Peace -- why you ask? Did they stone the mother of a 2 year old or not?

    Salaam brother Nun

Tell me why do you want to know the answer to a half sentence? Is it because you are not sure about the other half? If that is the case why waste your valuable time and ours on some of which you have no knowledge?
I know you since I started posting in this forum and was always impressed with you calculations skills; you challenged RK supporters and my trust in your skill resulted in me not bothering with code 19 with them, though I ALWAYS believed that there is a code 19 in the Qu'ran.
Now I challenge you to prove code 19, to be presented by Imam al-amiyr, wrong and for that you must respect the fact that he is single handedly doing lots of tasks which including important PM tution too.

Peace -- what happened to the verses? Did your giant stone people or not?

"...and among what Allah revealed, was the Verse of the Rajam (the stoning of married person (male & female) who commits illegal sexual intercourse, and we did recite this Verse and understood and memorized it.

Allah's Apostle did carry out the punishment of stoning and so did we after him. I am afraid that after a long time has passed, somebody will say, 'By Allah, we do not find the Verse of the Rajam in Allah's Book,' and thus they will go astray by leaving an obligation which Allah has revealed. And the punishment of the Rajam is to be inflicted to any married person (male & female), who commits illegal sexual intercourse, if the required evidence is available or there is conception or confession." (Bukhari, Hadith 632"

No you guys brought it up "the giant of stoning" and now trying defend it; besides the hidden stuff is pointless spam.

This is my last comment for now until my next uload inshaa allaah.

Umar (r+) did not refer to the Qur'aan. He was referring to the Book (al-kitaab). Show me where he said the Qur'aan. It is those who do not have knowledge of the kitaab that sees the conflicts. In many other statements umar (r+) made a distinction between the Qur'aan and the Book (al-kitaab). In one example he had a bishop come to visit him and he asked the bishop. "Do you find me in the Book (al-Kitaab)? And the bishop said yes. He then asked the bishop, "how do you find me?". And then the Bishop gave his explanation. This is what Umar (r+) plus understood by the kitaab and not the Qur'aan. I just need to put this into perspective that I could not pass. So you see what Umar (r+) refers to is not what you are saying he said. This can go into details but it shall be my last comment until I have completed the other task inshaa allaah.

      Peace

Could you please give me the Arabic for 'verses'? I am asking you because I have faith in your intelligence and sincerity and if we discuss a few things among ourselves it may help me, or you, to see more clearly insha allaah.

        Best regards

We reverence God, among many things, as our Teacher, who taught us with the pen. For that reason every teacher, brother AlAmiyr among them, deserve our deepest respect and gratitude, and should be addressed with humbleness. Students have rights certainly but also duties, don't ever forget that >.

If you are suffering from delusions of religious grandiosity needing attention, then what you ask would defeat the purpose. Creating multiple personas such as spacetraveler, ironfist, FearGod and many more are part of it. Also, having an alter ego.

Es - we all need to be open minded which includes being open minded to the fact that there are persons in the world who are surfing from some psychological disorders.

Salaam, thank you for your post. It may seem premature, but I assumed as much from "al-amiyr"'s initial post. In that very post, he mentioned some cosmological model. I had no idea what he was talking about, but it seemed like it was something that few had knowledge of and he was one of those few, so I thought I would leave the more learned to discuss and debate with him. All I knew was that from my very simplistic perception was that I had never heard of this thing which he personally had named. It did not sound right and that I would not be getting involved with what he wanted to discuss.

Over the past few weeks, I have seen him indulging in his self-proclaimed profound "knowledge" which we were going to have dispensed upon us. I also noticed a lot of new people suddenly registering and posting on his threads. It has built upon his initial sense of self-importance I sensed and I have seen the forum becoming extremely chaotic, especially, over the last few days because of it. This should be a productive place for all. Hence, my suggestion to this chap to build his own website. For his own self, if what he wishes to preach is so great, then surely, it deserves its own platform. For the objectives of this forum (and any other), it means that there is no disruption to it for people who want to read about, discuss and debate other matters, as at present, it seems that everyone has become involved in the "al-amiyr" saga. I think it is a perfectly valid suggestion, but, as I suspected, "al-amiyr" did not acknowledge or address it.

I just hope "al-amiyr" will take this suggestion on board.

            Salaam.

              Peace es,

You are right that this al-amiyr hysteria is polluting the forum. So many threads rambling about the same thing.

We can easily conclude that al-amiyr got some attention indeed.

Like I mentioned before, the threads were he tries to explain these hidden miracles, are so poorly elaborated it is difficult to summarize/grasp the main idea(s). Many of the arguments are caused by this I guess, so many hard-to-melt discussions at the same time and also people giving their opinion and of course the strange subject al-amiyr is imposing causes some doubts and critics.

