Then I found out about Sanaa palimpsest manuscripts which show unequivocal archeological evidence of tampering of verses of al-quran soon after death of Muhammad. This confirmed my suspicions about some verses of al-quran; that al-quran might not be 100% infallible word of allah in its entirety, and might contain some falsehoods!

Sana manuscripts look more like the work of some terrible author. Probable traits Irresponsible, dominating, overconfident, but not the most religious person.

"Since my boss is overly dependent on me, I should decide how to arrange Quran"
"Okay, lets keep it this way because it looks nicer than the original one"
"Oops, I made some mistakes here and there in the verses".

It would be extremely difficult to release a Quran with verses changed because the book is way too easy to memorize. Addition of new lines would also be pretty impossible because of the fact that Quran is a binary symmetric book.
    Can this be debunked?

Was there variation in earliest texts? Yes, but it seems the work to fully restore the original took place in the 70's. PM Wakas for the link of this info. I am having difficulty finding the thread in which he posted it.

I remember there were still strong debates going on between the 19 enthusiasts and also people of a more traditional background, there were one or two Atheists/Anti-Muslims who are always there to annoy posters and generally stir up more debate and also those putting forward the idea that certain words have drastically different meaning to what is understood traditionally which only served to stir up more of a furore! All of this contributed to making Free-Minds a very vibrant place. What became of it all?

I did have some debates with the sectarians and anti Muslim ones. It seems that they leave much quicker now.

Those "drastically diff meanings" like how Allah doesn't forbid physical relationships before marriage are still quite common. Its kinda fun to read the explanations
