God once said "I am who am I". "Tell the Children of Israel that "I AM" has sent you" (it would imply that you have sent yourself basically). Figure going to the Children of Israel "I AM has sent me. I have signs; look at this hand it is white as a leper's hand and my staff is mysteriously alive".
It was at this the word Elah began to be used which means "who is him" in third person instead of "I AM" (Allah is just an updated construct with Arabic grammar meaning "who is such as him" like an emphatic form). In the real system (deen) we are supposed to be a mirror of God, but that is forgotten knowledge in the wake of Paganism.
Have you reflected upon if you say "I am" you imply that you are alive.
In Persian they use the word Khoda for God, it means "self" in Farsi/Persian. It is a very very old word for God in that language.

I don't have a serious problem with meeting in real life, only by the boundaries of reasonable distance. As someone said very early on, for someone like me in the UK, with no disposable income, even getting from Manchester to somewhere like London, in the same country can be problematic.
Travelling Abroad is simply not possible at this time.
I'm a member of various facebook Quran only groups, which if I'm honest is occasionally flooded with hadithers who's english is so bad they don't even understand the group name. Sometimes the posts in some of the groups are interesting and relevant to living as a Quran only Muslim in society, others are as far as I'm concerned useless pictures with cheesy phrases.
A Skype/Whatsapp group is fine if it has anything relevant to bring to the table, is it about advancing the Quran only cause? About melding muslims of different opinions together? Then fine, this is a reasonable goal warranting such a group. Is it simply to chat/philosophise? then here is just fine.
I'm involved in UK politics, the only people who have my whatsapp number are those interested in the Muslim cause in the UK, and they are all; to my knowledge outside my own Wife + Ex Wife, hadithers. And that's the thing, hadithers care more about the day to day running of Muslim involvement in society so they are the ones I interact with on a daily basis.

Stockport, outside Manchester these days, I used to be in Walsall, Birmingham. Worse, I'm from Swindon, Wiltshire originally.
I can easily reach anywhere in Greater Manchester; Bradford / Yorkshire and West Midlands is manageable for a day out, London would have to be something special.

Travel to London can be expensive. I travel to London from Yorkshire more or less every week and it costs circa ?200 (for King's Cross) but that's because I can get away with just buying the ticket on the day. I'm okay though because my travel and accommodation is reimbursed. Ironic, I'm actually in London right now for the next week.
However, apparently, you can get train tickets on grand central if you book them way in advance. There is also megabus / megabus plus which I haven't used at all in the last two years but I remember tickets for single journey's being ?3/4, which is what I have used in my younger days. The capital of your own country shouldn't be so inaccessible for you to visit. I know people where I live and they think going to Leeds is such a big thing- let alone London. When in fact, it isn't. I would suggest looking on 'Megabus' and 'Grand Central' trains.

Yes but that would make too much sense to be practical with any British government. I've never known a country as bad as the UK for transport, its bad enough during the week then on Sunday NOTHING works ANYWHERE in the country, and I mean all over the UK because I've worked all over the UK and transport links are always replaced by a replacement bus service on Sunday no matter where you are.
Also which boggles my mind is how a simple 200 mile trip can take 3, 4 or even 5 hours on a bad day - no other country I've lived in has this problem and I've lived in a few that are supposedly 'less developed'.
Strangely enough I am now living in Leeds city centre and its funny what you say because a lot of the people here only go out during the week because on the weekend the city is taken over by these strange creatures that come in from the Yorkshire countryside, they are devilish looking beings that are always walking around looking up at all the fancy tall buildings, making a mess, shouting, belching, vomiting an urinating all over streets.
There is a self-imposed segregation between the places that these people frequent as opposed to the places the urbanites frequent.

Well, I think UK is an interesting place because of its history, diversity and opprtunities. Also, I like European countries in general and would like to travel to several European countries in the future, if I get the time/opportunity to travel to several countries. As an Englishwoman, I do not find the U.K. to be an interesting place.
Our history is basically colonialism, pillaging, converting the heathens, the theft of natural resources, etc., etc., etc. There's nothing "interesting" about that.
Diversity? We have serious issues with "diversity". This evening, I had to intervene when a bunch of young ruffians threw a ball at a Muslim woman's face outside a supermarket. They then proceeded in sticking their fingers up at her and swearing at her. Diversity is nothing without acceptance and respect.
Opportunities? What opportunities? England has such poor employment statistics and the education system is a mess. The socio-economic reality is so grim, I despair.

I went to an academy in London. It was comparable to a zoo. Pupils were out of control, shortage of teachers, fights everywhere, food being thrown around, toilets with graffiti, urine and faeces on the floor. The "supply teachers" they use are not even qualified to teach.

Yes, that is correct. In order to work in an Academy, you do not need to be a qualified anything. All hail Michael Gove and the Tory Government.
I was speaking to a man last year who was of Pakistani background and had chanced his luck in Italy at the age of 17 and had a fruitful employment history. He had then moved to England just shortly before I met him, when his son was due to take his GCSE exams, "because of his children's education". I wanted to slap him when he told me this. His son was in Year 11, knew no English and was expected to take his Level 2 exams over the next few months. This man was struggling to find work and the reality is he was in a part of the U.K. where unemployment levels are some of the highest in the entire U.K., and several of the largest companies in the area had gotten rid of thousands of employees in the previous months. Yet this man was deluded, harking to days of Empire, which most people who have never visited England, still romanticise about, thinking that his children were about to be beneficiaries of the best education system in the world.
I can't imagine ever having children and sending them to school here to be fed mindless drivel and to mix with other children who are ungrateful little swines.

you are right ,,, people need to see the both sides of a picture then they can differentiate between the life and otherthings.... as far I concerned wherever you are the test of lord will approach you ,, in the shape of kids, wealth, fear of hunger , and fear of enemy, and fear of everything what comes in you... whether you are wrong doers or gooddoers,,, but most of the people still didn't understand the test ,,, and they forget to seek help through patience and remembrance of Allah,,,, if they undertstand their test will be easy on them,,, and reward of hereafter is definite and sure -
