Regardless I think if the US banned weapons in all states it is going to be very hard. Who is going to hand over their M16s and other weapons? Obviously almost nobody which would force the US to take action and more would end up dead. It is hard to insert a change like that.

Saudi prince arrested in LA for alleged sex crime but released after posting $300,000 bail. That's some corruption right there. Another Saudi (related to the regime) criminal did the same in India some days ago and he was not faced with any consquences. He was infact protected by the Saudi regime in the name of so called 'Diplomatic immunity'. The US shouldn't allow people to pay a bail so they or others can have a reduced jail time letalone no jail at all. That's some corruption right there and a middle-finger to the victims, who are the citizens of the country.

Thanks guys. But no matter how much we show disdain for saudi kind of laws, at the end of the day, replacing certain words with vocabulary derived from religions makes our western laws no different from them.
(I wonder) whether it is shirk if we think that we need government to protect us from harm (e.g. terrorist attacks, crimes, riots, etc) and/or if we think that we need government to make available our basic daily needs (e.g. safe foods, electricity, water, etc)... because that sound as if we rely on government as our 'protector' and 'sustainer'.

I have noticed that God has established peace and security in those countries which have complete freedom of religion. And then there is insecurity in countries or areas in which there is less religious freedoms. What do you think?
