Blue is also incorrect, since the word Book is definite with possessive phrase in 4529.
The confusion will be over if we read about the definite article "al" and its usage.
Can you please clarify why you quoted 1049? I did not find anything related in it.
And in blue part above, he said

You will find "Kitaab" with the word "Haadha or haaza" but you will not find "AlKitaab" with "Haadha" and similarly with hadeeth, you may find "AlHadeeth" with the word "Haadha" but there is no "Hadeeth" with "Haadha". So, what is in 4529, he said the same thing.
BTW, "Haadha AlKitaab" is used only once in AlQuraan, but that is about hereafter 1849

Pl read your own post, answer is therein.
"Haadha kitab" and "Haadha Kitabuna" are two different things. One is indefinite while the other is definite denoting Alkitab.

Why couldn't 'a kitab' be referring to al quran? I also think this provides further credence to the theory that The Quran was written down as it was being "revealed", thus already in book form. Contextually, It must be referring to The quran, e.g. 416

In short, al kitab to me refers to one of two things, depending on context a) 'the book'; the divine writ; or in pragmatic means, great knowledge of the universe, a maester of sorts or
b) 'the record'OT I know I ask this a lot, but when can we expect your (a)theist theorem? Chop, chop, my son.

I haven't studied the term Al-Muttaqeen. But yes, it seems like Al-Muttaqeen are the specialists, scientists etc.
Regarding the term Al-Muttaqeen (in the context of other words used in Quran like Taqwa, Ittaqu, Atqaqum, etc), isn't it referring to the people who practice Taqwa in their life to achieve the status of Al-Muttaqeen? Should we not refer to the literal arabic translation of Taqwa, Muttaqeen, etc to find out that Al-Kitab is guidance (Hidaya) for those who practice Taqwa?
