On the other hand, Issa ben Mariam in Qur'an, as nephew of Moses, bears little resemblance to Jesus. If Mani had written Qur'an, he would never have depicted Jesus as Issa like in Qur'an.

So either life of Mani differed considerably from what has been reported, or the Qur'an by Mani was substantially altered. But there is no evidence for either hypothesis.

Its not a hypothesis, I have carried out research for more than 10 years. Quranic evidences and Historical evidences proves it. Also please read below...

All you wrote are nothing but conjectures of untruth against the Prophet. How can it be when the Prophet Mani harshly criticized the various religious communities of his time for, in his view, imperfectly preserving and thus distorting the revelations delivered by their founders.

There are clear similarities between Prophet Mani and Quranic Muhammad,

Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, claimed that his Prophethood was revealed to him by
an angel which he met twice.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, claimed to be the successor and a sequence
of Prophets including Noah, Abraham, Musa, and Esa.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, claimed to be the Seal of the Prophet.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, claimed that he was given 7 copies and the Original.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, not an Arab.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, migrated to another land as he was not accepted by the people.
Prophet Mani like, Quranic Muhammad, his teaching was spread by preaching Monotheism.

Quranic evidence proves that the Quran was sent down between the 3rd and 4th Century CE.

And there is no doubt that the prophet Mani was the recipient of the Quran - he had to be for the religion to flourish for so long. It lasted for over one thousand years in one form or another. Only fragments of the Book with regards to so called "Manichean" have remain, while his followers in Europe were killed and persecuted for centuries. Why?