Think al-amiyr will have to deal with that on a public forum, especially if he claims to be a descendant of Muhammad on such a forum where people do not usually believe in the blood line of the prophet and that it means anything.

Those are my observations, I did not check those claimed supporters you said joined the last month, but of course it may explain some things. I have only read some of those hidden fact threads.

              Peace to us all.

I don't understand why people claim themselves as being descended from Muhammad. What difference does it make to anything. When I see this, I see it as the worst type of nepotism.

If "al-amiyr" claims that he has knowledge from his paternal ancestors, well, good for him, but I am sure if God deemed it essential for us to be aware of it, then it would have been part of the Qur'an. That's all I have to say on the matter.

                Peace.

Angry? Yes I am, because you and some others are behaving like spoiled brats who've been made to wait for their saturday candy! I too am a student and I too am eagerly waiting for more knowledge to be dispensed but , unlike you, I've the good sense to understand that it takes time to prepare lessons of this complicated subject.
The one who should be frustrated and upset is brother al-amiyr, who puts in endless hours of work for your benefit, only to get black ungratefulness in response. Is this the behaviour of believers?! I don't think so; shame on you!! yuck

                    Please just mark yes or No to my questions;

You confirm you did not bother to read al-amiyr?s posts as it did not appear, to you worthy of it? If so, clearly you have no idea what he has been delivering in his posts, Am I right?
Could you please list for me all who have registered recently and have supported al-amiyr?

I sensed and I have seen the forum becoming extremely chaotic, especially, over the last few days because of it

What did you sense? Why did it get chaotic? Is it because those newly registered were against al-amiyr and were very concerned that those who have been here for years may be mislead by al-amiyr?

This should be a productive place for all. Hence, my suggestion to this chap to build his own website. When you already know the reaction to your suggestion then why are you degrading yourself by giving the suggestion in the first place

