Are Non Quranists considered Kafir/Mushriks

The one that has a goodly spirit is one with God, realizing it or not. Guidance can begin to come with spiritual progress itself and the illusion called "belief" is absolutely not required at all. The closest resemblance to "belief" we can come is that good behavior and deeds reflect ones "belief", or strength of faith. The opposite case is being one completely lacking the light of God, being void of any sound judgment and hence also giving in to desires and particularly hurting other people and being deluded to think God orders this or that such as IS (Islamic State) thinks that unless one is the kind of person as according to hearsay then they are not worthy of living and unclean worthless garbage.
The absolute whole point in the faith generally called and labeled 'Islam' by the adherents is turning good being much like God, the good foundation. An important point is to realize what God even wants from you. Even the invented label is meaning to be spiritually whole, basically "in sync" with God sharing traits, deleting that ego and be part of "We" and not I.

good reply. How do you consider Quranists, are they not a new sect?

Per my humble understanding a "sect" is a group of people who subscibe to a set of beliefs and practices and consideres every other group that does not subscribe to their beliefs and practices as wrong. For example, if someone belongs to an atheist club - which views everyone who is not atheist as wrong - that club can be called a sect.
There are certain people who call themselves "Quaranist" and promote the blief that anyone who doesn't subscribe to a belief system or practices sanctioned by "Qur'an alone" - are worng. This group, per above definition, is a sect.
May Allah guide us all to the straight route.
