To advance the movement, I think one indeed needs to ackowledge where the concept of "Th? God" is going in the west. Typically influenced by anatt? egoless type teachings. Which makes it approximately ?cc?g for me.

And then you need non-biased translation of The Quran.

19?ers are influenced by Rashad Khalifa ego.
    Sunnis are influenced by hadithism.
Christians are influenced by trinitarian dogma.

So lets take some common expressions, and do them right

    Allah has no C?partner
    Jannah - Garden
    Jahannam - Hellfurnace
    Jinn - Flamedemon
    Imam - Mentor
    Nabi - Apostle
Alhamdulillah - Hailed Be Allah (The B?ss Of The Cosm?s, The Beneficient, The Highly Compassionate. He has no c?partner.)
    Malaika - Angelos
    Shaytan - Satanos
    Rabb - B?ss
    Munafiq - Twotimer
    Mushrik - Idolworshipper
    Firon - Ph?rao

Misc knowledge of research -10000BC G?bekli Tepe is a hunting ground for idolworshipping jinn. (Not Adam, which was ca. -5200BC in Dispilio.)
Stonehenge seems be a site of Suleyman. He "had an ifrit present" states The Quran

    The Prayer

"In Allahs name, The Beneficient, The Highly Compassionate.
Hailed Be Allah, The B?ss Of The Cosm?s, The Beneficient, The Highly Compassionate.
Guarder of The Day of Judgement.
You only we worship, and you only we beg for help.
Lead us on the way that is good, the way to those favours are given, and not anger given, nor astrayness."

And ofcourse, No hypocritical Bukhari, or stoned Tirmidhi of hadithers.

    Peaceful Salutations.

Good thing to revive old threads. But I didn't know I can also earn paradise-points for making dawah as a Quranist. - This forum is surely not idle, as people here live far away from each other. Still so much more profound than those stupid facebook pages with nice pictures (I thought pictures are forbidden in Islam) decorated with some nice sounding but quite trivial text.
I think everybody has sometimes opportunities in his environment to explain to people the difference between Islam and what Quran really says. The creator of the thread got it right to call it a "movement". It will have the best outcome, when coming from the root, not from the top.

          Peace progressive.

Your posts reflect what you say here, quote

Advancing this so-called "movement" is not going to happen sitting on your butt and arguing about logical fallacies, self-righteously insulting others and discussing "what is salat" on a forum - which is an idle place - including this one. Also, creating a cult-like organization based on consensus and/or rituals is not a good idea.

Please kindly lead by example, so others may follow.
          GOD bless you.
          Peace.

This is exactly the idleness to which I was referring. Thanks for providing an immediate example.

Maybe you need to evaluate the difference between religion and "deen al islam." And yes, I recognized the sarcasm and snarkiness in your post.

There can be no compulsion in the obligation/responsibility (deen). God isnt asking for mere chatter, but actions. Clearly you also failed to comprehend the concept of warning one's people and the elite. I recommend chapter 7. Pick your favorite translation.

Or just go back to building a following, organization, government, etc...

Having a large group follow you does not matter. See 6116. Most messengers in the past mentioned in the Reading were disobeyed and threatened.

495 Those believers who sit back at home/are idle, except for a disability, are not equal in ranks to those who strive with their wealth and persons in the cause of God. God has granted a grade higher to those who strive with their wealth and persons than that granted to those who remain passive. Although God has promised the ultimate good to all believers, God has exalted with immense reward those who strive, above the ones who sit back at home/are idle.

I am no longer a Sunna-rejecter. See 4:59-65, 62:2-4, 3:31, 4:156, 7:157 Messenger teaches and is to be followed and obeyed. Examples of revelation received which is not in the Qur'an: 3:123-126, 33:37, 2:187, 66:3, 62:9.

Do you reject advice brother progressive? how does the movement then progress?

I hope you see the irony you talk about in some of your posts!

I fail to see what you want others to do since you are the one doing most of the discussions in most of the threads?
Or does what you say about others not apply to you?

May be you do not see it, I hope you reflect a bit.
Nothing wrong with discussing and doing as well. Or do you know what others do /don t do in their life?
            GOD bless you.
            Peace.

Watch the vids I posted along with verses. Maybe one day you will realize that it's not about consensus and group following on the internet. Do you reject advice brother "good logic?"

                Peace progressive.

I hope I do not/will not reject good advice from yourself or others.

Also what you do and say is between you and your Creator, I was asking you to reflect as a brotherly advice.
I would like to think that I am also reflecting on what you say, I hope I am not saying one thing to you and doing another, not intentionally anyway.

As for the God Alone movement, it is up to GOD Alone . God is the best uniting factor( God works on the sincere hearts and unites them...Asbahtum Binimatihi Ikhwanan- Brothers and sisters in Islam)
I wish you well and thank you for the conversation.
                GOD bless you.

                  Peace,

The movement will succeed, with or without us. We can try and be a positive influence, or we can simply sit-back and observe - the conclusion is forgone.