                    Thanks

Sahih Bukhari Book 87, Hadith 6918 ayatin/verse the stoning

                      . . . . . " ". . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

                      Narrated Ibn `Abbas

I used to teach (the Qur'an to) some people of the Muhajirln (emigrants), among whom there was Abdur Rahman bin Auf. While I was in his house at Mina, and he was with Umar bin Al-Khattab during Umar's last Hajj, Abdur-Rahman came to me and said, "Would that you had seen the man who came today to the Chief of the Believers (Umar), saying, 'O Chief of the Believers! What do you think about so-and-so who says, 'If Umar should die, I will give the pledge of allegiance to such-andsuch person, as by Allah, the pledge of allegiance to Abu Bakr was nothing but a prompt sudden action which got established afterwards.' Umar became angry and then said, 'Allah willing, I will stand before the people tonight and warn them against those people who want to deprive the others of their rights (the question of rulership). Abdur-Rahman said, "I said, 'O Chief of the believers! Do not do that, for the season of Hajj gathers the riff-raff and the rubble, and it will be they who will gather around you when you stand to address the people. And I am afraid that you will get up and say something, and some people will spread your statement and may not say what you have actually said and may not understand its meaning, and may interpret it incorrectly, so you should wait till you reach Medina, as it is the place of emigration and the place of Prophet's Traditions, and there you can come in touch with the learned and noble people, and tell them your ideas with confidence; and the learned people will understand your statement and put it in its proper place.' On that, Umar said, 'By Allah! Allah willing, I will do this in the first speech I will deliver before the people in Medina." Ibn Abbas added We reached Medina by the end of the month of Dhul-Hijja, and when it was Friday, we went quickly (to the mosque) as soon as the sun had declined, and I saw Said bin Zaid bin Amr bin Nufail sitting at the corner of the pulpit, and I too sat close to him so that my knee was touching his knee, and after a short while Umar bin Al-Khattab came out, and when I saw him coming towards us, I said to Said bin Zaid bin Amr bin Nufail "Today Umar will say such a thing as he has never said since he was chosen as Caliph." Said denied my statement with astonishment and said, "What thing do you expect Umar to say the like of which he has never said before?" In the meantime, Umar sat on the pulpit and when the callmakers for the prayer had finished their call, Umar stood up, and having glorified and praised Allah as He deserved, he said, "Now then, I am going to tell you something which (Allah) has written for me to say. I do not know; perhaps it portends my death, so whoever understands and remembers it, must narrate it to the others wherever his mount takes him, but if somebody is afraid that he does not understand it, then it is unlawful for him to tell lies about me. Allah sent Muhammad with the Truth and revealed the Holy Book to him, and among what Allah revealed, was the Verse of the Rajam (the stoning of married person (male & female) who commits illegal sexual intercourse, and we did recite this Verse and understood and memorized it. And the punishment of the Rajam is to be inflicted to any married person (male & female), who commits illegal sexual intercourse, if the required evidence is available or there is conception or confession. And then we used to recite among the Verses in Allah's Book 'O people! Do not claim to be the offspring of other than your fathers, as it is disbelief (unthankfulness) on your part that you claim to be the offspring of other than your real father.' Then Allah's Apostle said, 'Do not praise me excessively as Jesus, son of Marry was praised, but call me Allah's Slave and His Apostles.' (O people!) I have been informed that a speaker amongst you says, 'By Allah, if Umar should die, I will give the pledge of allegiance to such-and-such person.' One should not deceive oneself by saying that the pledge of allegiance given to Abu Bakr was given suddenly and it was successful. No doubt, it was like that, but Allah saved (the people) from its evil, and there is none among you who has the qualities of Abu Bakr. Remember that whoever gives the pledge of allegiance to anybody among you without consulting the other Muslims, neither that person, nor the person to whom the pledge of allegiance was given, are to be supported, lest they both should be killed. And no doubt after the death of the Prophet we were informed that the Ansar disagreed with us and gathered in the shed of Bani Sada. Ali and Zubair and whoever was with them, opposed us, while the emigrants gathered with Abu Bakr. I said to Abu Bakr, 'Let's go to these Ansari brothers of ours.' So we set out seeking them, and when we approached them, two pious men of theirs met us and informed us of the final decision of the Ansar, and said, 'O group of Muhajirin (emigrants) ! Where are you going?' We replied, 'We are going to these Ansari brothers of ours.' They said to us, 'You shouldn't go near them. Carry out whatever we have already decided.' I said, 'By Allah, we will go to them.' And so we proceeded until we reached them at the shed of Bani Sada. Behold! There was a man sitting amongst them and wrapped in something. I asked, 'Who is that man?' They said, 'He is Sad bin 'Ubada.' I asked, 'What is wrong with him?' They said, 'He is sick.' After we sat for a while, the Ansar's speaker said, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah,' and praising Allah as He deserved, he added, 'To proceed, we are Allah's Ansar (helpers) and the majority of the Muslim army, while you, the emigrants, are a small group and some people among you came with the intention of preventing us from practicing this matter (of caliphate) and depriving us of it.' When the speaker had finished, I intended to speak as I had prepared a speech which I liked and which I wanted to deliver in the presence of Abu Bakr, and I used to avoid provoking him. So, when I wanted to speak, Abu Bakr said, 'Wait a while.' I disliked to make him angry. So Abu Bakr himself gave a speech, and he was wiser and more patient than I. By Allah, he never missed a sentence that I liked in my own prepared speech, but he said the like of it or better than it spontaneously. After a pause he said, 'O Ansar! You deserve all (the qualities that you have attributed to yourselves, but this question (of Caliphate) is only for the Quraish as they are the best of the Arabs as regards descent and home, and I am pleased to suggest that you choose either of these two men, so take the oath of allegiance to either of them as you wish. And then Abu Bakr held my hand and Abu Ubada bin Abdullah's hand who was sitting amongst us. I hated nothing of what he had said except that proposal, for by Allah, I would rather have my neck chopped off as expiator for a sin than become the ruler of a nation, one of whose members is Abu Bakr, unless at the time of my death my own-self suggests something I don't feel at present.' And then one of the Ansar said, 'I am the pillar on which the camel with a skin disease (eczema) rubs itself to satisfy the itching (i.e., I am a noble), and I am as a high class palm tree! O Quraish. There should be one ruler from us and one from you.' Then there was a hue and cry among the gathering and their voices rose so that I was afraid there might be great disagreement, so I said, 'O Abu Bakr! Hold your hand out.' He held his hand out and I pledged allegiance to him, and then all the emigrants gave the Pledge of allegiance and so did the Ansar afterwards. And so we became victorious over Sad bin Ubada (whom Al-Ansar wanted to make a ruler). One of the Ansar said, 'You have killed Sad bin Ubada.' I replied, 'Allah has killed Sad bin Ubada.' `Umar added, "By Allah, apart from the great tragedy that had happened to us (i.e. the death of the Prophet), there was no greater problem than the allegiance pledged to Abu Bakr because we were afraid that if we left the people, they might give the Pledge of allegiance after us to one of their men, in which case we would have given them our consent for something against our real wish, or would have opposed them and caused great trouble. So if any person gives the Pledge of allegiance to somebody (to become a Caliph) without consulting the other Muslims, then the one he has selected should not be granted allegiance, lest both of them should be killed."

                      Chain(1)
'Abdul 'Aziz bin 'Abdullah al-Uvaisi ??? Ibrahim bin Sa'd bin Ibrahim ??? Salah bin Kaysan al-Madni ??? al-Zuhri ??? 'Ubaydullah bin 'Abdullah bin 'Utba ??? ibn Abbas *

al-amiyr is all over the place, disorganized, illogical, cannot focus on one task at a time, gives incomplete or vague answers, and no need to waste time with nineteen nonsense since they are all the same meaningless multiples in a sea of multiples with no consistent pattern/code which all they do is comb the universe reporting 5% and ignoring/hiding 95% the rest.

