseless claims... Ar-Rahmaan as a name existed from pre-islamic times... it is even ENGRAVED in stone in an inscription known as the inscription of Abraha... Do your research before making claims. I will see whether you would be

I will see whether you would be blind on this one in your next reply to me.
How do you know it was 'half the way'? Believe me, either you are not understanding anything from what I told you or you are pretending not to understand... I told you several times, I have no idea when the verse was revealed and no one does either.
No.. I already gave you the proper verses regarding the mechanism.. The same mechanism which those who did not believe fail to comprehend/understand. You are talking about explanation again.. so please refer back to my post on perception.. it will solve your riddle.
I convenient gave you clear examples of these verses regarding wives of prophet etc...which you of course... DID NOT SEE.
Well, let me just use same methodology as you did.. Let us look at Surah 10(Yunus)... If you are so CONFIDENT that we NEED what GOD did not record in his Book... then please give me the reason of revelation for the first 20 verses of Surah 10.. Would like to get that from you... Again, I picked this surah at random. Let's see how honest you are in your claims.
I do not have to do that because I DO NOT DEPEND/NEED the context of revelation as YOU.. Since it is you who need this... You should be able to explain the above.
Ok.. then tell me how the verse of not marrying the wives of the prophet applies today... unless you do this.. we cannot talk any further.
I would hope this was true... but we all know why you pick and choose.. so you do not have to explain yourself... Infact it is this pick and choose itself which is the reason behind the circular arguments. Had you taken time to consider what has been presented to you.. You would not be be constantly pushing the very same thing on and on.
And there is no hadiths/sunnah either... Moreover, that does not mean each believer will get his own sunnah to be followed for the later generation...
Praise be to God.
Peace

And similarly, We did not send before you any warner into a city except that its affluent said, "Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are, in their footsteps, following.
I think 26111 is the answer to the question.
The problem is not about knowing or not knowing.
Yes it is? unless and until you don't know what is being said to you how will you comprehend it?
Way FinderIf their problem was about knowledge.. they would have said...' Should we worship something we don't know' ....
This is exactly what they said "What is Al-Rehman"? Shall we prostrate to any one you say?
If they had knowledge about Al-Rehaman as you assume they would have been more than happy, that Muhammad peace is upon him is saying to prostrate to one of their known deities.
It is no rocket science.26111
They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest ?"
This Ayat answers the above Question. Right.

When some one jumps to that level, then it should be understood that, there are no arguments left. If you want to quit just quit but don't call others fool.
Your lame excuses for Al-Rehman being known to audience of Muhammad are seen by all.Plenty? I need not to answer questions repetitively, if they were not fitting your "SECTs" thought, then that is not my problem at all.

It is no rocket science. So if someone said to me follow Raaajah and I said "What is Raaajah"? Shall we prostrate to any one you say? does that mean I am saying I have no knowledge of who you are?
Read again what wayfinder is saying and put your prejudices aside for one minute.

Read the full statement and try to understand What I am saying and Put your prejudices aside for some seconds.

Rajaah
I never tag you as a fool... Why did you assume it as such... I just advised you not to behave like fools... Since you arrogantly denied above that you supposedly answer all questions which were presented to you... You even arrogantly ask me to list all the questions from this discussion... I just showed you the except to which your claim is unfounded just by quoting my most recent post from which you PICKED 1 point and you are trying to make a story out of it.
And then again, now you make another foolish comment when you say 'I need not to answer questions repetitively' which is laughable considering you never answered most of them.... I could have retorted the same to you since your very first question.
Anyways, I won't be repeating again... ALL THE CLAIMS OF THE DISBELIEVERS ARE LIES... Unless you believe they were truthful of course.... Many fail to understand this... If you take their claims as true, then you should ACCEPT that Muhammad KNEW how to write... AND this goes AGAINST your sunni creed... DO you know why? Because the UNBELIEVERS accused him of COPYING old tales.... Why would they accuse the Prophet of copying if he did not know how to write?
Study Quran and try to find the difference between the statement of the various people present in Quran... Not all of them should be regarded with same eye...