12110 Then, when the messengers gave up, and they thought that they have been denied, Our victory came to them. We then save whom We wish, and Our punishment cannot be swayed from the wicked people.

                    I can't believe there isn't a thread on this. p

Well, on the main website it has a poll, "How can the God Alone movement advance?"

I'd like to see what people here think, and how they would add their two cents.

I personally believe that it is important for Qur'an Alone Mosques to begin to appear. There are none that I know of in my local area and I live in quite a diverse area with a fair few mosques. I don't know of any in Birmingham (UK) either.

I have heard Hadithers say that Qur'an Alone Islam and Muslims are a predominantly internet thing. To some extent I think they are righ, unfortunately. How do we fix that?

One of the options is to start a town. How would we even go about that!? D

                    Assalamualaikum
i doubt it will ever come out the computer . moreover , we dont have the entire package to solve the day to day problems of Muslim communities . we just talk about few words/verses .the community demands the entire package which will prove Quran alone is the only solution .even today Quran alone is in its cradle .Islam is a practical religion .people live with their so called "sharia" .i doubt we can ever replace their so called "sharia" .the bitter reality is we born here and will die here .if we express our view points to the outer world ,we will be mocked

By moving to Consciousness Research because Allah is the Light of Consciousness and taqwa is what we need to gain which will clear up all the lower ideas otherwise we will end up going in long circles.

Those who act less partial with Justice and accept universal diversity are truly God alone followers as per Quran. But it is natural most people will go astray, be inward or closed with narrow ideas at some point, but learn and accept reality and come back if God wills. To me Masjid al Haram is a state of mind that keeps us in a neutral way as we take the results of our actions to an external force of Goodness and not to ourselves. As muslims we are not falling before a direction or a place, indeed falling before an Unknown Un imaginable higher force.

Again ,every thing is is like a institution.salah, marriage, hajj, zakat,divorce,...and the list goes on .of course we ,here on FM discussed all of them but we are yet to came out with a obvious solution .even today ,we dont have a single view point on any of it .i may be wrong but this is my perception

Something will advance if there are alot of people of the same vibration carrying it forward.
A bad system will also flourish if there are lots of people who follow their carnal delusion.
As people wake up to reality, good things will automatically happen to them.
As far as the different systems of the world are concerned, they will only be as good as the people who propagate it.

'God alone' is only as good as how realistic people's understanding of 'God' and 'alone' is.
Might be a bit better than other religious movements, in that it is less dogmatic and less fearful to dissent.

The more we subscribe to 'I don't know', the more chance we have to get closer to truth and reality. As soon as we declare that we 'know', we close the door to insights. In this way, religions are the most sure way AWAY from knowledge, insight and improvement.

We should be straight enough to admit 'I don't know'. Either we know, or we don't. That we don't know, instead we have faith in. Faith is not the same as knowing. In this way, the religious believer and the atheist are the same. They all claim to know. Belief and disbelief are the same.

So, advancement may occur once we admit what we don't know, and stop identifying with what we believe in.

If you take the prophet Mohammed as an example, he presented not a whole package, he came only with Quran. But some people in Mekka followed him. Everything else came step by step as it was necessary to have a political leader.

So far the common view on this forum is
                                  God Alone = Quran Alone
                                  Thus God = Quran

Untested.. wait until they gained power.. and my bet is that they will end up the same as other religious movement..

"if you want to test a man's character, give him power"
                                  -- Abe Lincoln

A religion / cult need dogma and union of society..
Otherwise the religion / cult shall become weak without anything to bind the people upon..

Free minders and dissenting opinion goes against such objective..

quran alone will never take off unless we have a rich ,influential or a political leader who will change a country .in the present scenario ,we need a rich and powerful man who will promote .otherwise , May ALLAH subhanavatala make one of us to be rich and powerful so that these system will come out this stupid box

So far the common view on this forum is
                                      God Alone = Quran Alone
                                      Thus God = Quran

                                      wrong equation
God alone = Quran alone = a last testimony for all religions

Untested.. wait until they gained power.. and my bet is that they will end up the same as other religious movement..

"if you want to test a man's character, give him power"
                                      -- Abe Lincoln

A religion / cult need dogma and union of society..
Otherwise the religion / cult shall become weak without anything to bind the people upon..

Free minders and dissenting opinion goes against such objective..

upon seeing few fanatics here regrading Quran alone , i may agree with you to some extent .if they finish as one more sect on the ground then it is not GOD alone

                                          Amazing Jafar
as per you ,an atheists think he got the absolute power over his life .do you really think nobody controls your life .do you think you can get whatever you have planned .
the reality is ,no one can control his own life .as a matter of fact even salah , prayer, quran or even black magic can never control his/her/other people life
the author of quran claims that he has the absolute control of everything and commands the reader to follow his book cover to cover but never guaranties the control to anyone . following quran can never mean to idolizing it .quran cannot harm or gain anyone or anything .i believe the one who controls my life has given quran and i should abide him .
BTW ,do you have an answer to this ayah
                                          Verse 22.73

O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. And if the fly should steal away from them a thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued.