Again you have failed to deliver while passing false side remarks and assertions.

                        Point one.
Do not link me to the 19 theory of what you are accustomed to. I was referring to something completely else that I did not give any explanation to.

                        Point two
Disorganized, illogical, cannot focus on one task at a time, gives incomplete or vague answers.

The problem is you cannot back up your statements. You are continuing with your false statements. Again where did the statement you quoted say that "Umar was referring to the Qur'aan. Show it! He was referring to the Book (al-kitaab). You yourself insert the word Qur'aan. You are the one who have falsified the statement. I said to you that "umar was not referring to the Qur'aan but to the Book (al-kitaab). Do you find stoning (rajm) in the Qur'aan. No, you do not. You find it in the Book (al-kitaab). But you are of the people who have no idea what the book (al-kitaab) is and therefore you continue to mislead not only yourselves but others as well.Look at your misleading statement,
did the book or Qur'an command anyone to stone people?

No the Qur'aan did not but the book (al-kitaab) did.

I quoted the story of the Bishop to show that the Kitaab was with the bishop as well. And that "Umar(r+) wanted to know from the Bishop what knowledge he had of the book (al-kitaab) and what does the kitaab speak about him. He did not ask the Bishop what he knew about what the Qur'aan said about him. The illogical part does not come from these illustrious men who were with the messenger of ALLAAH (S+) but it comes from others who have no idea what is going on.

                        Peace

                            Peace,

Do not tell me people here promote stoning because it says so in "the book" (the previous scriptures or "the system&quot. We all know the previous scriptures are very biased, and I am sure stoning is one of those. If such a drastic procedure was supported by God it would have written in the Quran for sure, same as circumcision.

But the Quran recognized that previous scripture and gave it authority. Many of the laws in the Book of Moses was based on the Israelites worshiping the calf. We are told in the Quran Moses asked them to take their own lives and then God forgave them. These laws were introduced after that. No prophet in the Ot appied these laws because they were based on circumstances. The Quran itself acknowledged hat many laws were presented to the Israelites as a punishment for their sins.

The Quran only stipulated capital punsihment for murder (soul for a soul) and did the same in the OT. You are not reading the OT properly.

None of the prophets in the OT ever applied these laws which is what i am trying to say. These laws came when the Israelites worshiped the calf. It was specific to that incident just like the sabbath. It was specific to a time period.

                                    1. 146 And to those who are Jews We prohibited every animal of uncloven hoof; and of the cattle and the sheep We prohibited to them their fat, except what adheres to their backs or the entrails or what is joined with bone. that We repaid them for their injustice. And indeed, We are truthful

                                    2. 157 Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel, who enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong and makes lawful for them the good things and prohibits for them the evil and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So they who have believed in him, honored him, supported him and followed the light which was sent down with him - it is those who will be the successful

7.163 And ask them about the town that was by the sea - when they transgressed in the sabbath - when their fish came to them openly on their sabbath day, and the day they had no sabbath they did not come to them. Thus did We give them trial because they were defiantly disobedient.

                                    1. 124 The sabbath was only appointed for those who differed over it. And indeed, your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which they used to differ.

It is not about whether anybody applied the laws or not. It is whether the Book contains those laws or not. That is what this is all about. Are you saying that the Book does not contain any mention of stoning? This has also nothing to do with the rights or wrongs of a situation; whether one supports it or not.

I never said it did not state it. But the OT did not come in Moses lifetime only. It spans hundreds of years. All I am saying is the OT is structured differently than the Quran. The Quran did not refer to the OT as God's word but said it was God's book. The Gospel also is refered to as God's book but Jesus was God's word as he was given the holy spirit. God talked to Moses something He did not do with the others. He gave Muhammad the Quran which is God's word as well as book. Muhammad meanwhile was not given to holy spirit like Jesus. Jesus preached when he was in the cradle and preached when he was a child, somthing that Moses or Muhammad couldn't do.

Every prophet was given something the others weren't. You can not read the OT like the Quran. Thats all I am saying.

                                          salaam brother al-amiyr
Yesterday, after having performed 2 rakaat, imploring Allaah (swt) to make me accept your exposition of Al Kitaab Maknuwn, if it be the truth, and reject it if it was not, I have accepted it as truth. After that I've been re-reading your texts and was amazed to find so much I had apparently missed before.
I realised that I had not been reading it with an open mind before, but with a critical mind, which prevented me from seeing many things that, Alhumdu'lilaah, I'm now seeing clearly. IOW in order to understand one must read with an open mind, which I suspect many here are not doing. Thus all the misunderstandings and bickering.
JazaakhAllahuKhair for all your efforts. sun