It's not about truth vs. falsehood, it's about practical implementations. Those have to change over time, otherwise faith becomes absurd and not applicable.
For example You don't use camels for transportation although the Qur'an tells us to and although we can safely assume the prophet did. So are you changing God's system or saying that it is outdated? Of course not, you are adapting it to your time and circumstances, which makes perfect sense.
It is about implementation of truthful system or falsehood system.
Did Allah mandate a mode of transportation in His system? In other word did He restrict us to use camel only? Where do you get this idea? Why is it relevant here. -
Dear guest, you were the one that brought the subject up and you are the one that claims a righteous person would say 'i do it this way' etc and you still refuse to say how you do it, so your posts are pretty worthless to this point don't you think?
I was once told by a teacher that there are no stupid questions, just stupid answers, that was a teacher of Islam, how right she was.
I will leave you to think WHY you had to start insulting me instead of just answer the question, that is yours to bear, not mine.
peace
I have already quoted the verse for you. The problem is you don?t comprehend it.
Yes, subsequent question you asked is a stupid question because the answer you are seeking is easily deduced from the cited verse. If I was talking to a minor then I would have said this in addition to the verse
If you wash (hand, face,?) one time you will be compliant to the verse.
If you wash (hand, face,?) two time you will be compliant to the verse
If you wash (hand, face,?) three time you will be compliant to the verse
?..
??See If I answer all your questions, you will look real bad. I am doing you a favor by not answering all your questions. If you wish I can analyze your posts and expose your shortcomings. Do not insist it?s really bad.
-
I have just gone through these 16 pages and I have noticed that you and raj have not answered any questions asked of you but both wayfinder and I have answered all yours. You have picked out of our replies and totally ignored the questions asked and have used that we have said to ask more, in the hope that the ones you are ignoring will be forgotten.
peaceThis sound like a defeated person who is bleeding excessively.
??not answered any questions asked of you?? ? dishonest and a liar.
-
you have now resorted to nastiness because i pulled you up on one, which you still have not answered. that is your tactics and tricks which are glaringly obvious for anyone reading through this thread which you started in an attempt to claim the hadith are the wisdom outside Quran but you dont have the guts or committment to say it. peace
Your personality is exposed via this statement of yours ??this thread which you started in an attempt to claim the hadith are the wisdom outside Quran but you dont have the guts or committment to say it.? A false accusation indeed!
You are really desperate because your phony system is falling apart. All falsehood will be defeated.
-
Peace
In case you are right... Then I would say that this wisdom cannot be transmitted from one person to another... And again... I always attach hikmah to its root meaning as well as other related words such as hukm(law),haakim(judge) etc which has to do with legislation... Therefore, Hikmah, if taken from your perspective could mean 'sound judgement' and this as I think it is, cannot be transmitted... But can be bestowed only from God.
Peace WayFinder,
Root meaning = dictionary meaning (human made).
Was this dictionary authorized by Allah? If not then this dictionary is your hadith.
Therefore, your hadith says Hikmah = Sound judgement.
I do not agree with your hadith.
Allah is the teacher of the Quran. Therefore, you need to defer unresolved issues to Allah for proper resolution. Per Quran, Allah may grant you the resolution or he may grant the understanding to other believer. In this situation you are required to take the definition of the other believer. Otherwise you will be in violation of Quran.

I have already quoted the verse for you. The problem is you don?t comprehend it.
No, the problem is YOU don't comprehend it and that was in YOUR list of things that are NOT clear in Quran.Yes, subsequent question you asked is a stupid question because the answer you are seeking is easily deduced from the cited verse. ?..
??
You still refuse to answer the question relating to why I asked it which was that you put that as one thing that is not clear and needed explaining by Muhammed. and now are making a big fuss so you don't answer it. It is clear, it was clear, so why did YOU put it in the list of unclear that needed explaining?See If I answer all your questions, you will look real bad. I am doing you a favor by not answering all your questions. If you wish I can analyze your posts and expose your shortcomings. Do not insist it?s really bad.
Threats now? Please if your desire is to expose all my shortcomings do it, dont let me stop you, but I will still keep asking you why you put that CLEAR verse as one thing that needed explaining, which it doesnt. So in effect you have proven yourself wrong in what you first said and first started this thread for.
