As for the "law of attraction" it is in my opinion a deceptive form of shirk, which the Qur'an even talks about

I experimented with law of attraction and came to conclusion that it works. Apparently, I didn't find anything shirk in it because it involves no God. It doesn't associate him with partner either. I have also pondered upon my past and came to conclusion that some things I wanted came true because of law of attraction. Some of them were really silly. However, I believe it is far more comfortable to ask Allah for things. At the end of the day, he is the creator of universe and its laws. And I am in agreement with MOF (from your other thread) that we live within the sustainer. So it is really easier to focus on him than the universe.

I pondered upon verse 4220 and came to conclusion that it can't be true for everyone wishing for harvest because 4219 speaks about disbelievers. Also Prophet Solomon and David were kings (rich). I don't think the righteous rich people will get hell in the afterlife.

It involves you as a little God or co-creator, who by your desires wills things or manifests things into your reality. That is why its a subtle form, it even says stuff like you are "co-creator" and that is the meaning of shirk, "sharing" as in "sharing the power" to manifest things. Yes, it certainly can work or appear to work, so can black magic and idolatry and many other things. They do work because God is doing it. The problem is the beliefs in it and God deceives people by it by making them think they are manifesting the things. Many witches and others often get sick later on and then are wondering how it was their fault or how to get rid of it etc, the same used to happen in ancient times, its not the magic that makes them sick, its just that they get sick normally but then they think its some magical issue or their fault.

It takes people far away from an understanding of things and puts them into self deception and delusion.

It is easy to explain why it is you have no freedom. If you have freedom, you're simply stating that whatever it is you particularly call God is not the determiner, but the determiner is "Chance" or Probability, because "I can do this, or I can do that" means "Chance determines" and thus Allah or God or whatever is less than "Chance" and not the decider. So the "Ultimate" is "Chance", which is fine by me. I just use the word Allah to refer to "whatever is the Ultimate" not anything less than that, so if the determiner is something else, it is the determiner I worship.

There are many reasons why it is totally impossible logically and otherwise, but people don't think deeply or hard about these things and so they remain dancing around in their fantasies.

For example, your dream and the things that Man of Faith talk about and the other person are all legit, those are legit real experiences you all had, but they are all unimportant entirely too, because God can make any sort of system and convince people of it, and this was demonstrated with the "staff snake staff" thing, reality can be altered in an instant, and your experience is just information from God which can be totally demented in a second, no problem at all.

Knowing this terrible truth is what finally frees people from their incredible ego, where they realize they are both expendable and unimportant, only existing by the grace of God, and whatever it is you're experiencing and you're experiencing as yourself, that is God doing it, there is no other power or actor (what I call God, not this other thing people talk about). So if you believe in freedom of choice (despite the Qur'an saying otherwise pretty explicitly and repeatedly as I tried to show examples of in my articles), you are simply saying that the ultimate determiner is "Chance", so "Chance is the Ultimate Cause, thus is what I'm calling God. If you worship anything less than the Ultimate, you're misplacing your direction. If you claim you determine things, that is the ego talking really, in truth, the Ultimate determines everything, not any of us, we're all just empty and can be turned into anything at all.

There is no way around it or any argument if anyone carefully follows the logic. That is why everyone on this website is a bit silly in not understanding. This stuff is solid.

Everything I try to say about God are solid and careful things. I don't just say God is non-information or non-dependent on information for no reason, its absolutely something which is necessary for something to be Ultimate and I explain why that is the case.

This stuff is mathematical and careful, its heavy logic, and most people are not practiced in things like that.

Also where are my emails, I wanted to find out about the Satanists and stuff!

      Thank you for your comments!

        Hi reel,

I pondered upon verse 4220 and came to conclusion that it can't be true for everyone wishing for harvest because 4219 speaks about disbelievers. Also Prophet Solomon and David were kings (rich). I don't think the righteous rich people will get hell in the afterlife.

Not necessarily, but it is a greater challenge to possess authority and wealth. When scriptures speak of wealth it refers to people who hold on dearly to their wealth without sharing a coin, but they also often indulge in vain and buy things totally unnecessary. A problem is that possessions have the bad habit of changing people. As Jesus said "... that is also where your heart will be".

It is not the money itself that will make them feel Gehennom, but it is the instinctive drive and physical love of materialism that will.

If you have money you should not hoard it somewhere but put it into investment that benefits a lot of people like running a business that can employ a lot of people for their sustenance. This way you are a mini-sustainer like your great Sustainer, showing your symbiotic nature clearly.

The optimum rich does live like a normal family with normal things and a normal car and uses their wealth to benefit others instead of indulging themselves. This is what David and Solomon did, except that there were no cars back then...

        Be well

Money, like power or even alcohol in a way, are not evil in themselves. Instead, these things give us the opportunity to act in ways we otherwise wouldn't have, had it not been for the presence of money, power or alcohol (for example).

Money suddenly makes you able to indulge in things you otherwise couldn't. However, the urge, or tendency was always there, but there was no possibility to act it out.

Same thing with power. Suddenly you have the mandate to do as you wish, while before you were limited. Now your true face will come out.

Alcohol is similar in one way (but also different). It is similar in that certain inhibitions are removed which in turn brings out your true self, which is no longer kept in check. Hence the saying 'in vino veritas'.

          Cheers

Not if you apparently don't have taste buds! I ordered some food the other day, expecting it to be good, totally no taste! Then I floated my way back home!
